Standing before her front door Mercedes gloved her other hand, not wanting the blood of ones she killed to make contact with her skin. This was the one thing that made her sick, the lifeless blood of her victim ruining her clean skin. A dark grin spread across her face as she set out to find her next victim. She never planned her attacks, she'd find someone and decide rather they were worth killing or not.
It was around midnight when she left, the streets were almost empty with the exception of drunks and others who served no real purpose. The possibilities were endless for her, so many people who currently had no control over there bodies. It was sad in a way, it almost took the fun away. They would be too out of it to scream or beg for mercy. Shaking her head at the thought of how worthless people really were, she spotted her next target. A man who seemed to be sober at the time, this would be fun.
"Excuse me, I'm lost and could use some direction." She put on an innocent voice, luring her prey in. The man looked at her for a second and decided she seemed safe. "Sure." His answer was short and to the point. She smiled, having him direct her to a bar, one she knew well. They came to an alley, one deserted showing no signs of life. Bringing her right hand up she grabbed the man's throat.
"You shouldn't be so trusting of me." Her hand tightened around his neck, her other hand grazed his cheek. "No need to worry, I'll make this quick and painless." Snaking her other hand around to his neck she quickly popped it, breaking his neck. The sound was dull and quick. Her smile dropped as his body hit the ground. "Goodbye." She turned and finished her walk to the bar.
