((Wow! So sorry about the length of this post, but I wanted to get it all out there in one shot, so hopefully it shouldn't be too hard to follow. Now it should get interesting with good quick succession of posts.

It took a bit of convincing and prodding, but Cranston was finally successful in getting them to assume their destined Super Spectrum. With all that mess out of the way, it was now necessary to get to the especially important bits of information. He turned to the console and brought up a picture of the planet Aquitar and quickly motioned for everyone' undivided attention.
"So first things first," he started the mini-lecture. "You're all probably wondering how Billy Cranston's great grandson wound up on Earth? Well its sort of has to do with what's been going on lately. It started with Alpha's findings on a negative energy seeping back into the universe. He was trying his best to get as much calculations as possible, but he needed some help..."
He took the opportunity to lean back on the console while pressing a button that showed a laboratory somewhere on Aquitar. "I was living on Aquitar at the time, doing research on a new light source that could be used for interstellar travel, very heavy stuff really. My great grandfather had spent a lot of his time tinkering with the idea. I was more than happy to take up his work from my father, but I kept running into problems with harnessing the energy into material that could be easily manipulated.
"Needless to say, it was pretty much a klunker of a plan, but when Alpha called me up, I decided it best to take my expirement with me when I arrived on Earth. All this technology you see is all of the material from my laboratory on Aquitar, with some 'gifts' found among the old Command Center..."
Geoff was about to fall asleep if this relentless droning continued any longer, "Can we speed this up Doc? Whatever danger is coming this was is probably going to take us over before you're finished."
"Oh," said Cranston. "I suppose you're right about that."
Divatox seemed to be in agreement with Geoff, "I'll take over from here. So the Doc comes to Earth, they figure out that some group called the NegaBots is trying to assimilate all of the universe into its regime, while sucking up all of its resources to feed their leader King Askel."
Alpha quickly brought up a picture of the king...

"This is King Askel," stated Cranston. "As Divatox said, he is the leader of the NegaBots. Essentially they are a group of cyborkinetic mutations that fuse machine with living creatures. All of the cyborg's under Askel are programed to do one thing, and one thing only.. obey Askel."
"It is imperative that we stop their movements," Dimitria chimed in. "For the sake of the universe, and all that Zordon had sacrificed to protect, we must stop them at all costs."
"So how are we supposed to fight a guy that's so far out in outer space?" Geoff had a feeling it had something to do with this "Super Spectrum" the doctor was falling in love with every five seconds, but it didn't hurt to confirm those suspicions.
"Well," started Cranston. "The research I had been working on, the light used for interstellar travel? The problem was that science could only take me so far. So I needed some supernatural help."
"Meaning us," said Divatox with a flip of her curly hair.
"Yes," said Cranston with a grin. "I needed their magic to help secure the light energy into a type of fluid that could conform to its user. Knowing that there would be the impending need to be battle ready, I also worked in the calculations that would conform the energy into the armor and weapons that have been used over and over by Power Rangers. Now that all of you have been exposed to the energy, you all have a symbiotic bond with it, meaning that interstellar travel is now as easy as a snap of the fingers... in theory of course."
"Oh my god," said Geoff with a pinch to the bridge of his nose. "You mean to tell me that this is still a theory? No tests, no results, nothing?"
"I'm afraid so. I gathered as much simulated data as I could, but without the necessary hosts, the energy was too unstable to be tested."
"So how are we supposed to travel then?" asked Geoff rather sarcastically. "Hold hands and pray real hard?"
"Now that's a little harsh," said Cranston. "This isn't something you can brush off. This is life and death we are talking about."
"Sorry," said Geoff with a flat tone. "Continue..."
"So then," said Cranston as he gathered his thoughts. "The interstellar travel works so that when you are in your ranger suits, a wormhole is created when your individual Super Spectrum interact with one another and sort of agitate each other. In order to do this, you must be in an open field with at least ten feet separating each of you in a heptagonal shape. This is the primary reason for the wristbands. You must be in almost exact coordinates to create the wormhole, otherwise who knows where you could end up."
"When in position," continued Dimitria. " You must focus the energy from your blasters into the center and hold that position for at least a full minute. If you are successful, the wormhole will appear, and you can essentially hop from one end of the galaxy to the next."
"Wow," said Geoff. "This is getting pretty heavy. It doesn't sound to hard though."
"You would think so," said Cranston. "But there needs to be teamwork to develop this technique. Which is why I have set up a little test..." With a press of a button, electronic sirens began to go off with red lights flashing in the corners of the room. On the monitor in front of them, there stood a strange looking creature that looked something like this...

"Go to the location that is loaded into your wristbands and fight this creature. We'll see how far you guys can get as a team and then go from there."
It took a moment for Geoff to process, but somehow he felt invigorated to finally go do something. He turned to the rest of his teammates while taking a look at the coordinates on his wristband. "So... who's car are we taking?"
