People in suburbia have beautiful faces, manicured lawns, facades they've built up over years. And teenagers in suburbia? They're learning to be perfect, plastic...
Welcome to Hadley High, where individual students actually exist. At school, they have their groups, their followings, their masks. So are you for real, or are you pretending to be someone you're not, for the sake of a society built on sameness?
It's spring, probably mid-April, and a couple of new kids have arrived.
This is sort of a plot-builder for something I'm writing. My character and the setting are all subject to copyright laws or whatever. But, hey, you don't suck enough to steal my ideas. Right?

My character:
Name: Haylee Madison
Age: 16
Social Group: Artists/Thespians
Appearance: She is 5'9, thin and willowy, long-legged and 115 pounds. Reasonably curvy. Gold-toned skin and a flawless complexion, and a perfect oval face. Striking features; high cheekbones, long eyelashes and rich brown doe eyes, full lips. Her hair is dark auburn and wavy, often curly, and falls to her collarbone.
Personality: Playful and dramatic, fun-loving and loud. She's at ease with people and gets to know them quickly, and falls fast and hard for nearly everyone. She hates conformity, is theatrical and fun, and constantly walks into things and people. She is super-talented and chews a lot of gum, and is very, brutally honest.
Other: Haylee doesn't buy into societal standards or any of that crap. She's openly bisexual, and hates it when her diva tendencies lead people to believe that she's 'faking it'. She's the student guide for new students at the school.
