Poison noticed that Shadow had followed her; she turned to face him as he spoke. Listening carefully to his words as he appeared to be struggling a bit. As she went on her eyes kind of widened a bit more, and she started to feel really stupid about her earlier thought about him. She felt as though she was holding her breath the whole time he was speaking. Once he was finished her head kind of dropped not sure what she should say clearing her throat she looked back up smiling, “yes…um I mean…I would like to give it a try, when I first saw you I kind of felt this instant connection with you and….” Her voice cut off as she noticed another helicopter next to them through the side window. A smile appeared on her face as she looked back at Shadow, “I think its time to let some hell loss.” She gave him a quick kiss on the check before opening the rocket launcher box and taking out the gun. Poison had gotten a little spring in her step as she opened one of the side doors quickly, aiming the rocket launcher at the chopper she fired. The chopper exploded and then fell to the ground.

Poison smiled as the chopper fell out of the sky before turning her attention to Shadow. She decided to have a little fun with him, “what? Are we dating? I was thinking more on the lines of friends with benefits…..” she smirked as she put the rocket launcher back in its case. “But then again I could always use an extra pair of hands to help me with robbing some banks.” She softly smiled at him brushing her hair a little out of her face as she stepped closer towards him. Her hand reached up and softly brushed down his cheek. The chopper all of the sudden shook a little and she fell forward into him as she heard Kronus say, “sorry a little turbulence.” Poison grabbed Shadow by his arms to stop herself from falling. When she looked up she noticed her head was right underneath his chin and for the first time their bodies were completely touching. She quickly looked away smiling as her cheeks went all red.

Once she felt her cheeks return to their normal colour, she looked back at him noticing he was going to kiss her. She wrapped her arms around his neck as she stood on her tiptoes a little leaning up towards him. At first she had her eyes but as her lips came closer to his she closed them. And finally what felt like an eternity their lips finally touched. For the first time all her mind appeared to be completely blanked and everything around her seemed to be just a small blur all she was focused on now was Shadow as she kissed him more passionately. One of her hands brushing through the back of his hair. Poison didn’t want this to end, she left like a princesses who had finally found her prince. He was nothing like the men she had been with before, he made her feel safe and protected, as though she could share anything with him.

Poison noticed their lips had finally disconnected, a soft smile appeared on her face. She looked like a kid in a massive candy store and she felt like the luckiest person alive. When he said she needed some sleep, she nodded now thinking about it she did feel really exhaust. She hadn’t slept since a while and could do with a good, long sleep. When he kissed her cheek she felt all warm inside and just stood their blankly for a few minutes, day dreaming before she snapped out of it. Poison walked towards where Shadow had sat down; sitting down next to him she linked her arm around his and then leaned her head on his shoulder. Closing her eyes slowly, she could feel herself slowly drifting off to sleep.

Poison could hear Shadow’s heart beating softly and his chest moving inwards and outwards as he breathed. It has a nice little rhythm which seemed to put her to sleep much faster. For the first time she didn’t dream about death or violence, no slaughtering or killing or any other sinful behaviour. It was a sunny day, and as she looked up at the beautiful blue sky there was no cloud insight, just the big bright sun shining down on her. She noticed that she was on a beach, and someone rose out of the water. It was hard to make out who it was as she placed one hand above her head to block out the sun. The water dripped perfectly down the smooth and small creases and curves in the person’s body. As he slowly came up towards the shore he shock out his hair, it looked as though she was watching it in slow motion. Once the person was only a few metres away she noticed it was Shadow. A smile appeared on his face as he came up to her, swooping her off her feet as he cradled her in his arms and then they exchanged a kiss.

Poison mumbled a few words that couldn’t be made out before one of her hands trailed along Shadow’s arm she was holding. She entwined her fingers with his and continued to sleep.

Poison felt something soft brush passed her cheek and a cold touched on her forehead. Her eyes slowly opened looking up and seeing Shadow’s face looking down on her, she smiled softly. “What’s happening?” She lifted her head off his shoulder and unlinked her fingers from his as she got to her feet. Dusting off some of the dirt from her clothing, she pulled the top half of her dress up a little so her boobs wouldn’t fall out. Before turning back to Shadow to try and workout what was happening. She knew they hadn’t slept long but she still felt quiet refreshed and ready for anything that was going to get thrown at them.

Poison smirked at his comment about what her real name was, like him she wasn’t one to give that kind of information out to anyone. “Well what if my real name was ‘Poison?’” she grinned. “It’s a very personal question which I don’t give out to many people only those who don’t have much longer to live…hm, I have to see if I can trust you first, I guess you are just going to have to wait sweetheart.” She strutted passed him tapping him on the shoulder before walking towards the front of the helicopter.

Kronus looked up at Shadow, “um…a few miles I’m going to set it down over at the clearing before we crash.” Poison stood near one of the doors starring out the window looking at how far up they were as she listened to Kronus answer. She turned to look at Shadow seeing him staring down at his scratches; she felt a little worried and was about to walk towards him before the chopper started to shake. Kronus clutched the stick between his had, trying to straighten the chopper but it seemed to be out of control. Poison held onto some of the poles on the roof as the chopper shook. “We have to get off this thing now…” Kronus yelled over all the danger alert sirens. Poison immediately opened one of the doors but it made the problem only worse. The wind seemed to suck everything out of it and before Poison could get a good grip on anything she stumbled over and then was pulled out of the chopper by the window. “SHADOWWWWWW…” she called as she flew out the door. Kronus put the chopper in auto-pilot although it wasn’t very helpful as he got out of his sit. “Jump, before we crash…” Kronus gave Shadow a light push before jumping out of the plan after him. They weren’t too far of the ground and then trees would soften their falls a little.

Poison fell straight out of the chopper, spinning round and round she thought she was going to throw up. She fell through the trees hitting a few branches on the way; she just cringed and hoped she would hit the ground soon. A bunch of bushes softened her fall as she hit the ground. She struggled a little trying to get out of the bushes, brushing all the dirt of her and pulling out any dirt and leaves from her hair. Her head popped up as she took a look around at which way she should start walking in. Just then she heard someone’s voice up ahead. Poison tiptoed along the ground trying not to make any sound as she sneaked up behind the person or thing. She wasn’t sure what lives in these forests and since she didn’t have any weapons she wasn’t going to just walk into trouble. As she got closer she realised it was Shadow, a smirk appeared on her face as she moved a little closer to him hiding behind a tree as she glanced forward at him. As soon as he got distracted Poison ran up behind him placing her hands over his eyes so he couldn’t see. “Guess who?” She knew he would guess straight away who it was but still decided to have a little fun.

“Wow watch it babe,” Poison jumped back a little feeling surprised at the handgun on her stomach. She thought he would immediately guess it was her but then again who knows what could be out there. She hugged him back enjoying being so close to him. She placed her hands on the sides of his face to pull him in for a kiss. As their lips party she softly smiled, “so which way shall we go?”
