"You have been brought here for one of three purposes. To live in the unnamed city. You are Necromonger/Bounty Hunter dropping off your latest bounty at Butcher Bay. You are a prisoner, the lowest of life forms, condemned to life imprisonment in eternal darkness; surrounding you are mass murderers, the mentally corrupt, the physically disfigured, rapists, masochists, and more. You are not in Hell, those who are lucky have been sent there. You are at Butcher Bay. Fight to survive, and maybe, just maybe you'll escape from this planet."
Welcome to Butcher Bay
Located 5 thousand miles from any inhabitable planet, you have arrived at Prison Planet #A35. Three times the size of Earth, now a desolate wasteland, and once called Helion Prime. An uneven rocky terrain covers the entire planet completely drenched due to constant rain and thunderstorms. The entrance to the prison is located on the surface of the planet but the prison itself is located miles underground. A single city is located on the other side of the planet, completely cut off from the rest of the universe. Once in 10 years a single cargo ship comes in with custom-ordered supplies. Communication outside the planet is a luxury.

Prison Itself
On the surface of the planet, from miles around of rocky terrain, a single cement two-story building stands with a single 5 inch metal bolted door facing East. Upon entering the building is one giant room, a hanger or sorts with no windows but flickering neon lights. A large rectangular hold in the ground draws attention to a cart awaiting. Stationed on a single metal railway heading into a cramped tunnel. The cart travels on the single rail for thirty minutes, lights line the rocky ceiling in intervals of 10 feet from eachother.
Once the cart stops you see a small platform with a second metal door. Past the door is a large brightly lighted circular room. Lining the walls are monitors, speakers, mikes, and switches of all sorts. A large gaping hole is present int he middle of the room. A heavy-duty chain attached to a pulley on the ceiling connects to a machine. At the end of the chain, is a large metal cage meant to fit and hold a heavy-weight prisoner. The hold leads down to an abyss. Five stories below the suspended circular room is the first ring of prison cells circling the the walls of a well-like tunnel. Rings of prison cells continue on for another ten stories, ending on a rocky floor. Drains jut from the rocky walls, water drips dampening every surface. Chains hang from rails. Flickering lights illuminate broken cell doors and rusting metal rails and stairs connecting each floor of cells to the other. On the seventh floor of cells coming down are two heavily locked metal doors. Each leading to a single hallway which splits to lead to a small cafeteria and a washroom. Black and white tiles line both rooms with rusted appliances. Cameras attacked to every corner capture every angle of every room.
Medical treatment is not a hospitality given by the prison owners. Crooked docs and quacks will fix you up at a price. For any valuables you managed to sneak in or for some sort of service. Fights to the death are not unusual, a form of entertainment created in between the inmates.
Prisoners are not assigned a cell, you must find one and claim it as your own. You may be challenged, or you may challenge, by another for their cell. Cells fit one and 20 of them line each ring/floor of cells. Some cells have broken cell doors.

Curfew
Clocks of any sort are absent, sunlight is myth in Butcher Bay. Day and night are indistinguishable.
Cycle:
-2 hours to eat or bath.
-Prisoners have 10 hours of recreation in the main prison.
-2 hours to eat or bath.
-10 hours of lockdown.
Both doors leading away from cells are automatic but guards line the walls of the cafeteria. All computer programmed, the guns they hold are as well computer programmed to kill with a single bullet, once detached from the body as a whole it shuts down. Lockdown is initiated with a siren. If prisoner has 5 minutes to get into their cells before the hatches lock on all prison cell doors.
5 Hellhounds are released to hunt down and kill any stragglers and left roaming for 9 hours. Before they are lead back into their cages with meat. Hounds are 500 pounds of muscle and leather-hard skin. Teeth sharp enough to bite through metal, claws hard enough to slice through flesh and bone with a single swipe.

Pain wracked through her body as Sonja laid flat on her back. She felt air rush past her body at a skin-prickling speed. Despite her heightened eyesight, she could not see anything but the occasional flash of light. Her hands were painfully tied behind her with a metal chord. She felt the urge to shiver, her jacket and hat had been taken away, as well as any sort of weapon she had with her at the time she had been captured.
Her latest victim was a masochist that killed women and children on request but not before torturing them. She had not expected him to fight back with suck riggor, she had been wounded enough for a Necromonger to catch her.
She was passing in and out from dreamland due to the collar that the Necromonger had placed on her. The electrical pulses given out by the collar confused her body almost as she was drugged heavily. A moan escaped her lips as she was lifted, the faint sound of a door creaking open caused her ears to twitch slightly. Murmuring surrounded her, they were talking about her. Rough calloused hands felt all around her body and face to make sure she wasn't a fake. It felt like years before she was released from her constraints and placed on a cold metal floor. Once she felt the collar deactivating she jumped at the nearest figure but ran into metal poles. Confused she looked all around, she was in a cage half sunken into the ground.
Rain poured down over the dark city as cold breeze blew through the alleys and streets. A dark lean figure leaped over a tall brick wall and landed silently in the puddle. Soaked to the bone Jake ran down the alleyway with a leather bad gripped tightly in his hand. He heard footsteps clattering after him, he did not look back for there wasn't a point in doing so if one didn't have any eyes. He navigated through the maze-like city, using his mental map as a guide.
Jake took a right and stopped a foot away from a brick wall, he had run into a dead end.
"You're at a dead end kid," Click, "you're under arrest, now give me the bag and get on the floor!" A voice roared from behind him.
Jake turned around and gave a toothy grin, "No, I do believe you are at a dead end." Before the police officer could reply, lightening flash momentarily blinding the man. After a split second, the police officer was left in the dark, the kid was gone. A crash had him look up.
Jake cursed as the metal plates covering the ceiling of a home gave him away. Quickly he flashed a grin at the officer before dashing across the flat roof.
