Janessa looked around her room for her clothes, She finally found something to wear. She got dressed and then put her hoodie on as her mom knocked on her door. She opened it. "Hey sweetie..didn't you wear that yesterday?" she asked her daughter. "No." Janessa said putting her stuff in her messanger bag. Her mom frowned. "Well why don't you wear this outfit I bought you?" her mom said showing her the skirt and tanktop. Janessa stared at it and then frowned. "I'm going to school." she said and walked off. She left the house before her mom could say anything else.

Her parents were always trying to get her to wear exspensive things but she never did. She didn't like the rich kids at her school and she didn't want to be one. She did like one person though. But they could never be together because of their parents.

Harry woke up and pulled back the dark blue curtains to his enormous room. He walked over to his closet and threw some random clothes on. His mother was forever buying him polos and chinos, and he wasn't bothered with what he wore nowadays. He walked downstairs and yelled out into the big empty house, "I'm going to school, Bye." as if anyone cared. He finally reached the garage and got into his BMW convertible. Hopefully he would somehow see Janessa today..

Janessa got to school and walked over to one of the benches under the oak tree. She pulled out her Psychology book and her reading glasses. She began working on her paper. She hummed a song as she worked wondering what today was going to bring.

Harry went and parked his car in the usual spot. He got out walking over to the school and waved to a couple of people. He generally liked the people at this school, and only disliked a few. He then spotted Janessa sitting on a bench and wondered if he should go up to her or not. "Ah what the hell, not like our parents are here spying on us" he thought to himself. He walked over awkwardly and said, "Hey Janessa. How's it going?"

Janessa looked up when she heard someone talking to her. "Oh hey Harry." she said with a smile. Don't act like an idiot. she thought to herself. "How are you?" she asked him before writing down some more stuff on her paper and then closed her book putting it in her bag and then looked back up at him again with a friendly smile.

Harry smiled and said, "Oh I'm fine. Got Physics first period which kinda sucks though." He wondered whether to sit down with her or not, but decided against it. The bell was gonna ring soon anyway.

"That sucks." Janessa said and looked at the time. She stood up and put her reading glasses in her backpack. She stood there for a moment. "I got English first period." she said as she drummed her fingers against the table not sure of what to say.

Harry heard the bell ring in the distance. He stood there looking towards the school and then back at her. "Well.." he started to say, "Umm, I could walk you to class if you want? The physics lab is pretty close to the english classrooms." He hunched his shoulders slightly and looked at her waiting for a reply.

Janessa thought for a moment. "Um sure. That'd be great." she said smiling. "I would love that Harry." she added with another smile.

Harry's face broke into a small smile. "Okay then." he said. They started walking, his pace matching hers. "So, what have you been up to lately? I haven't really been able to talk to you for a while.." he said while thinking of the ridiculous feud.

"Oh you know. The usual. Staying in my room having my parents come in every 5 minutes to make sure I didn't sneak out to go see anyone. You?" Janessa asked as they walked towards her class.

Harry smirked a little at her comment. "Wow that must get really annoying." he said. He then answered, "Umm not much really. My parents aren't around much so I'm pretty much just sitting in an empty house all day. I've been spending a lot of time in the garden lately though, just wandering around. it's strangely calming." As soon as he said that he kinda wished he didn't. He didn't want her to think he was some kind of freak.

Janessa laughed. "Nice. I wish my parents were like yours..I'm sure if I would let them they would send spies to follow me throughout my day.." she said and then looked up when they were at her class. "Well I guess I'll see you later Harry. Thanks for walking me." she smiled.

Harry laughed. "Oh god that would be horrible!" He stopped outside the english room procrastinating slightly. "Well, I guess I'll see you later then?" he said curiously.

Janessa nodded. "I'll talk to you later." she said before walking inside. Class was about to start and she didn't want to be late or her parents would be pissed. Why did they have to be in her life all the time? It was all because of that stupid fued they have with Harry's parents. She sighed and laid her head down on her desk.

Harry walked to class, a slight smile played around his lips. Maybe today wasn't going to be as bad as he thought after all. ..Maybe not, he thought after the worst physics lesson ever. The rest of the day passed pretty quickly for him and before he knew it it was time for lunch. only two more lessons and he'd be free. He ambled into the cafeteria and grabbed a sandwich and an apple. He went to one of the benches outside, and got out his i-pod and put on Coldplay, and started to eat.

Janessa was surprised at how fast the day had went. It was now lunchtime and she was somewhat hungry. She put her books in her locker and walked to the cafeteria and then grabbed something to eat and walked outside. She saw Harry and wondered if she should go over and talk to him.

Taking in a deep breath she walked over and sat down. "Hi." she said and tapped his arm just in case he couldn't hear her because of his earplugs.

Harry took a few seconds to react. He looked at her, looked down again, and when he realised it was Janessa his eyes widened slightly and he quickly took out his earplugs. "Oh hey Janessa!"

"Hey." Janessa said laughing a little at his reaction. "I didn't mean to startle you." she said as she grabbed one of her pickles and took a bite.

Harry gave an embarassed smile. "Nah it's okay." he said. He cleared a slight space next to him on the bench and motioned for her to sit down. "So, how have your classes been so far?" he said taking a bite out of his apple.
