Louise brushed Nicole's hair from her face when she decided to look up and planted a soft kiss onto her forehead. "Yeah, when you get a bit older, say teenagers, you're going to have different interests instead of your toys and play. But just remember that no matter how much into a jam you might get yourself into and you're afraid to go to your mother, me and Aiden will do all we can to insure you're doing fine", she promised, chancing her gaze from Nicole to Noah as she spoke. Noah's expression got confused as he looked at the eggs that were frying on the pan, furrowing his eyebrows: "If I broke my tractor for example?" Letting out a laugh at his adorableness, Louise drew Nicole somewhat more into her lap so that she wouldn't fall and then focused her eyes on the curious boy: "Yes, that or any other puzzle you might run into as you get older."
They boy nodded in total understanding and took a spatula from its holder near the wall, beginning to bang the innocent eggs. The way air passed from inside to food made him intriguied and had him giggle for a couple of times while continuing to do that. "You gotta tap the eggs Aiden, otherwise they won't fry good", he said and then took his cousin's hand to place the utensil into it.
"Love is more than three words mumbled before bedtime. Love is sustained by action, a pattern of devotion in the things we do for each other every day."
