"Yeah we are. Remember we're getting married." Aiden said sitting up again. He looked at Louise. "I'm sure they got schools down in Vegas." he said. He took her hand again holding it tightly but not too tight.

"Woah, woah, woah, didn't you just say your back was hurting? Better do what feels right since I'm sure the doctor will let you off a lot sooner when he sees you've made a full recovery", Louise calmed him down and gently pushed him backwards onto the bed again. She got a little worried since Aiden had began remembering things, hoping that somehow the fight from earlier was erased from his mind permanently.

Then she actually thought about what he had said. Yeah there were school's in Vegas and Louise was sure she could find something she liked in there. And marriage... Seeing her reaction when Kyree had burst into her dorm to tell the news about Aiden she was sure her feelings weren't just playing with her this time.
"And I promise baby, as soon as you get out of this horrid place where going to somehow travel to Vegas and get married, living our lives to the fullest", Louise assured him, lacing their fingers as she bent down to kiss him.

Aiden smiled and kissed her back. There was a knock on the door and then the doctor came in. He cleared his throat. "I hope I'm not interupting anything." he said as he saw Louise and Aiden kissing. Aiden smiled at the doctor. "You're not. My girlfriend is just happy to see that I'm alive." he said still holding Louise's hand.

Louise turned to look at how had come in and blushed a slight shade of red while smiling, pondering that he was the one that had done the surgery on Aiden: "Yes, of course. Thank you doctor." She hopped down from the bed, sure that the doc was thinking that they weren't meant for two and tried to come up with something to do.
"I'll go get you some more water you can sip on if your throat gets painful again", she said, grabbing the cup from the table and kissed his forehead before separating their hands. To give them some privacy, Louise exited the room and walked into the toilet where she had been earlier. Running down some cold water from the tap, she filled Aiden's cup and waited in the hallway until the doctor walked out again.

"So what did he tell you?" she asked nicely as she set the drink onto the table, resuming to her earlier position.

Aiden looked at her. "That I can get out within three weeks. Maybe sooner." he said and reached over taking her hand again and then reached for the cup of water and took a sip. "Thanks." he said and massaged her hand as he sat there.

"Three weeks.. That's still a long time Aiden. I bet you're going to be pretty bored when all you can do is sit around in here. Especially on your latter days", Louise told him, smiling because of the feeling Aiden's touch had caused in her. She glanced around the room and realised he could have had it worse: "But at least you've got your own tv and sofa here. It won't be so bad if I decide to pop in for a sleep over." Louise laughed while jokingly eyeing the couch.

"I wonder where Kyree left, I thought she was still coming back", she wondered out loud, remembering her absence from one of the chairs.

Aiden looked at her. "Well you're welcome to stay the night whenever." he said. He thought for a moment. "She probably feels like you don't want her in here." he added with a small shrug. "You can go look for her if you want." he said.

Kyree sat in the hospital cafeteria eating. She looked around and watched people walk in and out but didn't move.

"I don't get it though, I was sure she was the one disliking me, especially after she found out we're together. Like I was taking her best friend away", Louise thought out loud while rising from the bed subconsciously and continuing before Aiden got the chance to say anything: "But yeah, I'd better go check and see where she is. I know I wouldn't be actually cheering either if my friend was in the hospital and all I'd have to do was to sit in the cafeteria."

She planted a tender kiss onto Aiden's lip before going through the door and following the signs to the cafe. Louise soon spotted Kyree from a table near the window and sat opposite her. "I'm pretty sure Aiden would like to talk to you as well", she noted, trying to grab Kyree's attention.

Aiden watched her leave and smiled. He closed his eyes and waited for one or both of them to come back to the room. Kyree looked up when she heard Louise. "I figured you wanted to talk to him yourself so that's why I left..plus I felt the tension between us like you didnt want me there in the first place." she explained looking over at her. She took another drink of water and continued eating while she waited for Louise's answer.

"How funny", Louise replied, taking in a big amount of air and then letting it out slowly: "I thought you didn't like me so that's why I've sort of been on my toes every time I'm around him." She relaxed into the seat and looked at the city from the window; they were pretty up high now. The cafeteria was swarming with people even when it was getting close to midnight.

"I guess I thought you had some feelings towards him and.. I don't even know. I got really stressed when I realised that I might never even have the chance to talk to him again and I just lashed out on everyone basically", she explained, a small smile on her lips as Louise nodded towards where she came from, like asking if she wanted to go back to Aiden now.

Kyree thought for a moment. She nodded. "I never had feelings like that for him." she said before getting up and throwing her trash away and heading back to Aiden's room. She opened the door and walked in. "Hey." she said.

Aiden opened his eyes and smiled when he saw Kyree. "Hey." he said as Kyree walked over and gave him a hug and a quick kiss on the forehead before sitting down. "How are you feeling?" she asked him. "Somewhat better." he said. Kyree nodded and looked out the window.

((i gotta go now man, i still have school tomorrow/today; it's already monday here. i'll hopefully talk to you tomorrow!))

Louise followed Kyree the best she could, not realising she was a bit tired before they had reached Aiden's room again. She dragged one of the chairs next to the bed and took a cushion from the couch before laying her head down onto it.

"The doctor's saying he'll be getting out in three weeks or so. Better start thinking of some entertainment for him right now", Louise informed Kyree as she closed her eyes and yawned. She made sure to keep listening on their conversation though, not wanting anything juicy passing her ears.

"I guess the gig we were planning on going to see this Friday isn't happening", she stated, not disappointed or anything like, just plain tired.

"Unless you want Kyree to go with you." Aiden said about the gig. He remembered the two of them were going to go to a music concert but now that he was in the hospital bed he was unsure if they were still going to go. Kyree shrugged.

"Yeah, why not?" Louise said and shrugged her shoulders while propping up her elbow so that she was leaning on it: "Then we can tell you all about it later."

She used one of her fingers to gently brush against the skin that bruised, thinking of how toned his body was: "You're not even going to be able to go to the gym for three weeks! Probably more."

"I wonder why no one from the school has bothered to come and see you. You're basically their responsibility", she noted as Louise turned to them again and let out a yawn.

"Probably because no one from school knows what happened.." Kyree said. Aiden nodded. "Yeah I guess I won't be able to go to the gym." he said and let out a sigh. Kyree looked at him. "You'll be fine." she said rubbing his arm. Aiden looked from Kyree to Louise and smiled. "Yeah." he said and then yawned.

"Oh right", Louise realised, taking the cushion into her grip and standing up from the seat, slowly: "I think we're all starting to be a bit tired for the day. Which is no surprise since it is 2:36AM. What do you say we call it a night?"

She dragged herself to the end of the bed where Aiden's head was and bent down, keeping her hair out of their faces with her hand. "I love you. I'll be here when you wake up", she wishpered, after that kissing his upper lip sweetly. Looking him straight into the eyes, Louise walked backwards to the her jacket and took it with her to the couch on the side of the room.

"Good night", she said quietly, placing the fabric on top of her like a blanket.

Kyree smiled. She leaned down and gave Aiden some type of hug without hurting him. She kissed his cheek. "Goodnight." she said. She brushed some hair out of his face before walking over to one of the arm chairs and sat down. She leaned her head against the cushin and was asleep within minutes.

"Goodnight girls." Aiden said before yawning and also falling asleep.

Louise up to her stomach screeching, demanding for some food since it had had very little nutrition for the past day or so. After stretching her arms, she went on to check whether or not Aiden was still awake and tossed her jacket back onto the couch. The clock was ticking at 5AM, but she just couldn't go back to sleep before going to the cafeteria and grabbing a bite to eat. There were only a couple of other people joining her on her midnight snack, but she kept her eyes on the view that opened from the windows. Going back into the room, she tried to be as quiet as she could and walked over to the hospital bed again. Louise stayed there a while, examining Aiden's face as it was beautifully illuminated by the moon.

Kyree looked up when she heard Louise. She yawned and stretched and then looked over at her. "Hey what time is it?" she asked quietly as she didn't want to wake Aiden up. She pulled herself out of the chair and stood up. She almost fell over but kept her balance as she stretched once more and then walked over to the two of them.

Louise became startled by the sound of someone moving and held her hand to her chest for a while before being able to answer: "Probably near or over seven already. The sun should start coming up any minute now." Her voice was gentle and raspy at the same time, reminding her that she would need a cigarette soon to relax.

She used her hand to brush it over Aiden's being careful with the IV that was stuck in the middle. "I wish it would be me lying there instead of him. He doesn't deserve this..." Louise said extremely quietly since he was right there beside her.
