A brief description:
A fair skinned shinese girl with light brown eyes and naturally light brown hair, but she dyed it in pink. Likes to experiment with hair styles. She also wears a pair of pink ringlets as her earrings. She wears a bright pink blouse with black strings and a pair of faded jeans. She also wears a pair of pink sneakers.
Personality A bossy and loud girl, one of the most popular girl in her school.

I keep it simple.

And as for the plot, we need to have a setting. Where? What story is it like? Drama?

I already know who I want to use, so I'll sum her up here:

Name: Adnalus
Age: 12 in her original storyline
Appearance: *picture comming soon *
A brief description: Black hair going just under her jawline and blue eyes; wears a light blue/green shirt and faded blue jeans with sneakers
Personality: Very shy; she doesn't talk at all, and when she does, it's in one quick word, the type it takes a couple seconds to realise what it was and it was said so quickly you couldn't be sure she said it. She's upset she's a girl and, though she doesn't mind girls, likes to watch boys and see how they act. She likes animals and nature and people who are nice to her.

Hm...Well, what would you like? Friendship roleplays normally take place in a school or when one character 'adopts' the other -- would you like to do one of those?

Oh, and one thing, is it only one character per player?

Hmm.. I am not sure, friendship role-plays are pretty alright to me, I am having the idea of having Xiaoli starting to become friends with Adnalus, and so they are keeping their friendship a secret because of Xiaoli's reputation and she does not want to be known as a goody-goody amongst her peers, those who are as popular as her. And so if I am allowed to make another character, I would make a guy out of it and so that guy will be the one that finds out about Xiaoli and Adnalus, and.... SCANDAL. -shot-

It doesn't have to be. I control a lot of NPCs in my roleplays, and sometimes I bring in other characters, as well. I like your idea ^-^ That sounds good. And keeping it secret pretty much fits with Adnalus. Let's do that ^-^ Who starts?

Adnalus picked her way carefully over pebbles and large puddles on the sidewalk. It took her longer in the heavy thunderstorm, but she didn't care. She was already soaked to the skin; a little bit more water wouldn't do her any harm. Men and women rushed past her, trying to get indoors before they got too wet and hardly noticing the girl. Nobody did.

One did, though.

Xiaoli was walking down the street with a pink umbrella in her right hand, and her left hand in her pocket. She wondered, how would it feel like being in the rain? She then saw a familiar girl without an umbrella, from her school it seemed.

"Hey..", Xiaoli called out and ran to her. She was soaking wet. Xiaoli then put the umbrella above the girl she met, as she doesn't really like to bully people. "What's wrong? I mean, err.. You seemed familiar...", Xiaoli smiled at the girl. Her pink hair seemed to have wet a little. "Want to play in the rain? I never felt how it is being in the rain.."

Adnalus gazed wide-eyed at the girl who came over to her with the umbrella. She wondered what the girl meant when she asked about playing in the rain, and silently requested an explanation with her eyes.

"Being in the rain, run around in the rain and all that. Wouldn't that be fun?", Xiaoli as if understood the meaning of the eyes of that girl staring back to her. Xiaoli then pulled the girl in the rain to a kind of field nearby, Xiaoli could feel the refreshing rain, she felt so... Free and awakened from being the richest girl in town...

Adnalus followed the girl unsurely, not sure how would be the best way to react to this. She had never played in the rain before, and wondered if it would be okay. Standing unsurely in the feild, she tried to think of something that would be appropriate.

"Hey, your name?", Xiaoli turned to the girl standing in the rain. She brought her in the rain just because that girl had been in the rain and soaked up. She also found that the girl she met was just pretty much familiar in her school. "You're schooling at Eve International School too right? I had been pretty much watching you. You have such an interesting character, well, in a way, maybe not, but to me, I do find you interesting.", Xiaoli smiled, she knows that she is not being herself, this is just so inappropriate.

Adnalus felt the corners of her mouth tug up the tinist bit, and nodded in conformation she and this new girl attended the same school. Taking a soaked-through peice of paper and a ball point pen from her pocket, she began writing, almost ripping the paper as she did. Holding it up in both hands, she noticed the ink had almost soaked right through the paper and was running slightly. In messy writing that came from not knowing how to hold a pen very well and not having much chance to practice, captials mixed in with lower case letters, she had written on the sheet "Adnalus".

"Don't you talk, Adnalus?", Xiaoli asked after reading the name of her new acquaintance. She then coughed a bit, cold in the rain; of course, she is a rich girl, which rich girl would actually be used to the rain because of their "etiquette"? But deep inside her heart, she wanted to be free, she wants to widen her world more than just popularity; even though she liked it being well-known. She also hates it being called bossy, even though she couldn't do anything about it.

Adnalus shook her head at Xiaoli's question, feeling the slight burn of shame. She heard the girl cough and opened her eyes wider, wondering if the girl was okay.

Xiaoli coughed and laughed a bit in the rain, "Anyways, this water is pretty much salty, and I'm getting cold, so I guess I gotta go back home by now.. You want to come along?", Xiaoli asked, she knew that was awkward for her to be nice.
