This is a private roleplay between me and Musetta. Musetta, would you like to form a plot first and find characters to match, or choose our characters first and form a plot around that?

(OOC)Hmm, I don't really mind. Do you have anything in mind?

Well, not really. The character I want to be (because I haven't been her in a while) would fit into basically any plot.

(OOC)Alright then, I could use one of the characters I've already created... how about we start with a basic high school type plot, and see where it goes?

Alright, that works. So here's my description of Rosaki:

Rosaki has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears a plain black dress with long sleeves, a grey bandana over her hair, and a peice of cloth covering her shoulders and going midway to her elbow, with a hole cut in the top for her head and a slight turtle neck collar. She was hit by a car when she was six years old, causing permenant damage to her right leg. She's had to walk with a leg brace (worn under her dress) and crutch all her life, and her parents moved them away from the city and into a forest to keep her safe. She's intelligent, but you'd never guess -- she's clueless, clumsy, and waaay hyperactive. She has extreme emotions -- she'll swing from extremely happy to frighteningly furious to clinically depressed to mind numbingly happy in the space of a few seconds in the right conditions. She's open, friendly, happy, and loves everything. Her voice comes off as being highpitched because she speaks that way out of excitement.

Think you have a character to match my crazy one? If any of your characters can survive being with her, that is =P

Anastasiya Kartashkin grew up in Russia, with her mother Arina, who worked as a call girl (high class prostitute). When Anastasiya was eleven her mother quit and married one of her clients, a rich business man, Sergey Andreev. He was often away working, and Anastasiya's mother grew bored, and began to have affairs. When her new husband found out, he flew into a jealous rage, and strangled her. Anastasiya was hiding in the closet when it happened, and when she was discovered, Sergey grabbed her and stabbed her several times with a pen knife.
She was then left to bleed to death on the streets of Moscow. She lay there for three hours before being discovered, and though she was clinically dead for five minutes, the doctors brought her back to life.
She was adopted then, by an American couple, David and Lacey Wainwright.
She isn't particularly tall, and has icy blue/gray eyes, with long dark hair. beautiful, but icy.
She speaks good English, but still has a fairly thick Russian accent.

Alright, so let's get this underway. Shall both our characters be new to this school?

(OOC) Sure.... perhaps it could be the first day of the new school year.

(OOC: Alrighty! In that case, I'll start)

Rosaki hopped merrily up to the entrance to the school, her crutch making the hop rather awkward and garnering her many funny stares of which she was blissfully unaware. She opened the heavy front door with some difficulty and looked around inside, a small smile on her face. Her eyes landed on a girl with long dark hair and icy eyes that were a mixture of blue and grey, and she bounced over, rocking back and forth on the balls of her feet infront of the girl.

'Hiya!' she said. 'I'm Rosaki. What's your name?'

Anastasiya blinked, startled for a moment, then gathering her composure she extended a slim, pale hand.

"Anastasiya," she told the girl, "I'm Anastasiya"

She paused for a moment, taking in the sight of the girl. She had dirty blond hair, and expressive blue eyes. Anastasiya also noted the girl, Rosaki had a crutch. 'That must have been what that noise was', she mused.

"I am new here, are you?" She continued.

Rosaki shook Anastasiya's hand with gusto, smiling excitedly. 'Yes!' she said. 'Yes, I am! Oh, I'm so excited, aren't you?'

Anastasiya tilted her head to the side, allowing her hand to be half throttled by Rosaki.

"I suppose so, yes. I hadn't really thought about it.... I am nervous I suppose."

Rosaki smiled. 'Your voice is different!' she exclaimed, ignorant of different accents and manners of speech.

Chuckling, Anastasiya nodded, and brushed a strand of glossy hair off her face.

"I am from Russia," She said.

'Ooo, what's Russia?' Rosaki asked, curiosly happy.

Anastasiya widened her eyes.

"You don't know?" she asked, amazed.

'Nope,' Rosaki said, not seeing this as being unusual. 'Don't know of any place 'cept this one.'

What an unusual way to live.... Anastasiya thought.

"Well Russia is another country, far from this one. It's where I'm from," She smiled.

'Oh, there are other countries?' Rosaki asked, lifting one hand infront of her slightly in excitement. She was really very curious right now.

Anastasiya smiled again.

"Yes, there are many, many countries. Hundreds in fact," She informed Rosaki. "Perhaps we should go to our lockers, there are books we will need for class"
