Ok. Here is the role play for us to start with. I would love if i didn't have to make the first post. ^^

((Lol, its fine ^^ Hmmm lets see......))

Gambit walked the metal corridors of the X-men Base. His metal leg covers beat a continious rythem on the floor, his short brown hair brushing lightly from side to side.

Stopping in front of a large metal door with a large X on it, he waited as it slid open, granting him access to the top floor. Walking onto the hard wood of the ground level, he noticed Kii sitting on the large sofa in the corner of the room.

Striding up to her, he leaned against the wall in his usual stance, one foot propped up on the wall, he long tan trench-coat flowing behing him, and his long metal staff propped between his shoulders behind his neck. Pushing his hand inside his coat, the man extracted three playing cards: Ace's to be exact. Flipping them through his fingers, he said without looking uP, "Kii, darlin', what are you doing up here, eh?"

Kii looked at Gambit, at first a blush flushed her checks but soon she regained her pose. "Nothin. Just waiting on someone to tell me where to go. I thought it would be nice to be here with you and others like me. You know." she paused looking at the only reason why she was off the streets. Gambit had helped her out before when they both where in Louisiana. "Thanks again for helping me." she said thinking back on when he told her about the place. She was a little scared to be here in the school, since it had been a while since she had been in school at all. As long as Gambit was there she would stay.
Looking over she noticed a fellow student looking at her and smiling. "whats she smiling about." Kii asked out loud grudgingly. With a sigh she looked back to Gambit. "So. What do i do?" she asked tilting her head to the side. She was waiting on information if she was excepted or not, though Gambit had reassured her that she would be excepted.

((She just got to the school.))

Gambit smiled to himself as he noticed Kii's blush. He always pretended not to notice.....but of course he always did. "Well darnlin', maybe you could help me get somethin' to eat around here......I'm starving." Lurching off the wall, he offered the tip of his staff forward for her to take and stand. As he heard her complain about the staring students, he scowled at them and said, "Aye, watch it! Mind yourself, little trouble maka's." ((So fun to do the accent! X3)) He finally turned as the children scurried off, looking awed that one of the older mutants had actually talked to them, even if it was to scold.

Smiling back at Kii, he waited for her to speak.

"Fine. I guess i could fix you something." she sighed and laughed though she tried to hide it. Jumping from the couch to her feet she smiled to him. "Show me the way." Again she laughed, though in her head this time. "What do you want to eat?" she asked then rephrased her question. "What do they have here?"
