Sophia woke up late, and realized it when her alarm clock didn't go off. "Fuck!" she yelled, and pulled on some clothes and did the usual stuff. She flew down the steps, grabbed her bag, and got in the car, gasping for breath. She drove to school quickly, and found Kyree, Mason, and Aiden already there.

Kyree saw Sophia walking over out of breath. "Here." she said and handed Sophia a bottle of water. "Did you wake up late?" she asked her friend.

"Thanks," Sophia panted, taking a sip of the water. "Yep, you bet. Stupid alarm clock went off late." She cursed under her breath.

"Mine was like that yesterday." Aiden said offering Sophia a seat. He looked at Kyree and Mason. "Nice rods." he smiled. Kyree pulled something out of her pocket. "Those are for you." she said handing him the red studs. Aiden smiled. "Well thanks." he said. Kyree nodded and handed him her mirror so he could take his silver ones out and put the red ones in.

Sophia sat down, and got out her sketchbook. She sketched Aiden with his new studs in. "Look like you?" she asked, handing him the picture.

"Yes. You're really good." Aiden smiled at her and handed the sketchbook back.

"Thanks," she said, taking the sketchbook. "I forged a note from my mom that said to give me a day off because I'm spending time with my dying grandma." She smiled, and stood up. "Imma go give them the note. See ya tomorrow- unless you guys are skipping with me."

"Do you want us too?" Kyree asked her before Sophia could get far. "I will." Mason said. "Of course you will." Kyree rolled her eyes.

"I don't care, you guys can come," she said, and jogged to the office quickly. "Okay Sophia," the attendant said, and Sophia jogged back. "She beleived me."

"Of course she did." Mason said laughing as he got up. "You guys in?" he asked Kyree and Aiden. "Nah I have a test today." Aiden said. "You two go have fun we'll see you tomorrow." he added. Mason nodded. "I guess it's just us Soph." Mason grinned and waved at his two friends.

Soph nodded, and started to sprint across the parking lot. "Get in," she said when they got to the car. She unlocked the doors, and got inside. "So, where do you wanna go?"

Mason climbed in and shut the door and put his seatbelt on. "Up to you." he smiled. "You're the driver." he said.

"Sure," she said, and turned down the road to his house.

A few minutes later, she pulled up in his driveway, and cut the engine. "Here we are." She got out of the car, and waited for him to get out. "Come on! My grandma walks faster than you!" she joked.

Mason hopped out and walked up to his door and pulled out his key and opened the door. "Come in please." he smiled and walked inside and then held the door open. "Come on you're slower then my older brother on crutches!" he joked.

"You have an older brother?!" she asked. She walked into the house, surveying the inside. "It's different than my house, that's for sure." Her house was messy, (most of the time) and contained her dad's friends and family taking their food and borrowing money without giving it back.

"Yep. Max. He's in college." Mason said as he went upstairs. "You coming?" he called down as he kept walking.

"Yeah I did. Why did you bring it up?" Mason asked opening the door to his room. He turned the light on before walking over to his bed and flopping down with his arms behind his head grinning at her.
