Shade's eyes opened her eyes one was brown the other a dark red "welcome back Shade" the computers annoying female voice chimed Shade got up and looked around other capsules were that at one point had held others like her were empty a few had other like her but they were other dead or not meant to be awakened yet " Computer what year is it" Shades voice echoed through out the empty room " year is 70 years after Project metal-heart was canceled" the computer answered "stupid computer" grumbled Shade stretching Shade looked at her arm the one the one that was now metal it looked different from the last time she it must have been upgraded "computer what upgrades have i been given" immediately a screen popped up showing all of the upgrades she had been given Shades arm had been upgraded and made stronger her legs had been made lighter so running was easier her eye had been inhansed so it would be more like her normal eye her rib cage bones were metal along with her heart but the rest of her organs were left alone Shade sighed " computer what is the state of earth" the computer paused as if thinking for a moment before answering " earth is currently invaded by aliens your mission is to locate survivors and build defenses" Shade sighed she had thought her mission was over but it was not it had only just begun "computer... where can i find some clothes" Shade felt embarrassed asking the computer such a thing but she had awoken in nothing more then an over-sized t-shirt the computer paused before answering "weapons and armor is in the following room" a map showed up on the screen with a circle around the armory "thanks" Shade set off towards the armory...

Nathan awakes suddenlym when the stasys effect disapear. He close his eyes because of the bright light inside his capsule.
How much time i sleep?
The capsule start to open, and he can hear the computer giving a "welcome" message. He felt himself a little numb, while he walk off the capsule. He open his eyes, and screens appears, showing his actual status.
What a f... my both eyes? Legs... arms... quills? Damn program... Computer, give me informations about the base and outside situation.
The cold voice echoes in the capsule chamber, informing about the alien invasion, and, couting with him, two life forms are awakened inside the base.
So... i'm not alone... good... i need weapons and clothes. Locate the other living person, computer.
A screen appears revealing the location of the armory locker, and a yellow spot inside. He imagine this can be the other awakened. Nathan take a look on himself, while he walk to the armory.
Both arms and legs are replaced... and i don't know the color of my actual eyes... I hope to not looking like a metallic half-naked monster. Why they need to put us to sleep using only the underware?

Shade walked about finally locating the armory "finally" she muttered to herself entering the room Shade looked through the many armors and weapons lieying around and across the floor she sighed the place was a mess and no one had been there in years " life pod 79 has been opened" the computer chimed Shade looked around she had been in life pod 66 so who had awakened " computer state location of other life form" a computer screen popped up from the floor with a map of the base a small yellow dote moving towards the armory it was good to know she was not alone but it would be great if she could change before the other person showed up Shade grabbed a shirt and pants and quickly changed into them grabbing a few weapons and others that were lieying about the floor.

Nathan felt himself a little strange. He's not yet familar with those new implants, but he follow the way to the armory, making a full check in all new upgrades. He smile noting what type of parts he have now.
Well, i'll not be the most fast guy in earth, but i think i can use some heavy weapons now. If they don't stop to put metal in me, i'll be like a weird 90's movie robot.
When he finally found the room, he notice the other life form, a girl, fixing her boots and already in a uniform.
Hey there! It's good to see other living person here.
He walk closer and extend his hand to her.
Call me Nathan! Weapons specialist. I work with the mariners for five years. It's a pleasure to know you.

Shade was fighting with her boots when someone entered the room it was hard tying boots with a robotic hand Shade listened as he presented himself she smiled "Hi im Shade i was sniper and captain of my old army squad for 4 years its great to see im not alone... but you may want to get dressed before i shake your hand" Shade snickered and stood up her red hair flopping in her face...

Shade turned to see another person she smiled at Nika "nice to meet you Nika im Shade don't even ask me my last name i forgot it" Shade snickered piking up a few knives and placing them with the rest...
