He heard a voice nearby and opened one eye then the second one. He looked over to see Otto.
"Me? Hmm..must be at least twenty years now. Joined when I was 18. Been a long and grueling time to be honest..." he said , yawning and sitting up in his seat.
"But... I've enjoyed every minute of it. Been Rainbow for 5 years. I wanted to take part in the Las Vegas assignment but they already had a team. But from the way things turned out over there , I'm partly glad i wasn't there. Especially after the rogue operative , know what I'm saying." He finished.
There was a silence on the plane apart from the whirring of the engines. Clint started chewing his lip and peered out of the window. The rain had apparently stopped but it was dull nonetheless. He spotted a few more people climbing aboard.
"What about you? You a veteran then?" he asked smiling...

Dave followed the others to the plane and looked at the man at the stairs. "Bloody millitary jack asses" He mumbled to himself as he passed and walked up the stairs. The plane seemed alot bigger on the inside and he whistled quietly as he walked to the back of it and then turned around. "Do you have a lap top in here" He said loudly as he eyed up a women air steward. He moved over to a white leather chair and sat down in it wait for some one to reply.

The plane was nice. Soft white leather seats and a glossy high class interior, but she would have been just as happy flying in a crowded cargo bay. Finding a seat she sat down and crossed her legs, then began playing with her hair, running it through her fingers, listening to the men. She was exhausted from a sleepless night but too curious about the people around her to even think about sleeping.

(I think we're on the plane. >.> Oh, and sorry for taking so long to post. I have Driver's Ed this week from 8-2:30. I'm tryin to catch up, but I may have missed something.)

Kaedai boarded the plane with the rest and sized it up. Nice interior, but a bit small for his tastes. Putting the duffle bags he had taken from the briefing room in an adjoining chair, Kaedai took a seat just behind the woman. After a bit, he leaned forward and tapped on her shoulder. He wanted to get to know the rest of the squads. "I never introduced myself. I'm Kaedai, but I'm better known as Angel." He smiled in her direction, hoping this conversation lasted a bit longer than his usual ones.

Turning around she looked at him a big smile across her face. "Heh, why do they call you Angel?"

Zetsumei walked out of the bathroom. he sat down he was tired. He was in a row of seats alon. S he puts his feet on the seet across from him and he was out like a light but he was easaly woken.

Kaedai smiled. "Well, when you have three guys gunning at you, and you are cornered, you'd wish you had a guardian angel to help you." He looked back as a man came out of the bathroom, then turned back to Mirror, smiling wider. "That's where I come in." He winked and then stood up, walking around the aircraft before they took off. "So, we're going to the Big Apple first, eh?"

He wasn't asleep. "Yes..." he muttered. Some one had already said that he thought he heard it twice.

"So Angel, whats your specialty?" she was bored and talking was about the only thing she interested in. She was twirling some of her hair around her finger subconciously.

Kaedai looked back to Mirror. "I walk the shadows, and strike in the night." He smiled wide again. "I'm Spec. Ops., mostly. Sniping is my specialty, along with close-ups." Turning back to the cockpit, he continued talking. "My squad...my previous squad...we were good." He shook his head, then turned to pace the plane isle. "But we need to get going."

Kiidaa watched Kaedai. He was nervous it seemed, but the plane had already started to purr and the doors were being closed as everyone was aboard. "Im Recon & Support. My specialty is front line assualts." She smiled and put her feet on the back of the seat in front of her.

Otto then nodded, "You could say I'm a veteran, I've been on several missions against the Reds, back when there were Reds. Other than that, being GSG-9, I've been on too many Counter-Terrorist Ops. You could say I'm new to Rainbow though, only been in for a month." He then looked around, it was a really, really nice plane. Much better than what he had to ride in on many times.

"Assult here." He rose his hand trying to be funny.

"Pretty new here myself too. About two or three months." Mirror fidgeted in her seat. Standing up she fell backward into the seat infront of her, letting her feet hang off the top of it. Now upside down in a seat she felt comfortable for the moment. "Didnt catch your names. You are?"

"Just a month? I can't really think of anything to say ... you'll either hate it or love it eventually." he coughed slightly. He nodded to the guy asking for a laptop.
"Dunno mate , they might have one in the back but don't count on it.." he muttered , blinking a few times.
"Whoop-de-do" he muttered as he felt the plane moving," Don't you just love these long flights? Eight hours of nothing..." he said weakly cracking a wry smile. The belt sign flashed up and he clipped his seatbelt on.
"I'm gonna get some kip mate , wake me up if ya need anything..." he said as he shut his eyes. He had forgotten to ask everyone else's names.
Oh well , I have 8 hours to get to know everyone...

Kaedai sat as the plane started to move, buckling his belt and shifting in his seat. "I'm gonna get some sleep too. Wake me if you need anything." He pulled his hat down over his face and drifted off. In the darkness of subconsciousness, the images of his previous squad came back, the gruesome images of their broken and battered bodies scatted in his vision.

Flipping around in her seat Mirror buckled her seat belt. "Huh, everyone sleepy now?" She put her head down against the head rest and she was tired too. Closing her eyes for just a moment she ended up falling asleep, exactly what she hadn't wanted to do. I can just close my eyes for a few minutes... She thought, but a few minutes turned into three hours.

Zetsumei didnt buckle up. He didn't care. He looekd around. He decided he might as well. He left it very lose.

Otto clicked his seat-belt together, he knew what happened if you didn't, plus, he had eight hours to enjoy the ride. He loved flying, it was his passion, that's why he was helicopter pilot. That and he gradutaed top of his class in flight school in the old Federal Luftwaffe, that's how GSG got a hold of him as well. He sighed, and watched the droplets hit the window outside, it was going to be a long ride...
