Danny And Zeke were walking into the local tavern for a bite, when they gasped at the sight of a girl having collapsed at the doorstep.

"Shit!" Cursed Danny.

"Quick!" Went Zeke. "Go inside for help!"

Danny nodded, and got the bartender and his barmaids to help bring the 7 year old girl inside.

Out of the sun's rays, the girl blink a few times before opening her eyes and looking around. She gasp as she found that she was in an unfamiliar place. She quickly struggle out of the barmaids arms and she back herself against a wall, her eyes showing fear and hungry but of course fear won over her for now. Her bright blue eyes, seem to glow behind her fallen snow-white hair as she scan the people and her surroundings. "P-Please...don't hurt me...." she said, her young voice quiver with fear.

Zeke was running a hand along the girl's hair.

"You're in good hands, kiddo." He assured. "Refrain from causing strain. You need rest."

The girl gave him a determine look before her legs buckle slightly. She caught herself and look up at Zeke, her eyes tired but determined. "I rest when I find my family." She push his hand away but when she did, her legs buckle again out of lack of energy and she fell to her knees. "....when I find my family..." She said with whisper before looking up at Zeke.

(Just needs a little pizazz)

Name: Caine Abel
Gender: Male
Age: 37
Fighting Style: Berserk frenzy
Weapons: two simple longswords and a dagger
History: A remnant of the Old Guard, Caine has been through a lot during his tenure on earth. Seen the death of family, of friends, and of comrades. However, Caine uses the loss and turns it into anger, fueling his berserk fury.
Personality: A perpetual pessimist, Caine can be called a cold human being. He has temper issues, and sometimes loses control, but under the gruf exterior of the tall berserker, an intelligent man rests.
Looks: http://i54.tinypic.com/33mbyup.jpg
Height: 6'2
Weight: 235 lbs
Eye Color: Light Hazel
Hair: Dark brown

A scarred man sat by the door in the tavern, the muscle for the bar keep to keep unruly drunkards in line. However, the mere presence of the man in the corner set the patrons to acting right. The burly man with with rough and jagged longswords strapped to his back bespoke of danger, like a wolf sitting on it's haunches. Not that Caine minded, it made his job easier. Watching the bar for trouble was a fair enough trade for a free room, dinner, and some spiced wine every now and then.

Then a disturbance at the front door. Caine rose to check it out, but was cut short as a youth burst through the door and asked- no... Demanded for help. The bartender shot a glare at Caine and he shrugged. He stepped pass the threshold of the inn and came to bear the sight of a little girl and another young man. Caine grunted and bent over to pick the girl up. He brought the girl inside and laid her on one of the tables to see if she needed injuries taken care of. Rather, for one of the womenfolk to tend to her injuries.

"P-Please...don't hurt me...."

Caine winced as a flashback attempted to force it's way into Caine's mind. He quickly squashed it the only way to squash something in the mind. By doing something. Caine grunted and pulled up a chair next to the girl and said, "No one's going to hurt you here girl," His voice was rough, and his eyes hard, but the bear of a man meant it.

"I rest when I find my family ....when I find my family..." And the child fell down again.

Irritated, Caine picked the girl up by her shoulders, gently as the berserker could manage, and sat her down on a chair beside him. The young man who had appeared with her asked where her family was, and Caine scoffed, ignoring him. "Girl, listen to me. You can not find your family-" He looked up to see a number of bar patrons had encircled them. He glared at them with dangerous dead eyes, and they quickly took their seats away from the berserker and the little child. "Can't find your family tonight," He finished, "It's too dark, and you can't even stand. Tomorrow is a fresh day, girl. But tonight is for rest," He had to admit, he did admire the determination the girl showed.

He looked up at the bartender, "She'll take my room tonight, and my dinner and breakfast. If these boys want to help," he gestured to the two men who came in with the girl," They can rent their own room." He said coldly.

He looked back to the girl and once again tried to kill the flashback in his mind.

The mere sight of the man that had pick her up and set her on the table was enough for the girl to shake in fear, if she had the energy. His rough voice easily fit the man as she look up at him. She was about to answer Zeke's question but was interrupted by the large man. She didn't argue but merely shook her head when he told demanded for her to rest and start a fresh tomorrow. "T-Thank you sir." She said softly. "Your a very kind man, even if you look somewhat scary." She simply smile up and the man before yawning and rubbing her eyes tiredly.
