Sure. I don't have anyone over there yet. I'd be really glad to see some people in the Prince's group.

Edit: I approved him. Just be sure to get with whoever is playig the prince (don't have him yet) and go over both your backgrounds.

I do hope to have mine up by tonight it's taking a while because all my classes decided to have massive homework attacks due tomorrow.

Folks, we will be starting up tomorrow. I'm actually heading off to bed soon, so I'll post the opening in the morning. Just a quickie to set everything up: For their own reasons, each group wants to get to Atlantis. Both are starting off somewhere in the Americas. That means you have the option of either hiring an airship (expensive) or an ocean bound ship (less expensive) when the time comes. The objective is to get to Atlantis first and have your royal raise her up.

We are in a steampunk technolgy, so have fun with that. I will be playing any needed NPC's (captains of ships, tavern keepers, etc) as needed, and I will also throw in a few twists.

I hope we all have fun. I'm always open to suggestions, either here or in the Plot Twist board. I'll see you all in the morning!

Love those opening posts, guys. I think there is just one more person to post and we'll have all the intros done.

Just so you know, at certain points in the game, I will PM members and ask for a number. That number is part of the wheel of fate. You can have something good happen (like a sudden good fortune of money/supplies/information) or bad fortune (a member of your party gets sick or all the food you've packed goes bad). Anyone have objections to this? As a number is picked, it will be taken off the board.

Sure, that sounds really interesting! It'll force the characters to deal with the unexpected. More role-plays should do this.

It's something I used to do with my table top groups. It always made things interesting.

I agree I'm talking on the side with the Prince in PMs making sure that things line up well with our pasts.
