Alright, I know many of you if you have not read, have at least seen the books from the Redwall series. Redwall, Matthias, Lord Brocktree, Taggerung, Pearls of Lutra, Rackkety Tam (my favorite), Loamhedge, Outcast, and others. It is a wonderful series and I have enjoyed reading them, so I thought it would be fun to have a Redwall roleplay. The rules would be basic no godmodding, only mild cussing if any at all, a little romance is allowed just as long as it doesn't go past kissing, you can use the animals listed below as we want to try and keep it realistic. I want to see if anyone is interested, and if enough people are i will make a setting and we can begin.

Your beast can be of any descentm form anywhere you want them to be, oriental, scottish, indian, japanese, etc. etc. All medieval weapons are allowed or any made up weapon as long as it is physically possible in that time period. No magic beyond beyond simple tricks like smoke screens, tear gas, etc.

I love Redwall. I'd love to be in, but I am going to be busy for the next few weeks. I just wanted to throw out a few suggestions.

This game should be played in the Fiction Based section, as it is based on a pre-defined world.

If you are just throwing an idea out to see if people are interested it is best to place that thread in the Discussion and Information section until you start a thread for the actual game.

Are you going to keep the stories and setting true to the original books, or are you going to add any extra elements? (magic, black powder weapons) Personally I prefer classical Redwall with no powers or magic, only visions.

I hope you get a ton of people to join, this is going to be very fun.

I've never read the books, but I watched the series. Two seasons of it actually.
So I know a bit about it. Never got around to reading the books, but I definatly will if I get the chance.

Name: Nightshade
Age: 20 (human standards)
species:Wolverine
Weapon: A long double-edged sword, much like a blade used by badgers, which he uses for large combat. He also uses throwing knives and other assassin weapons.
Special skill: Assassination, stealth and weapons expert. He also has other skills, but these are his main skills.
Appearance: A simple wolverine wearing spiked and studded armor much like that of a badgers. When he's going on a stealth mission, he wears completely black-ninja like clothes.
Rank: Head weapons expert, and master of stealth and assassin.
Side: the horde.

Name: Danderen (Dander-en)
Age: 16 (Human standards)
Species: Otter
weapon: Barbed-javelins and a long deadly sword. He also uses a long bow which he keeps on his back, and a quiver of barbed arrows and barbed jevelins.
special skill: cooking, fighting and swimming like most otters. He loves cooking, and is always helping the friar make delicious meals. He also is a master swordsmen and a skilled warrior. He also is a skilled sailor and owns the Vermin regret a large boat which he uses for traveling.
Apperance: a tall brown otter, very muscular, and he wears ruby and gold armor that was skillfully crafted. His armor looks like samurai armor, and he has full armor. Underneath he wears a red vest and brown gloves. He also has tattoo's and markings similar to the taggerungs.
Rank: cook, paladin, Captain of the Vermin regret.
Side: Redwallers!

Age: 10 (Human Standards)

Species: Sea rat

Weapon: Widge's weapons are a handsome daggar and a bottle of mysterious black liquid. He also carries a deep purple cloth "just in case."

Special skill: Widge is young, agile, and quite experienced at stealing. His personality is much like a fox's because he considers himself far more intelligent than the other sea rats.

Appearance: Widge is a tawny brown-black rat with eyes that mysteriously glow red when he is angry. His hair, very messy and over-growing, spills across his face almost covering his eyes. His crooked, yellow teeth are his one pride, along with the many golden jewelry he steals from rats and other creatures trading at the docks. Widge wears brown clothes with his weapons tied around his waist in a black piece of cloth.

Rank: Widge is a young, experienced thief that will sell information to both sides of a conflict.

Side: Widge, thinking like a fox, prefers to remain sideless; a traitor to both sides... for a price.
