Players are mostly given free rein to wander around the house and even venture into the surrounding neighborhoods and towns as they like - the Gamemaster will generally refrain from physical threats, since their "souls" are already being held.
Map: Renshaw Manor - Full map
- First Floor: Kitchen, laundry, parlors and courtyard; players are given access to all foods and amenities on this level. The chessboard is held in a parlor (blue) and other happenings of the game are announced or posted in the courtyard (green).
- Second Floor: Bedrooms (blue) where players stay for the duration of the game. Room 50 is a spa, which players may use.
- Third Floor: Guest rooms - currently unoccupied, with good reason - and servants' quarters (red).
- Fourth Floor: The Gamemaster's private quarters; only accessible through a secret passage from the first floor (location will be revealed during roleplay).

The House Staff
There is at least one NPC associated with each character provided by the Gamemaster. You may, of course, also take control of other characters' NPCs and design more of your own as you please. Please do not rely excessively on NPC interaction except in your early posts - this is a roleplay between different people.
I have given the bodyguards basic descriptions, just to get the plot going, but you may develop them as you please.
- Rose - The house butler. He is friends with the Gamemaster, but disagrees with her philosophy.
- Matt - A bodyguard, associated with Ryan. He is new and a bit uncertain of himself, but physically very strong.
- Daz - A bodyguard associated with Deme. The second most experienced guard, and the one whom the Gamemaster trusts the most.
- George - A bodyguard (female, despite her name) associated with Linde. She was once a pianist, herself, and favors Deme.
- Ling - A bodyguard associated with Koray. He is physically the weakest, but also the trickiest and the most loyal to the Gamemaster.
- Soren - A bodyguard associated with Quinn. He seems indifferent to everything and rarely shows emotion.
- Jennifer - A bodyguard associated with Jade. Acts sympathetically and is genuinely a kind person, but has a twisted sense of good and evil.
- Tom - A bodyguard associated with Abigail. Younger than the other bodyguards and something of a follower himself.
- Pip - A bodyguard associated with Justin; his real name is unknown. He dislikes interaction and sticks to his job.
- Smith - The most senior and strongest bodyguard, in charge of Lorietta and Maria. He doesn't like what the Gamemaster is doing, but cares more for money than morals.
