I was wondering, would anyone like to rp harvest moon? Like an adult romance version? In the game its kind of kidish, and happy-go lucky type of game. But what i was thinking is maybe a role play were there is betrayal, romance, drama, and ect.

Example: Two rivals in town have arrived and each has chosen to help make the land better, with farming so many don't go poor. The town is weltering and many shops are ruined due to the misfortune of the mayor's embezzlement.

But, I am not sure as far as the plot goes what to do a little help would be awesome. As long as it includes romance.

I hope someone will be interested.

hmmm, an interesting little twist to the harvest moon game. I guess it would be interesting how it goes.

I'm in on that idea. It needs action too. Fights, dark pasts and hidden agendas. These are some of the things that make a good story twist.

hmmmm, what about conflict between the girls or something...just a guess, no good at thses topics.

Maybe i will make it free range? As in you can twist the story as much as you want for yourself as you go along? Like i will just write down the basic's for harvest and people can rp what they want with in the relm?

I've seen a few rp's about this game. One had the town ravaged by war and soldiers were trying to get back to their old lives. I think it's in this site. So, how about having a very kind mayor but deep inside, a very corrupted one that has all sorts of things going on. While in the meantime, a night club has opened nearby and one by one, girls and children start to go missing. You know, something like that. The suspense, the thrill and the pain of being betrayed.

I'm interested! I really like the idea of people going missing (e.g. nightclub, girls & children go missing) because it provides a more immediate, event-oriented RP, where as if the shops are ruined, nothing will really change that within a month. The mysterious, dark and tense atmosphere makes for a more dramatic love story.

Well, Harvest Moon has a very flexible plot. But then again, it's your call, SilentRedemption.

I might not join, but I'll read it, for sure. A friend got me into Harvest Moon, and I always wondered what it would be like if it was actually roleplayed rather than gamed. This sort of approach to the plot makes it all the more interesting, as well.

Great job, and I hope you guys have fun with it.
