In the silence a loud splash was heard. “The hell you doin’ Rob?”
“After decades of occupation you’d think the Jerries would clean up the place. You see what they doin’ to the city? It’s amazing.” The man pulled his boot out of the dirty water that ran down one of London’s many subway lines.
“Yea well you thank ‘em real nice for sprucin’ up the place why don’t ye?” The men were getting impatient, it had been hours since they left on their own.
“You know they won’t be coming down here.” Joseph Timmings said at the head of the group his pistol and a flashlight in his hands. “At least not for renovations anyway.”

It was a reconnaissance mission; they’d walked the subway lines and post “ears” on the tops of the lines. These “ears” were small boxes that picked up the movement of heavy objects. With them strategically spread out The Britons could pinpoint where Axis heavy armour was moving across the city. It seemed safe enough, the group were travelling in their own grounds but they didn’t go to the surface a lot, not during the day at least and they had no idea if the Nazis had something ready to end their lot in life.

Another hour later and they were back at a recognizable hole in the wall. “We’re coming in.” Joe shouted and put his gun away. Two figures shuffled near the top of the large hole. Joe could make out the barrels of their sniper rifles. He walked to the hole and found a knob, twisted it and opened a much smaller door that was made to look as if it belonged to the entire hole.
“You’re late.”
Joe stopped taking off his vest and turned to face the grey-haired man. It was Donovan; one of the heads of The Britons.
“You find anything Joe?”
“You tell me. We set it up and you listen.”
“You know what I mean.”
“No sir, there’s no news about movements made by the Russians against the Germans anywhere in Europe or North America. The newspapers we found were either two days old or missing significant segments.”
“I see.” Donovan put his hands behind his back; the posture clearly indicated the man was annoyed.
“What does it matter sir, they aren’t here. We only have one to deal with.”
“One extremist organization is not the same as the other. No one expected Communists and Fascists to be working together; it makes no sense. We need word on how the Americans and Canadians are doing; only activity by the Reds on our soil or the papers can tell us that.”
Joe threw his hands up into the air. “I don’t know what to do.”
“I do. You’re heading surface-side tonight.”

"Heil Hitler!" The S.A. Mann shouted as he saluted the Truppführer before him. "My platoon has moved through the streets of the city southeast, we have found no evidence of resistance, but rest assured we will hunt them down. The Soldier said as the Truppführer nodded.

"We need to quell resistance here before the Soviets gain control of the middle east, so we can secure our position here in Europe." The Truppführer explained as he went over the maps.

"Feldmarschall Keitl will be here in the morning, with a fresh division of troops to begin a final purge, we will search the city for these renegades."

The young stormtrooper would then nod. "Heil Hitler!" With a crisp Nazi salute, he walked off from the Sergeant, to join the rest of his squad on patrols, walking alongside a Tiger tank, and a group of German soldiers, whom had largely helped to rebuild London after the bombing, turning the city into the shining symbol of German occupation.

They had moved out, hoping that it would be another quiet patrol run.

Nogond and his squad was hiding in the forest near the road waiting for a german patrol. Nogonds squad was called The Ghosts since they always disappeared like a ghosts after a raid. All of its members had been in a concetration camp at one point in their life.

Nogond and his squad soon saw an two APC and about 20 foot soldiers marching behind. Nogond saw for they would finally have a chance to use their rocket launchers. When the patrol got close enough Nogond whispered, "Men take out the APCs first then focus on troops ad remember let one live to warn the others." His men nodded and readied the launchers. Soon two rockets flew and hit the APCs destroying them. Nogond saw through the scope of his rifle and at the now panicked soldiers and fired killing one. After a few minutes most of the were dead soo Nogond signalled to leave the place and regroup back at base.
