He doesn't believe in guns, thinking them less effective that his own brute force. He carries a long curved blade at all times, strapped to his back, and various daggers hidden about his person.
Personality:
Tyler says exactly what he thinks, when he thinks it, without running it through his mind to even clarify if he believes it or not. This gets him into trouble pretty much all the time, although many of his friends know that he doesn't always mean what he says. For a De-Man he actually has a lot of friends due to his confident and open personality. He creates close friendships easily as his apparent affliction of saying what he things works both ways. He isn't the nicest of guys either though, as a De-Man he knows he is better at fighting than the humans are and this can sometimes show through. He will always stand by the things he believes in, for instance he has full confidence in the idea that having demon blood doesn't make you a bad person.
History:
Tyler doesn't know who his parents are. Sometimes De-Man parents step forward but his never did, and he's over it. He lives in his quarters, with his own room he shares facilities with five other De-Men. He has always been nice to the humans, always trying to be friends and in some places he has succeeded. Although fighting is his life he has always known how to have a good time, he loves easily, lives unregretfully, and forgets quickly. He doesn't think that there is time for too many emotions when you live in an environment where your friends can be killed daily. If one dies he moves on, forgetting them. He has always been this way.
