Description

Name: Ianto Quinn Schaefer
Ianto stands at five feet one inch tall, weighs about 70 pounds, is slightly muscular (especially in his hands), and has light colored skin. Brown eyes, brown hair which is a bit longer now than before he was taken contains orange and red highlights all make up Ianto. His normal outfits consisted of dressy shirts that range from the palest of blues and white to the brightest orange or green with a matching vest of a different color over them, dressy jeans or dress pants that are usually black (but sometimes he'll change it up a bit), and dress shoes or dressy sneakers (Also of varying colors), and usually you'll see him wearing a bit of makeup to complete the look. Normally people assume he only has two tattoos, but no! He has four! "Mad as a Hatter" is tattooed on the inside of his right wrist, and "Thin as a dime" on his left. On to the hidden tattoos! On the back of his left upper arm is the letter Q in an odd font that's rather hard to read (presumably the Q refers to his middle name, which he refuses to tell anybody), and on the back of his upper right arm is a question mark in a slightly different font.Abilities: ~ Electrokinesis
~ Technokinesis
(Details on his powers are within the equipment box.)Age: 18*Gender: MalePersonality: Ianto is a pretty crazy guy. He loves dancing, music, and playing his guitar. He probably wont back down from a dare and is sometimes willing to do crazy things to make others happy. He hates seeing others down, as it makes him sad as well and even if it wasn't his fault he feels guilty. Ianto is constantly listening to music and playing guitar as well as singing and writing his own music.
He is the kind of kid that when his mom told him not to put his fingers in the electrical socket, he would get a Pixie Stick and pour it in there.
Some of the most commonly heard phrases from this guy are song lyrics and movie quotes. He's a movie junkie, but he loves music more than anything and is a bit lost if his guitar gets taken away. He usually smells like raspberries and oranges, which are his favorite foods and normally he carries some around with him.
He's a music junkie, and he almost always has something playing or he's playing. Be prepared to be attacked by posters if you come into his room, they vary from Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, to Scooter, Cascada, Sugarcult, Italobrothers, and O-Zone, and you should expect lots of rock and techno music playing. He also loves horror movies, and he has a vast collection of coins from around the world, stamps, guitar picks, and things autographed by famous bands. With him you should expect lots of music, hyperactivity, and randomness, and trust me, it can be hard to deal with at times. He can be serious though, and will do anything for what he believes in.Biography:
"Onward bound to... NEVERLAND!"
Ah, Wednesday, better known as Movie Night. Ianto's favorite night of the week, the one night he ignored the mound of homework on his desk and hung out with all of his friends. It was like a holiday to them, all of them crammed on Ianto's bed staring at the TV and munching on popcorn.
"He flew!" All six boys said at once, as they had been throughout the movie, saying every line with the near-perfect timing that comes with watching a movie too many times.
All six of them noted that the giant bowl of popcorn was empty and lunged for it, Ianto stealing it and running downstairs, the other five chasing after him. He stuck three packets of popcorn in the microwave and hit the popcorn button quickly, the microwave dinging before heating the bags inside. Next Ianto grabbed the popcorn kernels from the bottom of the bowl he had been carrying and dropped a small but random amount of them into a small container, tossing the others into his mouth. Ianto clicked a lid onto the small container and tossed it to his friends, who swarmed over it like sharks upon a small fish. He laughed and opened the microwave when it dinged, dumping the bags of popcorn into the bowl and racing upstairs with it to catch the next scene of the movie they'd already seen hundreds of times, his friends following him still fighting over the kernels.
"Haven't you people ever heard of closing the goddamn door!"
"Mutter! Vater! Ich ist im die hause!" Ianto slammed the front door of his house shut as usual and hummed as he walked up to his room, his electric guitar still hanging around him on its strap. ("Mother! Father! I'm home!")
Walking past his parent's room, he saw the door was open and glanced in to check on them and realized it was a nasty mistake.
"Mutter! Vater!" Ianto gasped, eyes going wide as he dropped the backpack he had been carrying, the contents pushing against the partially zipped bag and making their way out onto the floor. ("Mother! Father!")
His mom and dad gasped, looking up from what they had been... Doing.... His mom jumping to her feet and wrapping a towel around herself before stepping out of the room and shutting the door to explain herself.
"Ianto-" She started, but her son had already run off to his room, his backpack abandoned in the hallway, its contents spilling out around it.
Ianto played his guitar violently, taking out his frustration, why couldn't his parents be normal? Why did they have to have sex practically every night? Oh yeah, that's right, because they wanted a little girl. One that they could give a pretty little name to. A name that they liked better than his. Kaylee, he thought, what a weird name. I mean, who calls their kid Kaylee? It's like a little boy being named Ianto he snorted, wrinkling his nose as he got up. Carefully stepping around the mounds of stuff on his floor, he carried his guitar carefully out to the backyard, not glancing at his parents room on the way, even though the door was closed. Outside now, he took a seat on the rim of the fifteen-foot trampoline, that resided in the backyard, and began practicing songs.
What you don't know can hurt you.
Ianto shrugged as his parents asked him if he would mind going on a trip for a few days. They were always working, so they never quite knew what their son was up to and he figured he was just being sent to his brother's house or something. Little did he know that his parents were really going to comply with the new mayor's request to examine their child. He found out what was going on very quickly, however and packed his bags before heading off toward the house his older brother, Carsten, shared with his band-mates and cousin, Annamarie Aarune, who they often referred to as 'Kaylee'.

Equipment
~ Technokinesis is an advanced form of Technopathy, where the bond between the user and machines (such as computers) has been increased and developed so well, the user can actually work through the machines by psychically animating them or controlling them like puppets. Certain aspects, because indeed most machines today are run by electricity, of the technokinetic talent may involve necessary electrokinetic assistance.
~ Electrokinesis he can physically enter an electronic device and travel along its power lines. It takes him a little time to travel by electrokinesis, and it gives him a horrible, mind-numbing headache afterward. Normally before he can use it he has to absorb a lot of electricity. If he absorbs enough electricity, he will electrocute himself or someone else, which is one of the reasons he's afraid of water (fear of electrocuting everyone in contact with the water).
