This might be the lowest floor in the building but this is not some dirty wet base-mate. The Floor is a very well clean and well decorated large room. The elevators opposite of the ones you take to get to and from the Main Casino are really portals that open and close to different worlds and times. The side walls are lined with pictures of famous vegas people and slot machines.
