Description

Frederic is rather tall, standing at six foot, three inches, and has a rather pale complexion, despite his many hours spent in sunlight. He has a rather lean physique, despite the many years of hard work to strengthen himself, and has long, pitch black hair. His eyes are a sort of reddish brown, completely unlike his mother's pale blue eyes, and his canines on the top row are longer than normal. He can usually be seen wearing simple, black and red clothing with a black cloak and hood, but when prepared for battle or on the job as a sell-sword, he wears a faded, gray set of elven armor, excluding a helmet. All of his shirts and chest armor have latches or straps to hold his sword.

Personality

Frederic is a somewhat fiery youth, something that his mother says reminds her of his father. He will take on anyone, given the slightest challenge, and often jumps into random quests without so much as a moment of thought. He has a few pet peeves that usually cause unneeded deaths, such as people using "rick" or "fred" in place of his full name. he has a taste for raw meet, as it feeds a sort of hungering for blood that has filled him these last few years.

Equipment

Frederic wields a great, elvish two handed sword made of the black ore, Orihalcon. It's a rather special sword with many features that set it apart from other elven blade; as such it has a long, wide, straight blade that runs down the length of his body, and has a rod like protrusion running up from the tip, down the middle of the blade, to the curved hilt. The guard is long, and curves backwards in an almost "U" like shape, the ends curving outwards with gem like endings. The handle is long, with a grip spiraling down the length, ending in a sapphire pommel. The sword has no special properties or name, to Frederics knowledge, at least.

History

Frederic was born eighty years after the liberation of Alionya, and the redevelopment of Maliusya. His mother, Evangeline Balentyne, is a high-court mage of Maliusya, responsible for most of the magical guilds within the nation's borders. His father remains a mystery to him, even to this day. Frederic grew up a privileged child, like most children in the modern Maliusya, inside the great castle that their king had built into the great mountains, like the castle of old that had been destroyed by the general, Sage. Frederic had the privilege of meeting, and befriending, many influential people during his childhood in the castle, though, his mother never allowed him to meet the king. In fact, she, and others in the castle, insisted that he didn't, much to his confusion. Throughout his childhood, he trained with the great general of old named Cye, a werewolf of great skill and renown. From him, he learned to use his own body as a weapon, and the use of the two handed sword. In fact, it was Cye who gave him the sword Frederic now carries. Frederic left the castle during his teenage years, sent out into the world by his former trainer, who insisted that he spend time in the outside world and gain experience, so that he may realize the great potential that others saw in him. He now works as a simple sell-sword and novice mage in the kingdom of Alionya. There he often finds quests, both small and great, that have lead him to be quite wealthy and well known.
