A high elf and a talented alchemist who's wit and charm have gotten him far. Traton however finds himself now in a world of swords and leathal magics. Can a lone researcher hope to survive?
Traton Elindro stands at 6'2 and is lithe in form, matching most of the high elven race. His hair is redish blond, cut to a medium length and parted on the right side. His facial features are narrow and pointed giving him a haughty appearance. Traton is an attractive young elf is often described as regal looking.
He has traded the custom white gown of his people for heavy, fur lined traveling clothes. When not dressed as such he can usually be found in his formal wear of flowing dress robes of deep red, cinched at the waist with a gold sash.
Traton Elendro is a friendly and charming individual at most times, but he can also come off as a bit prideful. In truth he considers practically every other culture inferior to his own, though he rarely comes out and says it. He is helpful where possible but when things go wrong he can often be heard murming about "how these things don't happen back home". Traton is intellegent but seems often at a loss for simpler things, creating delicate concoctions to cure rare ailments, but having no idea how to replace a wagon wheel. Traton thirsts after knowledge and studied extensively in the alchemic arts he now searches for further learning in the open world. Apart from his alchemy studies Traton also has an interest in the arcane. While he has learned somewhat of magic he is far from being an actual mage, after all one cannot become a wielder of ethral energies by mearly dabbling. Rather it could be said that he possesses a theoretical knowledge of Magic and how it functions, but he lacks the practice and and actual experience needed to use it.
Traton is aproximatley 241 years old by the Altaean calandar and does not take well to "youthful upstarts" challenging his inteligence He has learned a great many things in all his years, and though young by elvish standards he has made good use of his life thus far.

Traton Elindro was happy enough in the tower city of the high elves. He was apprenticed out at a young age to a well known alchemist and doctor to learn his trade and make his way in the then rigid elven culture. But as time wore on the high elves became less staunch in their ways and more debauched and sensual. Traton from a young age sorrowed over this change he was whitnessing in his people, mainly the other youth, and feared the eventual collapse of their society. After he had learned all that the vast libraries could teach him in his alchemy persuits he resolved to leave his ancestral home and journey abroad to further his knowledge. Many called him a fool stating that the "outside world" held nothing that the High elves hadn't discovered years ago. Traton remained undeterred and left the tower delcaring "I would rather spend my days out there absorbing all that the world has, than sit here and see our once great people rot from within." Traton did not accpet the cultural changes that had manifested in his people, but rather clings to "the way things were" claiming their old ways to be the true method of high elven conduct. This he believes will become pronounced once again, as soon as his people come back to them selves.
He has traveled some few parts of the world of Altaea, notably among the orc tribes to learn of their shamanistic healings and the remedies used. It was his honor to be taught some small portion of Orcish battle technique as well. Something he was not overly talented at, as it differs greatly from the graceful high elven dueling styles, but has given him some small amount of self deffence. None the less Traton is no warrior.
He has since traveled among men and found some items of interest, namely the idea of turning lead into gold (as of yet unaccomplished) and now moves through the mountains. He is seeking out the reclusive dwarves to see what is of use there.
