Introduction
Whoa, it seems my RP is really popular, so I guess I'll have to add more people to the group, hmm... Also, I can't take all of the glory. Thanks to xCrossX21 for some ideas. I also thank all of you people for being interested in this RP. ^_^
CAUTON, LONG INTRO, READ AT YOUR OWN DESCRETION
CHARACTER SKELLY AT THE BOTTOM
STORY
There is a peculiar group of teenagers living in Grand City, they have no hideouts, no specific rules, they just drift. One day they visit a Scientist's lab, and decide to stay there from now on, but someone wasn't careful with what they touched, and they sent the teens spiralling into the past. Suddenly they woke up near a village, with no idea where they were, and the machine they used to get there had no power. What will they do? There are a variety of choices from slave working to theft, you decide. Also, you could join the Serenian Militia, a group devoted to defending Amaranth from invaders and brigands, monsters and sorcerers. At some pint in the RP, the kids will choose to either stay in Amaranth or return home.
THE KIDS
(Lance, Played By Zody): Agile, quick and daring, he is that one guy you can always count on. Well, nearly always. Has a bad home life, but his friends don't know. He's also been to jail.
(Drake, Played By ShadtheWerepire): Deceptive and smart, drake will probably destory your brains.
(Nero, Played By FrozenShard): A Young Cute Girl With A Very Freakish Shy Personality
(Amoura, Played By Fallen): A fragile, quiet, and emotional girl. Overly trusting and very naive. She is what everyone else wants her to be, and has yet to live for herself. She is a tortured soul, with many secrets.
(Minako, Played By NaotoArisato): Girl who lived with her grandfather, before he died, she was also a juvenile delinquent, but stopped when her clsoe friend was killed.
(Faithy, Played By xfaithyx123): Sweet Girl, Honest, loving and she controls Dark magic and loves new weapons.
(Red, Played By angelwolf123): Ran away from home, from a bad family, her brothers are crackpots, and her mother was weak willed. Doesn't talk about her father.
(Chevette, Played By Soul_Eater): Extremely resourceful girl who likes dark magic.
(Leon, Played By xCrossX21): Guy who wants to be an Assassin, hates loud music and has Claustrophobia.
(Hashana, Played By Nanase): An incredibly smart young girl who despite her painful past has managed to recover and find a new life among the Grand City Vagrants (what she calls them).
(Shayna, Played By Kugorie): Kind girl who is scared of water, spiders and sharks, also has an Uzi.
POWERS
Some people in Amaranth are gifted with powers, some in the modern world have these powers as well, but cannot tap into them until certain conditions are met. The time travel occurance has obviously changed that. Now the kids have powers, but they are very limited, only with training can they have true control. There are a few types of powers. These include:
- Necromancy, the revival and manipulation of dead objects, not limited to humans and creatures. You could control anything that has no life energy, such as a tree or a rock.
- Elemental Magic, the manipulation of elements, such a fire or air. earth can be used to make a shield, and fire can be used to burn wounds, helping them to heal.
- Light Magic, the type of magic used to form barriers and heal wounds, also includes the manipulation of light, and the derivations of light. An example is making a solid spear of light.
- Dark Magic, the use of anger and hate, and darkness, to inflict pain and bad luck on opponents, but beware, such actions will come back to you eventually.
SKILLS
Everyone has skills, if they be art or the mastery of of weapons. Think of your own.
THE KARMIC CIRCLE
The Karmic Circle is a major belief in Amaranth, it is the centrepoint of magic and the focus of many religions and cults. Most people will scold you if you doubt in it's existance, and some will even try to destroy you in its name. The Karmic circle is a powerful thing. Here is your warning. 'Do bad, and it will come full circle thrice'. Obviously the more ‘Scientific’ people will dismiss it as a way to control people, but are they as right as they think they are?
RELIGIONS
Well, lookie here, oh great, religion, we totally need that. Anyway, religion in Amaranth is just the same as in the modern world, still causing wars and death, and brings heaps of cr*p on eveyones heads. Just stay away from the cults, will you. You never know what'll happen.
JOBS
Jobs, give money, make money, die alone with heaps of money. So there are still jobs, but you won't need to have one, especially if you're a Thief or a Bandit or a Rogue or something. Anyway, here's the jobs you can have.

Teresa- The teacher of the dark arts and Necromancy, not very easy to find or get to mentor you.
Beatrice- Will beat you to a pulp, weapons trainer. Trains Generals or up.
Selene- Light magic trainer, really kind and nice. Trains Mages and Wizards.
Lucinda- She's smart, elegant and freakin' deadly, she's meant to be a Ninja or something. Trainer of Spies and other Government people.
Carmen- She's just a Thief, but she can train you better than Lucinda can, she'll teach you everything you need to successfully steal anything you want.
MALES
Judah- Teacher of Nature and Love, is well in touch with his personal side. Trains Preists.
Alexander- Battle hardened warrior, trains Berzerkers. Pretty much war machines here.
Jakob- Apprentice to Selene, trains you so that you can be the apprentice of Selene.
Balthazaar- Dark wizard, master of the Dark Arts. Trains Liches and Necromancers.
Shamael- Teacher of Scripture, teaches Scribes and Scholars.
Blargh, thats a lot of stuff, anyway, theres a lot more NPC's in this RP, you might meet all of them, you might meet none, ah well. I can't be bothered to put in any more stuff, so yeah.

"No need to swear, everyone should be here soon." Drake smirks appearing from the shadows with his hands in his pockets. He slides down the fence and sighs, "How was your day?" he asks trying to stir up conversation and starts gnawing on a chocolate bar from his pack while they wait for the others. "Chocolate?" He looks questiongingly at Lance offering up a small piece.

Lance jumped slightly at Drakes voice, reaching for his knife, then realising it was Drake. "Thank god that was you man, and not my sisters boyfriend". Lance breathed a sigh of relief, and also slid down the fence. "My day sucked, first i got attacked by my sisters boyfriend, and his jock friends, then i get sent to the Nurses office, then the principal, from who i stole this nice Revolver". He pulled out his S&W .800 Magnum Revolver. "It's a beauty aye, one shot'll knock your head clean off. Anyway, aftert hat I got fairly beaten". Lance lifted up his shirt to expose cuts and bruises, and a fair bit of blood. "Doctor said that they'd broken a rib, ah well. Then I came here". He looked at Drake, who he noticed was offering him some chocolate, which he took happily. "Thanks man, anyway, how was your day?". Lance took a bite of chocolate, noticing it was fairly good quality. "Where'd you get this?"

Minako entered an old warehouse that hadn't been used in a few years; she held a bunch of flowers in her hand. She walked toward a batch of other flowers on the ground, she set hers amongst them. She looked down at the spot and smiled slightly, "I'm doing better; I know you worry a lot." Minako unsheathed the sword she had, "I've kept it in good condition, and it's helped out a lot." She lowered her head sadly and returned the blade back to its cover. "I have to go now, I promised to meet up with some others." With that she left the warehouse and headed over to where she was supposed meet the others. Upon reaching she finds two from the group already there, she doesn't make it a point to make herself noticed and waits for the others.

A smile creeped up on Drake's lips as Lance lifted his shirt revealing the slight gore of the injuries, while most might cringe or attempt to heal the wounds Drake purely enjoyed examining the cut flesh and dried blood. "Quite an eventful day for you not nearly as eventful for me." he says his eyes still glued Lance's cuts, "I just wandered around a bit, I won twenty bucks off an old man in the park that thought he could beat me at chess. So I bought this chocolate as a treat for my victory." He smiles evily. The chocolate was indeed a treat and better than the normal Hershey bars he would buy but he still considered Hershey's the best. He glances to Minako at her arrival but doesn't say anything busy eating his chocolate.

Lance pulls out his phone, trying to contact Leon (I'm also trying to contact Cross in real time aswell). He noticed Drakes eyes glued to his ijuries and dropped his shirt. He looked at the alley they were next to, and down the end, he saw two things happen.
One - His sister and her boyfriends were there, having an argument.
Two - Her boyfriend had pulled out a knife, and was waving it around.
"Ah crap, I'll be right back you two" With that he rand down the alley and tackled the guy with the knife. "Sup Alexander, nice to see you, you spineless piece of crap". Alex pushed Lance off of him, and took out his knife, obviously ready for a fight. He slashed at Lance, who dodged, pulling out his own knife, he blocked Alex's slash, the proceeded to kick him, sending him into the wall. Alex ran at him, slashing wildly, Lance was slashed on the shoulder, but he managed to block, or dodge most of the blows. "I'm getting bored now Alex, shall we end this?". He darted behind Alex, kicking his leg so that he fell down, then he stomped on the back of his head, obviously giving him a concusscion. After that encounter he walked back to the group, watching as his sister ran home.

Hashana was slowly making her way towards the agreed meeting spot. She was running a little late as she had had gotten a little "lost" in the library. Okay, so she was borrowing a few more history books, the library would never notice. As she marched onwards, her eye bothering her slightly; despite what the doctors had said, it still pained her every once in awhile. Upon closing in to the back alley her friends were meeting her she heard the sounds of a fight. Prolly one of her group beating the snot out of another guy, honestly nothing they did really surprised her anymore. She was just about to cross the alley in question when lance popped out of it a little worse for wear. And of course she had to hit him over the head "Stop getting into knife fights idiot, one of these days your going to end up on the wrong end of one and I won't be there to save you." She grinned next though and walked back to the fence with him "I've missed you guys, how you been lately?"

Minako held the sword close to her making sure nothing happens to it; she glanced at Drake and sighed in a weary manner. In the short time she traveled with them, she hadn't ever met a person like him. She watched as Lance headed down the alley, she couldn't help but smile to herself finding something about it funny. It was an entertaining scene, watching him beat up the other guy. It grew boring watching them so Minako picked herself up and sat on a lone rock and kicked her feet, bored and feeling impatient. "I should've stayed by the warehouse a little longer..." She muttered under hear breath. Minako noticed the addition of another member, she hit Lance on the head making her giggle slightly.

Drake continues eating his chocolate as Lance runs off to have a little fight, he thought about getting up and helping expecially after blood had been shed but he was far too lazy to get up and his chocolate was keeping him occupied. He smiles as Lance returns getting a metalic wiff of blood, "You're hurt." He awknowledges but doesn't do anything to help, of all of them he probably knew how to stop bleeding best but the others didn't know about his obsession with cutting himself and he prefered to keep it that way.
He looks lazily at Hashana when she appears, "I've been fine, However the knight in bloody shining armor here keeps getting into fights as you can see." He smiles waving a hand toward Lance, and takes another bite out of his chocolate.

Lance turned around, just in time to get a hit on the head. "Agh, god damnit Hashana, why do you always do that? It gets annoying after a while, and you know I wont die, I'm too awesome. (And I'm also the GM's character) How have we been, well, I've been hated, Drake's been... Drake-ish.. and Minako's been... I acutally don't know. Anyway, I was hoping to show you guys a new spot I've found, with everyone here, but I can't be bothered waiting anymore, so, lets go!".

Minako scoffed at Lance's comment, "Death isn't something you can avoid because of status" She mumbled under her breath. She jumped up from her comfy rock and dusted herself off, "I've been great thanks for asking!" She said in a mock cutesy voice. Minako approached the others, "So where exactly is this new spot?" Truthfully she didn't care but she asked just for knowledge sakes.

Hashana laughed, these were the only people she could do that around anymore. "Because, Someone around her has to make sure that when one of you get's hurt they won't bleed to death, Heavens knows the only time the med saves you is when your lucky." Hashana sighed at the sound of a new spot. It seemed that whenever they found a new spot something always happened, they had a brawl with a small time gang to get this one, now Lance is off finding another one. "Well, Lead the way then Lance. I'll stay right behind you, Hello drake, Ohiyo Minako" She smiled, it was nice to see everyone again, it had been what... a week or so since there last meeting? Yeah a week sounded about right. "Well go on Lance, Whats this new spot your so hyped about"

Lance smirked. "I hope you can keep up with me. But I doubt it. It's on 25th St, race ya there!" Lance took off with a dash, launching himself up the fence and climbing up the wall of a building, he flipped over the metal railing on the fire escape, and smiled at the others, who were still there, then he ran off and jumped from building to building using his parkour skills.

Hashana sighed again. "If he gets his neck broken I won't even help him, idiot." She looked around at the others. sitting on the fence. "I guess we have a new spot to meet at now. I'll met you guys over there. I don't care much to race, not with this backback on at least" She shifted the heavy backpack around. "I'll take a nice and easy walk over there, feel free to join me if you wish." At least it's not that far, Hashana thought to herself.

"Drake-ish?" Drake questions under his breath what was that suposed to mean? He gets up and follows the group letting the girls talk, Hashana seemed jumpy as usual. He finishes the last bit of his chocolate and throws out the wrapper as they walk past a rusty trash can. A new spot sounded interesting as long as he didn't have to walk far. His mind was wandering quite a bit, changeing locations was always good, kept people from recognizing him, so far he'd only seen the missing persons picture once in the newspaper since he left and they hadn't gotten close to finding him yet.
He looked up from the ground when Lance madehis challenge, it was still light out and he was far to tired to race Lance because he knew he'd lose. "I'll keep you company walking." He sighs walking with Hashana.

Minako sighed, "There he goes again, I swear he's like some annoying kid brother..." Though everyone in the group had their faults, Minako still enjoyed their company. Minako picked up her things, "We should get going, before that idiot gets into more trouble." She heard Hashana's idea and decided to join her, "And I'll come too." Minako was also a little bit wary of Drake but other than that she didn't want to go by herself.

Lance was on the rooftop when he got the call from his mother, she was furious about the Alex incident. She was yelling so much that it seemed like she'd lost it. He stopped. She was cursing him, sayign certain things that were paining him greatly. He hung up. "Stupid bitch"

He was on 25th St, waiting for the others. He was yelling at his mother, when the others came around the corner, but he obviously didn't notice them. He had tears forming in his eyes. "Well YOU KNOW WHAT! SCREW YOU, SEND ME BACK TO PRISON, I DON'T CARE, wait, what? Oh, so I'm not your son anymore? I was your son in the first place? IT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT YOU F*CKING STUPID B*TCH! Yeah, I know what I did, I dont give even a little tiny miniscule piece of sh*t. Screw you!" He was pissed, then his mother said it. The one thing that he'd only been afraid of.
Mother(On the Line): Oh yes Sir, my son if behaving erattically, please, either send him to prison or the insane asylum, but I recommend death".

He was on 25th St, waiting for the others. He was yelling at his mother, when the others came around the corner, but he obviously didn't notice them. He had tears forming in his eyes. "Well YOU KNOW WHAT! SCREW YOU, SEND ME BACK TO PRISON, I DON'T CARE, wait, what? Oh, so I'm not your son anymore? I was your son in the first place? IT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT YOU F*CKING STUPID B*TCH! Yeah, I know what I did, I dont give even a little tiny miniscule piece of sh*t. Screw you!" He was pissed, then his mother said it. The one thing that he'd only been afraid of.
Mother(On the Line): Oh yes Sir, my son if behaving erattically, please, either send him to prison or the insane asylum, but I recommend death".

Hashana enjoyed talking with Minako, and even Drake decided to come along, rare but nice of him. It didn't take that long to get to 25th street, a nice afternoon stroll, though that was about all she did now, still nice with company. Even before they arrived she could hear screaming, Lance was very angry about something. As she got closer she began to make out words and it struck her hard. Lance, despite all of his trouble, he was supposed to be the normal one in this band of Vagrants. She always wondered why he hung out with them, now she knew. It was a shock to learn about who Lance really was, but it didn't change anything, Lance was still the same old Lance.

Lance looked at her, a small smile on his lips, he looked her in the eyes and said 'Thank you' with them. "Oh yeah, the hangout's in here, he unlocked the doors and stepped inside the massive room. He quickly rushed the others inside and locked the doors. he then proceeded to a lift shaft. He presed the button to go to level 10, when everyone was in, of course, and they began to descend. "A rather peculiar elevator don't you think. When the doors opened they were at a room that looked like it was live-in-able. He stepped out and addressed his friends. "Welcome, to the Hideout. Just don't touch that orb thingy. Ever". He walked over to a couch and collapsed onto it. "Bleh.."

He follows Lance inside planning his attack carefully as they went down an elevator, the place reminded him of the mental home with all of the metal counters and sterilization stations but he tried not to let it show.
They exited the elevator and he studys the room, "I want to hear more about the jail bird." Drake snickers addressing Lance, "come on spill it, what put you in the slammer? I would like to know if one of my friends murdered a man or robbed a bank an has a fortune hidden somewhere in a tree." He looks at Lance curiously he wanted to see Lance snap some more, watching people lose control was fun expecially when it's not you for once. To make it an offer he couldn't refuse Drake moved closer to the orb, "if you don't tell me I'll touch the orb thingy." Okay, quick explanation, Hashana has wraped the her shirt across her upper chest to reinforce the bandage. If you can't visualize this then she looks like normal except instead of wearing a shirt she has wrappings across her (small) breasts. This however does mean you can see most of her scars. I am posting this as a clarification so everyone understands what she did.

anyways I am not sure what my theme song for Hashana will be, I used an archetype that I use pretty often for her design but she's different from usually, stronger and more determined. I'll have to find a new theme song for her. Also Drake, she doesn't hate you yet because she's thought you were a little crazy from the beginning, but she definitely misjudged you on your control and she will be pissed about it.
another point, The wound was never that dangerous, while it looked bad it missed all major arteries thanks to the knife ricocheting off her bone, but then again Hashana has always been lucky when it came to knife wound. I mean hell, the girl had a knife go through her eye and she managed to even keep her sight. You can't get much luckier with wounds then her.

10 pm here too.... school tomorrow so I'll probably be going to sleep soon.. I'm pretty active from the moment I get home from school but it varies week to week cuz I'm busy sometimes and weekends I'm usually posting from my phone, I have my own roleplay that I've got my hands full of so I think I'd rather just stick with GMing that one.... we don't really need a Co-GM, I just start talking about random things when I'm bored....
