Circumstances: because of blues weird abilities and danger to society, after the "incident" happened he was taken from his mother at age 2 renamed "blue" (for hair color) and taken to the institute for study..nonone knows what goes on at the institute but the experiance has left blue with huge scars, making him distrust humans and have a lot of self-loathing. Blue recently escaped and is trying to find the good in human life.

Personality

He tends to be actually very insanely happy..his not being institutionalized has made him giddy to be alive.Hes like a small child whose never talked to anyone or had friends.hes a tad naive but not stupid. Sometimes when reminded of his crimes and that hes different he will become a tad introverted and depressed but its something he avoids.

Equipment

when he left the institution he brought with him many hypodermic needles which he uses as weapons against people from the hospital seeking to recapture him. he also took a strange orb he found in the center of the institute...hes still wearing a straight
jacket. After he got out and was on the streets he became friends with a drug dealer named freddy, who decided to help him and gave him some knives.
