Introduction
(Note: I may approve canon charries, but no major changes throughout the RP. This is meant to be a long term RP, and please be able to post at least every 2-3 days)(that is of course you have a good reason, but tell us in advance please)
Los Angeles, the city on angels. The city never sleeps. The lights, the glamor, the action. It attracts people. It draws them to it. Even Vampires and demons.
"Los Angeles. You see it at night and it shines. Like a beacon. People are drawn to it. People and other things. They come for all sorts of reasons. My reason? No surprise there. It started with a girl." Angle's whole speech thing on episode 1. Thanks to Shavnia_Velmount.
Ok, so its L.A. It has actors, movie directors, small and big businesses, cars, bars, supernatural stuff, cafe's, restaurants, you know, stuff like...wait, supernatural?
The main charries (that are still alive) are Angel, Illyria, Gunn possibly (lets go with that he is still alive. I would like to have him in this), and Spike. Cordelia might return at some point since she is a higher power. Also, if Buffy decides to pay Angel a visit.....well, its a possibility.....maybe....i mean i think she died...but still.....its hard to stay dead in L.A., just ask Angel.
However, that doesn't mean the story is the same. Angel is still fighting evil, but the senior partners are out of an army and an LA office.....they may return, but for now, they are gone.
However, a new threat is coming in. A 16 year old girl is on the run. Vampires are after her. Her name is Sarah Black....and she is "The Exiled One". She has recently come to L.A. to hide from the vampires hunting her and to live a semi normal life. For you see, she is also a vampire. But she has some unique abilities. She can stand in the sun, resist the cross for a time, and can make her heart beat (it isn't actually beating, and she cant use her super strength or speed, but this basically means she appears human....except for the still being mostly impossible to kill thing). Most vampire that knows of her believes that if you drink her blood, you will receive these powers (which may or may not be true). Others are just jealous, and want to kill her for being different. Even with her new abilities, she can not fight 2 vampires at once.....and they are hunting her in groups of 3 or 4 usually. She needs help. So she is seeking Angel for it...

You cant be a cannon charrie unless you submit enough about their history to show that you know them or the show well enough. Yoou can still make an OC though if you dont know the show, but please ask about them if you need any help. Cant kill Angel though, and dont kill them all at once) (Please note that if you want a character that died to be revived so you can be him, please ask, and we will find a way to fit you in. I suggest another Charrie though too, so you can still post and help yourself with that)

Season 1
At the start of the series, Angel has just moved to Los Angeles. He is soon visited by Doyle, a messenger sent to him on behalf of The Powers That Be. Doyle receives visions that can guide Angel on his mission as a champion of humankind. Angel also encounters Cordelia Chase, who is trying to launch an acting career. The three group together to form Angel Investigations, a detective agency that hopes to "help the helpless." When Doyle dies in the episode "Hero", he passes on his 'visions' to Cordelia with a kiss. Shortly thereafter, the ex-Watcher, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, joins the group. Meanwhile, the evil law firm Wolfram & Hart pay increasing attention to Angel. They tempt him toward darkness when they resurrect Darla, Angel's ex-lover and sire — killed by Angel in the first season of Buffy in the episode "Angel".
Season 2
Charles Gunn, who was introduced toward the end of the first season in the episode "War Zone", is a street-tough leader of a gang of vampire hunters. He is initially determined to kill Angel, but slowly comes to accept him and join his cause. Wolfram & Hart's star lawyer Lindsey McDonald primes Darla as its weapon to bring down Angel. However, Darla is brought back as a human, not a vampire. But as a human, she suffers from a terminal case of syphilis — which she had contracted in her original life before being sired. Lindsey brings in Drusilla, a vampire originally sired by Angelus, to restore Darla to the cause of evil. Enraged by this, Angel begins to grow darker. He cuts himself off from his staff and attempts to go after the pair himself. In despair, Angel sleeps with Darla (cf. "Reprise"), but the next morning, he has an epiphany; seeing the error of his ways, he banishes Darla and reunites with his group. When Cordelia vanishes, Lorne, the flamboyant demon owner of Caritas, reluctantly takes Angel and his crew to his home dimension, Pylea, to rescue her. They return with Winifred "Fred" Burkle, a former physics student who has been trapped in the dimension for five long years.
Season 3
To get over news of the death of his ex-girlfriend, Buffy, Angel spends three months in a Sri Lankan monastery, where he encounters some demon monks and goes home frustrated. He returns to Los Angeles, as does Darla — now bearing his child, and an old enemy, Daniel Holtz, of both Angel and Darla is resurrected by a demon to take revenge on the vampires that killed his family. The group is puzzled over what might be the first vampire birth. Darla sacrifices her life to save the life of her child, Connor. The gang is eager to care for the infant, but Wesley soon learns of a (false) frightening prophecy that suggests that Angel will murder his son. Feeling disconnected from the group, Wesley does not share this information, and quietly kidnaps Connor. This backfires as he is attacked and the child is seized by Holtz and his protégée Justine. Wanting Angel to suffer the loss of a child as he did, Holtz escapes through a rip in the fabric of space to the dimension of Quor'Toth, and raises the boy as his own. Angel feels that his son is lost forever, and tries to murder Wesley. Though he survives, Wesley is banished from the group. Weeks later, Connor returns, but because time moves faster in Quor'Toth, he is now a teenage boy, having been raised by Holtz. Tricking Angel into believing he needs to be the one to take Connor in, Holtz gives Angel a letter letting Connor know that he will be leaving and to trust Angel. Holtz gets Justine to kill him, but ends up making it look like a vampire attack so Connor will assume the worst. Connor imprisons his birth father, Angel, in a casket and drops it to the bottom of the ocean. Cordelia's visions have been progressively getting worse, and she becomes part demon to make them easier on herself. Her old lover, the Groosalugg, comes back from Pylea to be with her, but leaves her when he discovers that she instead loves Angel.
Season 4
Despite his exile from his old friends, Wesley locates and frees Angel. A hellish Beast emerges and blocks out the sun over L.A. He then proceeds to kill the staff at Wolfram & Hart. Although the city survives, the sunlight seems to be blotted out permanently. The team resorts to releasing Angel's soul, believing Angelus knows helpful information about the beast. Although the team takes safety precautions, Angelus is released from his cell by Cordelia, who is at the time under the influence of the soon to be born Jasmine. Luckily they manage to restore Angel's soul, thanks to help from Faith and Willow. Their efforts, however, do not prevent the coming of Jasmine, who was indirectly responsible for the work of the Beast. Jasmine, it turns out, was formerly one of the Powers That Be and plans to solve all the world's problems by giving humanity total happiness through spiritual enslavement to her. She arrives in our world through manipulation of Cordelia and Connor, using them as a conduit into our world, eventually forcing Cordelia to fall into a coma. Fred is accidentally inoculated against Jasmine's spell by contact with her blood and frees the rest of the gang though they remain hopelessly outnumbered by thousands already entranced by Jasmine. Angel travels through a magic portal into a world previously visited by Jasmine to find a way of breaking her power over L.A.'s populace. By revealing her true name, they are able to break Jasmine's spell over everyone. Jasmine confronts Angel, but is then killed by Connor. Connor is revealed never to have been under Jasmine's influence, but he went along for the sake of having a semblance of family and happiness. In the season finale, they are met by Lilah Morgan, the resurrected Head of Wolfram & Hart's Special Project Division, who congratulates them on preventing world peace, and says that as a token of their appreciation, Wolfram & Hart would like to give them the Los Angeles branch. To help save Cordelia and Connor, who has gone mad with confusion over losing everything, Angel reluctantly agrees.
Season 5
The gang begins to settle into their new lives at Wolfram & Hart. Gunn undergoes a special cognitive procedure that transforms him into a brilliant lawyer. The group receives an amulet that resurrects a past companion of Angelus, the en-souled vampire Spike. Cordelia, who has been in a coma, has The Powers That Be grant her one last request, in which she helps Angel get "back on track", then dies (well, she ascended actually id say). Angel is briefly reunited with his son Connor, now in a new identity thanks to the agreement between Angel and Wolfram & Hart at the end of Season Four. Connor later reveals that he remembers his previous life as Angel's son. Fred finally declares her affections to Wesley, but shortly after is possessed by an ancient and powerful demon called Illyria. Wesley is devastated by the loss of Fred, but agrees to help Illyria adjust to her new form and the unfamiliar world she's in. Angel, after getting one last vision from Cordelia before her death, infiltrates the Circle of the Black Thorn, a secret society responsible for engineering the Apocalypse, and plans to take them all out in a simultaneous, hard-hitting strike. Because this is probably a suicide mission, he tells each of his friends to spend the day as if it were their last. That night, the team launches its attack on the Circle, dividing up their targets. When Wesley is fatally stabbed, Illyria, concerned for his safety, arrives at his side after killing her targets, but is unable to save him. Illyria asks Wesley if he'd like her to assume the form of Fred, and Wesley agrees, allowing him to say goodbye to the woman he loved. Lorne leaves and disappears into the night, his innocence destroyed, after fulfilling Angel's last order to kill Lindsey, the former Wolfram & Hart lawyer who had turned his back on the firm. Angel confronts Senior Partners' new liaison Marcus Hamilton, and defeats him with help from Connor.
Once the Circle has been dismantled, Angel and the surviving members of his gang rendezvous in the alley behind the Hyperion Hotel. Illyria arrives with news of Wesley's death and feels the need to lash out her anger/grief. Gunn emerges, staggering from a serious stomach wound. The survivors wait as the Senior Partners' army of warriors, giants, and a dragon approaches. Angel and his crew prepare for the upcoming battle, with Angel saying, "Personally, I kind of want to slay the dragon". The series then ends with Angel saying, "Let's go to work", after which he and his team attack the army head on.
Understand that it isn't needed to know the whole series ether. Just if you want a cannon charrie.

OOC Notes
Sarah walked down the street. Night time was near, and she was heading for someplace.....anyplace for that fact, that would be safe. She had finally reached L.A., and she heard of Angel. Hopefully she could find him....before they found her......
She reached a bar near an alley way. She came in, seeing a group of people. THe sun had just set, and so it was night now. They were probably not far behind her, lurking in the shadows of the buildings and Alley Ways. Maybe a car even. She looked around, seeing if anyone could help her. She saw a man in the corner, possibly drunk, and 3 more flirting with these 2 cute girls. One of them walked over to her. "Well, you look wonderful" he told her, grabbing her arm slightly. One of the others took the girls into the back room for some beer and stuff. The other 2 came to her and said "We have been looking for you". Sarah tried to break free, but couldn't. Then the drunken man, who apparently wasn't drunk, came and attacked one of them. He quickly stabbed the vampire in the heart with a stake that came out of his sleeve. (that should destroy any and all doubts). Sarah fended off the other one, who was trying to drink her blood. She went into her bag as he got closer, and pulled out a stake, stabbing the last one in the heart. The one that went into the back looked at Angel and Sarah, and jumped out the window, not wishing to die.
"Im confused, who are you?" Angel asked as Gunn and Spike came in. "Awww, we missed everything" Spike said, then looking at the girl "Who are you?". Angel then noted "I already asked that....". Sarah looked at them and said "I'm Sarah Black....and your the exact person i was looking for...." she told Angel, before explaining the story.
She reached a bar near an alley way. She came in, seeing a group of people. THe sun had just set, and so it was night now. They were probably not far behind her, lurking in the shadows of the buildings and Alley Ways. Maybe a car even. She looked around, seeing if anyone could help her. She saw a man in the corner, possibly drunk, and 3 more flirting with these 2 cute girls. One of them walked over to her. "Well, you look wonderful" he told her, grabbing her arm slightly. One of the others took the girls into the back room for some beer and stuff. The other 2 came to her and said "We have been looking for you". Sarah tried to break free, but couldn't. Then the drunken man, who apparently wasn't drunk, came and attacked one of them. He quickly stabbed the vampire in the heart with a stake that came out of his sleeve. (that should destroy any and all doubts). Sarah fended off the other one, who was trying to drink her blood. She went into her bag as he got closer, and pulled out a stake, stabbing the last one in the heart. The one that went into the back looked at Angel and Sarah, and jumped out the window, not wishing to die.

Tyrael walked down a empty alleyway, he had no reason to honestly, but would be off duty in 5ish minutes give or take, and figured if he wasn’t out on the main streets he would avoid any criminals that might prolong his call of duty. Reaching into one of his pockets, he pulled out a pack of cigarettes, and pulled one out propping it in the corner of his mouth. With the cigarette settled he reached back in and pulled out his zippo lighter with strange almost unreadable writing sketched into the side, flipping it open; he light the cigarette.
Standing he stared into the dark blinking star sprinkled sky, before taking a long puff and blowing the smoke into the air idly watching the smoke rings fly. He heard a sharp crash as something or more accurately someone smashed through the window and rolled into the street. From the smell Tyrael decided it was a vampire… a angry, frightened vampire and still he was unsure which was worse the fear of a vampire fleeing something, or a angry hungry vampire… but was this really the time to argue semantics? he thought bitterly his gaze never leaving the sky.
Finally with a tired sigh, he turned to the crazed vampire and let his arms hang to the sides “Really? Could you not wait five more minutes before jumping out of the window? Now I have to detain you for questioning..” He never got to finish his sentence, as the vampire snarled at him and charged “Out of my way, filthy human!”
Tyrael’s eyebrows rose, and he pulled his glock out in a fluid motion and pointing it at the vampire. He cocked the hammer back “Stop, or I shoot” the vampire merely laughed and continuing his charge, coming vary close to the police officer. Tyrael closed his eyes and started muttering lowly, and his gun had white writing start to crawl across the surface of the black gun, and pulled the trigger, a bolt of white florescent light catapulting form the barrel and smashing in the vampires’ chest, sending the vampire flying back in an explosion of blinding white light.
The light itself was pure, and ever reaching. Illuminating the alleyway and all the windows nearby, including a shabby looking bar, the vampire was screaming in pain, as white writing stretched across his skin. Tyrael walked over slowly, the white writing on his gun fading away, and as he looked down on the vampire he took a puff from his cigarette “Hurts like a son of a gun don’t it? Don’t fear, you are not evil… just incredibly stupid so it won’t kill you, but you won’t be getting up for awhile. Next time a cop says to get down, you better set your ass down.” Holstering he took another puff from his cigarette and debated with himself if he should leave, as the white light would undoubtedly draw… unwanted attention.

Sarah told Angel everything, and literally everything, that she could remember. However soon later, they all heard screaming and went to check on it. Sarah had her stake out, which more or less made Spike uncomfortable and Angel really didn't mind. They reached an alley and saw an officer and the vampire from before. They saw white writing disappear from his gun. Angel looked at him and said "Oh look, 2 in 1 day". Gunn then asked "Who are you? Because i know your not normal from the writing that was on your gun". The sunlight barely peaked over the buildings now, but for a moment glimpsed Sarah, who unlike any normal vampire, did not burst into flames.
Spike then noted "So you can stand in the sun...great, how is that possible?". "I don't know" Sarah told him. Then the sun set.....the vampires would be coming soon... "We need to go now" she told all of them.

Tyrael glanced at the vampire that was still roaring in pain due to the white writing. It was sad to see a creature In that much pain. He gently kissed the tips of his pointer and middle finger which he held together, and leaned down touching the finger tips on the vampire’s forehead, whispering silently in a foreign language… The white language crawled across the vampire’s skin, draining into the ground and disappearing.

Tyrael lifted his head and sniffed the air the stench of wrongness emanating from the vampires was easily caught on the wind, and he grimaced. The smell of a vampire was wrong… a void in life, a soulless entity that defied the holy order, but it was not his fight, thus not his problem. He looked, felt, and even smelt human and for all intensive purposes he was human. This fight was not his, so he did not make a move to join them in that hotel; instead he sat on the hood of his car and simply watched.
It would be interesting to see how the scene played out. Taking a puff from his cigarette he briefly wondered why? Why would so many vampires be chasing an unimportant group such as this?

As they entered, a single remnant of light from the sunset came in, hitting Sarah. But she did not burn. or feel pain. "They are coming because...they believe if they drink my blood they get my powers....do you know what will happen, a whole mass of unstoppable vampires will be created, and storm the whole world. Nothing would be able to stop them........" she told him, before realizing she had better hurry....
Angel got ready for a fight, and so did spike and Gunn. "where is Illyria?" Spike asked, then adding "We could really use her help...".

A soft smile twitched at the edges of his lips, maybe… saving this world would earn his redemption, however, if he let them kill her, drain her, THAN he stopped super vampires that would look even better. He had no intention of joining the losing team, he did that once and look where he was now; he thought bitterly to himself. So taking another puff, he was more than content to sit and watch, let them duke it out, than based off their performance see which side he would want to join.
As the smoke drifted to the sky, he heard the scuffing of feet and that void like smell and whispered “Let the games begin, Incedo per dues... vampire.”
