Description
Personality
Lucien has changed things on the Demonic Plane and he wants to change them even further. He does things no demon leader has ever done. He has brought organization and built loyalty where there was only chaos before. He is one behind the change in the power structure between the Demonic and Celestial Planes and he has plans beyond that. The one thing that's standing in his way are the angels. He knows that just limiting their access to the mortal plane is not enough. He has crippled them but they will eventually recover. He means to halt that recovery by any means necessary. When he wants something, Lucien goes after it with ruthless efficiency. He lets nothing stand in his way.
