Introduction

In the seccluded region of upstate New York there is a woods called the Dark Woods. The woods stretch on for miles upon miles, untouched by human influence, despite being surronded by human settlements. The humans in the nearby village never venture into the woods. They believe the woods are haunted. People who go in don't come back out. And sometimes, the woods come out and find them.

The woods are really the territory of the Blood Moon Coven. A coven of bloodthirsty vampires. They have ruled over the woods for centuries, since colonial times. The members have changed a bit; some added, some eliminated. They're like a family though, albeit, a voilent one, but a family nontheless. There are the constant struggles for power, but what else would you expect from a group of creatures half beast?

This family resides in the Blood Moon Mansion, where all the vampires stay when they're not roaming about the woods or hunting for humans. It's located in the dead center of the Dark Woods, a large victorian house. This dwelling has never been seen by humans, ever.

But it's that time of year again. Blood Moon. The first full moon after the autumnal equinox. It's an important date to the Blood Moon Coven, it's their favorite night for hunting. But every 100th Blood Moon they do more then just killing. Every 100th Blood Moon, the four oldest vampires go out and change four young human who were silly enough to be out after dark. They make a competition out of it, seeing who can change the most promising new vampire.

All of these humans were carried back to the Blood Moon Mansion and left in the parlor to change. The painful change takes a week. Some of the coven members hovered around and watched the fledglings change, while others avoided the room altogether throughout this week.

But now the week is up, and the fledglings are opening their new bloodred eyes for the first time.

Scythe Massakür wrote:While this game is still in progress, I see that it is reasonably well done. I am reminded of Henderson's Dhamphir series. Some of the characters could use some serious work, but the majority of the players are well written and well outlined. A shining example is Vlad, played by Disciple of Tzeentch. I particularly liked the background in his character profile. Personally, I would rate this RPG a 5.5 of 10.

Adrian sat in the parlor smoking a ciggarete atop his favorite armchair, his feet where he was supposed to be sitting. Adrian preferred to be as high up as he possibly could be. It made him feel safer and more in control of his coven, which he needed to feel on that day of all days. The week was up. The fledglings who were writhing on the floor in the agony were going to open their new eyes any minute. They would be scared, thirsty, and most of all dangerous.

Adrian always had somebody watching the fledglings. Not all of the coven members enjoyed babysitting but none of them wanted to challenge Adrian either. So they all did. Adrian was just trying to be safe. If one of them woke up early (which was rare but not unheard of) he wanted to make sure there was a mature vampire in the room to handle them and keep them from hurting the unconscious fledglings.

But now that the week was up and it was certain that they would be awaking soon, Adrian had to be present himself, he felt. The other coven members were welcome to come for the awkakening of course. Although Adrian wouldn't have been surprised if some of them stayed back. They didn't all seem very thrilled about the new arrivals for various reasons.

Adrian remained atop his armchair, waiting, knowing the change was coming soon for the fledglings. They would open their eyes soon and it was more likely then at least one of them would attack him. He wasn't worried of course - they were just children after all, babies practically in comparison to any of the vampires in this house, well aside from Zmey of course, she wasn't much older then any of them. Still, any of them could hold their own against a fledgling.

Adrian sighed, exhaling smoke as he waited and waited, anticipating and dreading the moments to come.

Is outside in front of the building where the new arrivals were kept. Zmey knew how they would feel, she could still remember it.And it took her awhile to get in control and stop trying to kill someone. She was sitting in a tree,on a high branch. Zmey wasn't the biggest fan of heights, but was a huge fan of being alone. She closed her eyes and leaned against the trunk of the tree. Her arms were folded behind her head.

She half open my eyes and look at the door. "I wonder what they'll be like..." she whispered to herself. Some vampires were the same as they were human, some changed completely. She changed quite a bit. Was a happy person, always dressed as if for a ball. Now was dressed still pretty formal, but she didn't act it at all. Her outfit right now was a knee length black skirt and a dark midnight blue blouse. Her hair was tied back for once, only because it was falling in my face earlier.

Zmey couldn't wait for the new arrivals to open their eyes. She wasn't like most people, new arrivals didn't bug me. But maybe that was because she was still considered new. Zmey wasn't supposed to go in the room they were in , if they opened their eyes and attacked her, people said they doubted she would fend them off as well as the others. She didn't mind though, as long as she wasn't sent to go kill someone, Zmey was fine with orders.

Laentina walked into the room where her mate was. Her black dress flowing with her. She walked silently and swiftly as she headed to his side. She was on edge about the new fledglings. She didn't really know why but she always was tense when new fledglings were around. I guess it was because she was worried that one day she might have to fight one of the little ones. She sighed and quickly let the thought escape her mind.

She made her way over to Adrian coming up behind him knowing he most likely would have heard her come in. She let her arm hover barely over the top of the arm chair as she went to lean down to him. She didn't want to really disturb his thoughts but she always did feel safer beside him.

"Are you ready my Regis?" Laentina always adressed him with athority out of respect for him. It was one of her responsibilties to make sure everyone knew that even she was lower then him in the coven.

Vlad was quietly pacing inside the parlor. It might be strange to see him up and about, or showing interesting in the fledglings, but he had no interest in the little ones. His eyes darted out staring at the little blond that was passed out on the sofa... HIS sofa. That was his favorite, it had just the right consistency and texture; he had taken that one specifically in a savvy in to town long ago, and now the blondie had her body carelessly flung over it.

He had spent weeks having to sleep on other couches, and he did not like breaking his habits. He was however in a great mood as they would be waking soon, and once the Regis gave his speech he could kick the blondie out of his beloved sofa. He reached up to scratch his shaggy hair, truly it had been a frustrating couple of weeks without his cushions, but how could he tell the Regis? the man would never understand and better yet might fine someway of thinking that he was undermining his authority which would not be an enjoyable experience. He watched with silent amusement as Laentina spoke to Adrian so formally despite being lovers... politics.

His red eyes scanned the room wondering if Anya would be present. Over the last couple of centuries she had taken it upon herself to aid the Fledglings which always baffled him. The weak will die, and the strong will survive that is the way of the vampire, and to get attached to those that have a likely chance of dieing was only opening up holes in ones heart that would soon bleed from the pain. It was better to simply keep all at arms distance.

Crossing his arm over his chest, he lightly tapped his finger on his chin. He usually had patience but the weeks of a couple hours lost of sleep had given him a rather souring mood than usual although his small smile was still present as it kept people from asking annoying questions on his well being. His eyes flashed over to the blond once more, and he shook his head resuming his back and forth pace as if trying to cut a breach into the floor with his consistent walking.

Adrian nodded in response to Laentina's question. "Everything will be fine Tina," he reassured her, using the pet name only he was allowed to use for her. He knew she was on edge about the new fledglings and he wanted her to be calm. She'd be safer if she stayed calm; they all would be. A vampire could smell fear, even on another vampire. If the coven remained calm, it would rub off on the fledglings and keep them just a little bit calmer.

Adrian let his eyes roam over the fledglings, they all looked like they were about to wake up. They had stopped screaming and thrashing, most of them were still now. They were placed randomly about the room. One of the fledglings, a tiny blonde girl, was sprawled on 'Vlad's couch.' Adrian knew that Vlad preferred this couch, seeing as he seemed resigned to sleep his immortal life away on it. Adrian didn't think Vlad was annoyed about it though, he was smiling, as he usually was. Adrian had been surprised to find that Vlad was even present for the awakening. Adrian had expected him to be napping.

"Excited Vlad?" Adrian asked cooly, exhaling smoke. He'd known Vlad for a long time, but Adrian had been wary of him recently. The man was never one to seem like a threat, but ever since he became Regis, Adrian was suspicious. Vlad was always so . . . Nonhostile, peaceable, so without that natural vampire aggression. It just made Adrian wonder if he was planning something. Adrian doubted it, blaming his paranioa. He would never be hostile to Vlad because of his suspicion, but that didn't mean he would let his guard down either.

Adrian was distracted from his thoughts when the first fledgling began to stir. The blonde. The one Anya had changed.

. . . . . .

Isabel could hear voices all around her. Beautiful, yet alien voices. She let her eyes flutter open and was surprised by how . . . sharp everything looked. She'd had twenty-twenty vision all her life, but this was something else. No detail was lost on her. And it wasn't just sight . . . She felt like everything was louder. She could hear quiet breathing all around her, and rustling and tapping sounds all over, possibly coming from outside. Even her sense of smell was improved. She was bombarded with an assortment of new smells. Fruity smells, earthy smells, sweet smells . . . and something that smelled faintly old.

She sat up quickly, realizing that she was on some old-fashioned looking dark red couch. She looked around the room, her head wipping from side to side as she took in her new surrondings. She was in an unfamiliar room. It was dark. Not dark as in lack of light, dark as in the color choices for the room. The walls were paneled wood painted black, the floor covered with an oriental burgendy rug. There was a grand piano in one corner and dark red drapes covering what was obviously a window. There was a lot of furniture, and all of it was old looking. Not old looking like the stuff her grandparents had that still had the plastic wrapping on it. This stuff looked like antiques and the people present looked kind of like models.

There was an attractive pale boy with messy brown hair who was apparently asleep on a dark green velvet sofa across from her, his arm hanging over the side. To the right of her was a dark blue armchair with an equally as attractive dark haired boy sleeping in it. A little farther away there was another sofa against the wall, a black silky looking one, with a pretty brunette girl asleep on it. All of these people were extremely pale and out-cold.

There were other, conscious, people in the room as well. Two very hot guys and a woman in long old-fashioned gown. One of the guys didn't look much older then her, maybe late teens, and was sitting on top of a large red armchair, smoking a ciggarette, inside. The other guy looked around the same age and was dark haired, standing a little off to the side, staring right at her. The woman was next to the blonde guy, also watching her. In fact, the whole room was watching her. But that wasn't the only thing they had in common. They were all beautiful, all death-pale, and they all had red eyes.

Isabel didn't say anything. She was too terrified, too confused. She cowered back against the sofa, reveling in the security of knowing no one was behind her. Her eyes shifted from the blonde guy, to the woman, and to the brunette guy. And then back to the blonde again, over and over again. Other then the movements of her eyes, Isabel didn't move. She was still as stone. She didn't even breathe.

Zmey waited. She knew they would be awakening soon. She just stares blankly at the building, waiting to hear chaos. She wondered what the newbies would be like. Trying to distract herself, she made a challenge out of climbing down the tree. She wandered around the woods a little, not straying to far. Getting a little annoyed with herself, she kicks a tree, barely even leaving a mark, which just made her more annoyed. Why couldn't she at least leave a dent. A small one even! She tried again, this time making the smallest dent possible. She groans."Not exactly what I meant by 'even a little one' ,"she mutters.
The forest was silent for a moment. Not even she was moving or making a sound. The most distant sound of foot steps was in the woods. Zmey barely even paused a moment before turning her back on the noise and tried to kick again. She mentally blocked out the sound of the forest, taking her anger out on the poor tree. She hated it, the anger she felt. She never knew why she was angry. Maybe deep down she was upset the vampires had ruined her life. But had they really? She was stronger, faster, smarter, better, than humans now. But the blood drinking and killing put a down side to it. Plus Zmey couldn't even see her friends. She didn't really have any hear either! With a yell of frustration she kicked the tree again, leaving the imprint of her foot in it. Her foot was a little sore, but she ignored it and kicked again, waiting for the anger to go away.

Lacey opened her now vivid crimson eyes. A light moan escaped her lips as she sat up, light auburn curls covering half of her pissed-off looking face. She leaned back and wrinkled her nose, putting a hand over her eyes. "Ehhhh. Too bright." she complained, even though the room was dark. Everything was so detailed and vivid. She revieled her eyes again, looking around. She looked at each of the vampires, tensing up.
Her eyes narrowed as she back up into a wall, pressing herself against it while she watched the others.
Then she seemed to mellow a tiny but, tilting her head. Her eyes lit up with curiosity. Part of her was pissed, confused, and scared but she didn't show it.
The fragile-looking redhead remained still as she waited for someone else to move.
Her jaw clenched as she realized she was thirsty. But strangely enough, water didn't seemed appealing to her. A low, light growl escaped her lips.
She had a daring look that said she didn't know what to make of any of this. This had to be a dream.
Nothing made any scene. . .her gaze paused on Vlad. The longer she stared, the more settled she seemed. Eventually she closed her eyes, but listened closely to the others, focusing on her new hearing.

Vlad stopped in his pace, thinking over the question “Oh I am ecstatic. I am positively quivering with the curiosity of knowing what kind of people will be joining the… family.” He glanced around the room, running his gaze over the new fledglings, they seemed like a strange bunch as If they were randomly picked, and they most likely were.

He walked over to his couch and looked down at the little blond taking in the little details of her from her tussled hair to her rather humble bust to which he knew he could think of more than a few taunts for later. Truly she was unconscious and already starting off on his bad side. He lifted his hand to his chin tapping thoughtfully and spoke out loud not caring who decided to answer his inquiry “So who brought the blondie?”

Before he could receive an answer one of the fledglings awoke, seeming more calm than most girls and thank the heavens she didn’t scream. A loud scream with sensitive hearing was always a unpleasant feeling. She seemed to stare at him intently, as If it would make her day better… unsure what to do under such a stare, He did the most common thing to him smile softly and give a small wave. Hopefully if she was a late screamer it would stop her. “Good morning… afternoon.. or whatever time it is at the moment”

Jenson's eyelids slowly opened. It took her a second to remember where she had taken her nap. Her eyes trailed up to the pink skys. The sun was setting. She picked herself up from the tree she was leaning against and raised her arms high above her head for a few seconds, working the muscles. She inhaled deeply through her nose her eyes closed after stretching but she stopped mid breath, her eyes flashing open. Her head turned ninety degrees to the right to see a grey cottom-tail rabbit. It was about five feet from her and she eased herself back down to the ground steadily as to not startle him although his was edging closer. She was on her knees know, one of her hands resting in her lap, her other hand reaching out to the bunny as it inched closer. It's ears were up, but when her hand neared it, they flattened against it's head. She giggled, wondering how she had gotten it to come to her, knowing that she could not use her power on animals. She tapped it lightly on the head then began stroking it's head gently then letting her hand trace over the form of the animal. Her mind drifted for a moment and she realized what day it was, a sharp gasp escaping her throat causing the rabbit to hop back a foot or so. She stood now, paying no attention to the retreating rodent and headed back to check on the Fledglings, one in specific.

She stepped into the doorway noticing the amount of people in the room. She normally didn't like putting herself in huge groups, but she reasured herself since she wasn't there for them. She snaked through the crowd and stood on the other edge closer to the males. Her eyes on Six, she hoped he would wake up soon.

Six was aroused from unconsciousness from the lack of pain he felt. He'd been in agony for what felt like eternity, an immeasurable amount of time, and now the pain was gone. Unlike before, the idea of opening his eyes didn't sound excruiciatingly painful. So he let his eyes slowly open and found himself staring at a ceiling. An unfamiliar ceiling. Where ever he was, it was certainly loud. There wasn't a lot of talking going on. Just a lot of breathing, a lot of loud breathing. And other little sounds coming from farther away.

Six slowly sat up, feeling lethargic. Like he'd been sleeping for too long. He looked around the strange room, fear bubbling up inside of him. The room itself was antique like, but the people in it were the ones who scared him. Across from him, cowering against another couch, was a small blonde girl with red eyes and pale skin. And up against the wall was a girl with light reddish hair and more then a little reddish eyes, hissing at people. There was a red-eyed brunette guy standing next to the blonde girl, but looking at the redhead.

Sitting on top of a large armchair was a young blonde guy, smoking, with a beautiful brunette woman in a long dress next to them. Both of them had red eyes. There was also a very pale, black haired boy, passed out in an armchair. The last person Six noticed was the one who was looking right at him. A small girl with death black hair and blood red eyes, and not to mention multiple facial piercings. She was looking directly at Six, staring at him, in an excited and hopeful sort of way.

Still, this did nothing to soothe Six's fear. All these people with their white skin and red eyes . . . They couldn't be anything less then demons. He jumped up from the couch instinctually, not liking the feeling of being helpless on his back for some reason. He got up so quickly though, that the couch he'd been laying on tipped over, causing a horribly loud sound that caused Six to cover his ears.

After the sound had faded, he unconvered his ears and stood in what was virtually the center of the room. He kept turning to look at everybody in the room, too afraid to have his back to any of these demons. His instincts, instincts he never remembered having before, were telling him that it was wrong to have his back to anyone.

Jenson gasped when his eyes opened, a grin forming on her perfect features. She didn't even know what to say at first so she just observed him at first. Her red eyes followed every muscle movement that he produced. She could hear everything going on inside his head, the exrutiating pain of the loud noises, the unfamiliarity of it all, the recent pain that he had just expierienced. In a way she wanted to kick herself for taking him from his human life, but in time maybe he would enjoy being this way.

He sat up now and Jen wanted to make sure he wouldn't fall over or anything and nearly ran to his side but thought twice as to not make many sudden movements. Instead she waited to see what he would do. Their eyes met and the same grin was still plastered on her face. She nibbled on the edge of her lip ring, a natural habit she had picked up after getting her piercings. Her head tilted a bit to the side as she watched Six. He scrambled over the fallen couch and scurried to the middle of the room. Jenson cleared her throat and spoke in a light, musical-sounding manor. "I'm Jenson." She chuckled loosing her train of thought for a second and her eyes trailing down to the ground. "Uhhh..." She looked to him again, a nervous smile creeping up to be her expression. "I just-I hope your feeling better."

Zmey calmed down and was making her way back to the building. They were awake. She knew it. She didn't know how exactly, but she knew they were awake. She wanted to see them, to see what they were like. But she had to wait till someone gave her the ok, that they were calmed down and not going to attack her. She looked up at the sky, it wasn't to bright, but enough it made her eyes hurt. She closed her eyes and kept her head down. She stops walking for a moment, waiting for her eyes to feel better. "I don't get how anyone could like the sunlight..." she mutters.

Zmey comes to the building in the small clearing. She pauses, staying near the trees. Finally she walks to the building and wonders if she should knock. It wouldn't be smart to knock if the fledglings were awake.... I knew how the smallest sounds hurt their ears, and if the were awake knocking would make it all the worse. Zmey considers just walking in, but that still wasn't smart. So instead she sat down by the front door, and waited for someone to come out and either let her in or shoo Zmey away.

Lacey slid down the wall and sat. It felt like the inside of her throat was being claws into shreds. She touched her neck, as if that would soothe the growing flames. She opened her eyes again and look at Vlad as he spoke.
She seemed surprised as he gave her a soft smile and a wave. Her hands moved from her neck to her hair as she gave him a scared, hopeless look.
With a light growl, she buried her face in her knees. She stayed that way for a few moments, making now movements at all.
Lacey looked up at Vlad again, then looked at Six. He seemed to be a bit more scared and confused then her. Strangely enough, the fragile redhead still seemed calm. For the most part.
Gaining confidence, Lacey stood up and shot a look at them. "Who are you and what did you do to me?"she asked fiercely, her melodious voice going down a few octaves. She didn't ask anyone in particular, as she gazed around the room.

Laentina smiled at her mate and slowly walked over to the window at the edge of the window. The window was fairly large and had a great view of the moon. She loved the sight of it, it made her feel warm when she was so cold. She sort of lost herself in thought as she looked at the moon. She couldn't help but think of her and Adrian together when they first met. She didn't linger on it long though, for she woke when she heard him speak.

She turned around as she heard Adrian and Vlad talking. She listened carefully trying to read the twos body language. It wasn't easy trying to read a vampires body, they always just looked like stone. Adrian was more off edge then normal which got her wondering what was on his mind. Vlad just looked annoyed about "His couch" but that was easy enough to shrug off.

Laentina put her eyes back on her mate, she almost wandered over to him but when the fledginly on the couch moved she just stood looking at her like stone. She focused on trying to relax herself but it got more and more difficult.

Adrian watched as three of the fledglings awoke. The little blonde was sitting up on the couch, watching everyone and shrinking back in fear from Vlad's intense stair. Then there was the redhead sitting on the floor, seeming forlorn. And then there was the brunette boy in the middle of the room, looking scared as he squirmed and fidgeted. Jenson was staring at him with intense concern and interest, but he just looked like a frightened little puppy.

"Shhhhhhhh just relax," Adrian soothed as he hopped lightly off of his arm chair. He preferred to be standing if any of them made a move against him. He wasn't sure who he thought was more likely to attack him; the angry redhead, the frozen blonde, or the scared boy. "Don't be afraid. Just stay calm and I'll explain. Alright? Can you all do that for me?"

. . . . . . . .

Isabel nodded slightly, her lips pressed together. She was looking at the dark haired guy in front of her who seemed to be staring her down. She felt confused, angry, and a little scared. But not as scared as the boy in the middle of the room or as angry as the redhead. She was primarily confused and just desperate for answers.

Lacey stood up again and put a hand on her hip. "Well? Explain." she glared. She flicked her hair out of her face and looked at Adrian.
She didn't seem like she was going to harm him, or anyone, but it was clear she had an attitude. The fragile girl took a few steps towards him.
She still wasn't sure if this was a dream or not, but hoped it was. These people gave her the creeps, she didn't know were she was, and there was something about their eyes that put her on edge.
After closing her eyes, she struggled to calm down. She sighed and opened her eyes again.
"Come on, we aren't getting any younger." she pointed out. She wasn't necessarily angry, it was just her personality showing.

Six stopped spinning around and settled on looking at the black haired who was staring at him and leaning forward like she wanted to reach out to him. She didn't seem malicious, but her red eyes creeped the hell out of him. Especially since he knew that he had several pairs of those devil eyes on him. He whimpered in discomfort and fear, staring at the black haired girl that was speaking to him. She was so civil that it was at odds with her frighteningly beautiful appearance that it freaked him out even more. He made a pathetic whining sound like a freaking dog but he didn't care. He'd been raised to be most afraid of demons and devils, and now he was being held prisoner by them. And they'd done something to him. He didn't know what, but he knew they did something. He made that whimpering sound again, the one he'd never knew he could make, and looked at the dark haired girl with vulnerable eyes, begging for answers.

Jenson was careful as she inched closer to the dark haired boy. She then went over his features, his new blood red eyes and smooth pallor face. She was still getting closer to him, the fledging that she changed intrigued her.

Naturally Jenson could hear every thought in the room, but she blocked out the screaming voices sending them all to the back of her head to focus on one. She knew that if anyone were to touch her, she could see into their past and every memory would be revieled. Not only that, but the physical clash between any flesh would show that person her whole past. Overall the connection was a bit painful, giving you a headache from all of the noise. She pushed the thought away, thanking herself not to touch him skin to skin.

After reading his thoughts, Jen could tell that he was troubled with all of the ongoing change. She wondered how he would react to see his reflection, having the same demon eyes as herself and the other vampires. She wad close enough now to ease her arm around his waist in a hug like embrace. She made sure she was only touching clothing, but she was nervous about how he would react to her. "It's going to be okay, Six." She flashed him a grin, her perfect white teeth seeming to sparkle.

Adrian gave the aggressive redhead a stern look. "I was getting to that," he said harshly, making sure she knew he was not one to take orders from anyone, especially not a fledgling. He looked around the room at the others. One was still asleep, but some fledglings took longer to complete the change, sometimes days longer, so Adrian knew he had to begin the speech now or the other fledglings would become even more aggitated. They were already getting roudy. The redhead was snapping at him, the blonde looked completely lost, and the brunette boy was scared at of his mind. He was whimpering, much like the puppy Adrian had compared him to earlier. Jenson though, his creator, had made the mistake of embracing him. There was no telling how the boy would react. He might begin to feel threatened and attack her, or scared enough to run off.

"Jenson," Adrian warned her. He knew she would be the first to know of the boy would react badly. And she was strong enough to restrain him if he tried to run or attack her, especially since she already had her arms around him. Still, Adrian assumed the fledgling wouldn't react well. Adrian had seen four Blood Moon changings, but this was Jenson's first as a mature vampire. She didn't realize how easily provoked these fledglings were.

"Before I begin," Adrian said, pitching his voice low and making it soothing, "Would you all tell me your names?"

. . . . . . .

"Isabel," Isabel said quietly and meekly, leaving out her last name. She still didn't trust these people. The ones who seemed like outsiders she trusted more, because they seemed new too. The girl looked annoyed and the boy looked scared. He was whining like some kind of baby animal as a dark haired girl hugged him, calling him 'Six.' Isabel wondered if that was his name. It didn't matter yet. But, his fear was rubbing off on her, making her afraid as well. If this boy was scared, why shouldn't she be?

Vlad took a few steps back walking towards the back wall. It was time for Adrian to begin his speech, and unlike Jenson he had no intention of mucking it up. The faster it began the faster it ended, and faster the bondie got off his couch… Isabel her name was, but he much preferred blondie If she somehow managed to last another half-a-century than he would bother remembering her name.

He let his gaze wander, the red head had begun demanding answers but in his experience that only meant that you had a good chance of getting your head ripped off by a angry senior vampire, but he applauded her spirit even if it was only a mask.

Lastly it was the six child. The one name he would probably remember straight off from the bunch due to his unusual name. Jenson seemed to have taken an interest but shes fine with any guy giving her attention. She had been like that even as a fledgling, and sadly he was always too lazy to ever pursue that for as despite her no-ties nature for her… contacts; he knew that if she ever loved or even was infatuated with anyone she would be clingy, and want as much attention as possible which seemed like an awful lot of work.

Still… he let his eyes rest on the door. Anya was rather late, and Zmey was always anti-social, perhaps he should go look for them? He stood by the wall tapping his chin, as he was in deep thought of rather he should sit here and listen to the speech or find the other two members of the coven to get the whole introduction out of the way.

Six froze when the dark haired girl put her arms around him and called him by name. It took only a second for him to unfreeze and realize that he really didn't like having a devil-eyed stranger's arms around him, even if it was intended to be comforting. It just made him feel trapped and helpless and angry. He growled low in his throat, a highly animalistic sound, as he pulled away from her. She was strong though, so to make her reliquish her hold he shoved her away from him as hard as he could. He backed away from her quickly then, wild with fear, knocking over an end table and a lamp in the process. He backed up against the wall and bared his teeth in warning at all of them, snarling. If anyone came near him, he wouldn't hesitate to attack them.

Lacey looked at Six. As he backed up against the same wall she was all, she took a few steps away from him.
"If you must know, I'm Lacey." she told Adrian. "Who are you?" she asked him sharply. "And what happened to your eyes?"
Her eyes narrowed as she watched Adrian. It was clear she didn't trust him. Her crimson eyes fell on Vlad again. The fiery girl seemed to calm the tiniest bit.
She leaned against the wall and searched his eyes for a couple moments before she hung her head. She didn't seem scared, as much as she seemed irritated.
As her hair covered her face, she inspected it. She could see each strand, more detailed then before. Each strand seemed to be a different shade of orange and red.

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

I'm definitely still here and I will be forever and always. I could never ditch this roleplay, I'm just waiting for Kate to throw in Six's part and them I will post. (:

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

hello,
i am here with a message from Aftershock. Since he has gone on a school trip, he asked me to tell you guys that he will not be able to post from a week,
that is all,
:D

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

I'm aware. Something that pains me. My sister promised to post and that should get Kelsk 2 post soon. . . Adrian and Laentina are still interacting frequently enough . . . But Vlad needs to respond for me to use Isabelle - since he's supposed 2 b teaching her. As for Zmey, Lacey, and Xthor - they just sort of vanished. And as for the one who made Anya and Jesse - well she just ditched us without ever posting. i know she's still on RPG because I did a RP with her recently. Which irks me. I'm gonna start bugging ppl to post and try and revive this

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Where'd everyone go? This is starting to just die

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Sorry. My sister (SaintAndSinner) and I r both involved in our school production of Grease n opening night in this Friday. . . we practice til 10 every night so there realy isn't much time. but, luckily, next week we get our lives back

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Zmey's safe at the moment. In the trees or wherever she last was. Adrian and Vincent fought a bit. Vincent ripped out one of Adrian's fangs which is supposedly very painful for vampires (Aftershock made it up and I just sort of went with it) then Jenson was there . . . she left to get Vlad but then came back and used her mind games on Vincent who then ended up attacking her (after she went to get Vlad) He gave her a wound of her stomach but didn't kill her or anything because Vlad showed up and shot Vincent - whose still alive but wounded. And now Vincent is attacking Vlad. Laentina is also there, focused on Adrian. Lacey is there too, on the sidelines. The rest are all back at the house - Isabel, Six, Jesse ect.

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

I'm gone for a day and everyone is fighting... aww, i miss too much! And I'm totally lost. What's happening?! Can I have a recap? I couldn't understand it well.... but I'm pretty sure my character is close to dead.

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Oh, I just shot you :) I am fully prepared to get beat up, but I refuse to not draw blood or make it a painful experience for you.

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Oh . . . What? I'm curious

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Don't worry, I'm not going to be killing any characters now. A little early for that I think. I've got an idea as to what will make Vincent stop and leave... for now at least

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Ah. . .I love that's what she said jokes. Anyway, it's not your fault. As long as you post when you can - that's all that I ask. My sister - SaintAndSinner in case you didn't know that - can deal.

Oh and to Aftershock - if you want to have Vincent and Adrian fight that's cool. And if you want him to injure Adrian - which would be logical since he's like 600 years older - that's alright. As long as you don't kill him. I love Adrian too much to allow him to be killed off :)

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

I would like to apologize everyone for my absense, completely unintentional.
Sadly I have found myself grounded, even at seventeen years of age. SIGH. Anyways, again,I am very sorry, I don't normally leave a favorite roleplay for such amount of time, and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. I am especially sorry to SaintAndSinner. I hate that I held up another talented writer.
As of now, I will try hard to get on as much as possible.
Ha. ^^ that's what she said. :p

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Yeah. They're just theoretical. It's supposed to be a large coven. The ones who aren't ACTUALLY characters are just the reclusive ones who don't get involved in coven matters much

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

There are other vampires in the coven right? NPCs that, for the most part, wouldn't really be mentioned.

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Oh . . . I'm stupid. I just PM'd you asking if she was a fledgling or a coven member . . . I should really learn to check this thing before I PM people . . . ANYWAY, here is the list of which vampires changed who. I took into consideration all the ages (and Vlad's 'no changing' thing) and here is the new list. If you have any conflictions, let me know

Adrian - Jesse
Laentina - Lacey
Anya - Isabel
Jenson - Six

That good? I think I'm gonna go and arrange the list of coven members by age/hierarchy. Which is the same thing basically, except for maybe Laentina. Because since she's Adrian mate she could be younger but still be considered second-in-command . . .

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

i submitted a character for the last fledgling female. <3

Re: [OOC] Animal I Have Become

Okay this roleplay filled up pretty fast, to my delight. I'm going to go ahead and do the first post. We have almost all of the characters - just need one more. It's weird. The position I thought would be the easiest to fill is actually the hardest. We just need one more female fledgling. If anybody wants to submit a character, go right ahead

[OOC] Animal I Have Become

This roleplay will not begin until all (or most) of the positions have been filled. Check in everyday to see if it has started yet. It will not begin until I, personally, begin the roleplay so that we are all on the same page. All posts before I do so should be ignored and disregarded.
