Introduction
Three random kids have disappeared. They don't know each other, all they know is that they have turned into an animal and can't communicate with humans. They can only communicate with other animals. They each have their own spirit that guides them to help them figure out how to become a human again. Their spirit is the same animal as them. Nobody can see their spirit other than them. The first step to become a human again is to find and meet each other. Next, they must complete the task given to them by their spirit after they find each other. It's not an easy task either. Some of them may take a year to complete and some could take a week.

OOC Notes
Dominique was sunning upon a rock, this was one of the few days she could sleep without interruption. It had been several days since she had been transformed, and her view on life was very bleak now. She loved foxes, sure, but she didn't want to actually BE one. Especially since foxes were hunted for fur by humans and food by bigger animals or were run over by careless drivers. She managed to cross the 103 without being splattered on the pavement, and managed to escape the bears and coyotes that were on her tail. Her black fur blended her into the industry-blackened rock below her.
OOC Notes
Maya was sitting by Dominique. Her duty was to warn Dominique if anything came. She made it her goal to keep her safe since she is the only one who can see and hear her. As tempting as it was to sleep, she stayed awake keeping Dominique safe.

Dominique's eyes slipped open, she must have fallen asleep or something. She saw Maya and looked up, "I've just gotten used to having someone watch me while I sleep." She yawned and stretched upon the rock which was the same color as her fur. She got up and got off the rock. "Y'know, I wanted to be an animal of sorts when I was younger, but I thought it was all roses then. When I grew up a little though, I realized that it was a dangerous world."

Maya noticed Dominique waking up. She smiled at her words and said "Hm, yeah, I guess it's good then that you have already learned what to do when things happen. Don't forget that I am here, though. I'm trying to make it as easy as possible for you."

Dominique looked to Maya again, "I know you're here, You're always useful to me." The Canadian wilderness was always a sight for Dominique, who heard a rustling in the bushes. It was another fox, but not a cursed kid like she was. Nope, just a regular fox.
"I believe when I became this way, that I'd have a quest so I'd become human again. What would that quest be or do I have to figure it out?"

Maya looked at her sadly."The first part is to meet another kid like you that has turned into an animal. They could be any anumal so it won't be that easy. Especially since you can speak to any animal now."

"Another kid like me? There's like a thousand million to one chance that I can't. There are tons of animals on this planet, and I doubt those other children are in Canada. They could be in like, Europe for all we know." Dominique was disappointed.

Maya sighed, sad that the new fox was right. "Yes, I know. That means that we will have to get going as soon as possible. There may be more than one. There could be two more. Yes, they probably aren't in Canada. On the bright side, you get to travel places without the cops coming to catch a runaway child." As much as she wanted it to sound better, it didn't.

"Well, maybe, but where do we start?" Dominique asked. She sighed sadly, knowing that she may never get to the kid or kids. "Tell me something, as a fox, do I get a shorter lifespan? Or do I keep the standard human one?" This was important. She needed to know if she could take her time with the quest or not.

"You get to keep your human life span." She was glad to be able to give her some good news. "As for where we start, I have no idea. Is it really that bad being a fox? You don't have to worry about chores, homework, or anything else that you would normally have to deal with."

"Well, I guess it's not so bad, except for all the coyotes and stuff that try to kill me" Dominique said, pawing at the ground below her, "Not to mention cars trying to run me over and stuff." Her ears picked up a distant growl, "Something's over there."

Maya smiled. "Yeah, I wish that people weren't so horrible." Dominique's heard a growl and Maya's head snapped in the direction she had pointed aand growled. She was able to be seen by others, but humans can't understand what she is saying other than her human. "It's okay Dominique, just stand up and stand your gorund." she said still growling and looking in the direction of the other animal.
