Harley wears her well know half black half red harliquin outfit. Along with a white painted face and an extreamly dark red lipstick which is often mistaken as black. Of course she also wears a small black mask around her eyes.

Personality

Harley use to be a smart calm psychologist at the very Asulym she spends most of her time at now. Ever since the Joker came along her behavior seems to have just gotten more insane. She is willing to do anything to keep her family together and to keep her puddin happy. Is a bit protective over her children though is not opposed to letting them in on the fun. Most people assume she is just a doormat and that is why the Joker keeps her around. However those people just don't understand true love and there is no doubt in Harley's mind that's what her and Mista J have. She is one of the less scarier characters in Gotham mostly due to her innocent like behavior and cute antics. Having lived with the Joker this long however has proved that this is a strong woman who can withstand anything.

History

Harley use to be know as Harleen Quinzel a new psychologist working her way up at Arkham. Once the Joker became her patient everything seemed to go looney toons . It didn't take long for the young doctor to fall madly in love with the psychotic clown and although she has been through hell since then she wouldn't change it for the world. She left her old life completely behind to start a new life of crime with Mista J. Now she has befriended most of the other villains (Ivy becoming like a big sister), and has two kids by the psychotic clown who swept her off her feet. To Harley life couldn't be better....unless of course Batman was destroyed.
