Name: “Hothead” (He doesn’t respond to anything else, though he truly hates the nickname given to him by the military)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Personality: As the nickname suggests, he is very short tempered and tends to “blow up” whenever subject to the slightest provocation. He is loyal to his friends and will jump to their aid no matter what, even if they are clearly in the wrong. If his temper ever starts to flare up, he will try to count to ten but rarely does he ever get past the number two. His core temperature is quite hot, so he often chooses to wear light clothing. Oftentimes, he can be quite rude to others.
Unique Ability: Can transform into fire at will as well as create and control it.
Basic Skills: A skilled hand-to-hand combatant, quite skilled in scientific terms involving trajectories and levels of heat.
Number of Lives: 13
Weakness: A very short and volatile temper that is often dangerous to those around him. (And only recently fast sportscars)
Memories: He vaguely remembers his days training alongside the others in the camp, though he doesn’t hold too many fond memories for his “handlers” as he affectionately calls them. Since his first explosive tantrum which resulted in the accidental death of one of the fellow experiments and a few of the military personnel, the memory replays itself vividly in his mind.
Likes: The book Fahrenheit 451, matches, playing with fire, roasting marshmallows, the ladies, his fellow experiments
Dislikes: The military as a whole, things that just won’t burn!
History: Purchased from a wealthy oil tycoon, Hothead was ingratiated into the military since his first birthday. They developed him to be able to manifest flames and spent many years trying to get him to control them. It was smooth sailing for the first seven years, having him focus baseball-sized fireballs at targets. During a routine training exercise, some of the handlers had taunted Hothead for being “just a kid” who set him off to the point where his hands erupted into flame and he hurled a giant gout of flame at the soldiers. The flames spread and caught one of the other older children in the blast, leading Hothead to be confined in solitary for a five year period. The next eight years afterward, he was slowly brought back into the group training sessions, staying quiet as he tried to keep his temper in check.
