THE DIAGNOSTICS

Hair: Short and unruly; Serpah's hair is black as the darkest pit in hell, though his natural color is brown. He seems fond of styling it in the "fresh out of bed" look and will never consider having it done any other way.

Facial Hair: If Seraph was capable of growing a beard, it would surely be thick and wild. Luckily for the people who have to look at him, he never has had a speck of hair grow on his face.

Eyes: Almost demonic in appearance, Seraph's eyes are crimson red with specks of gold and a pitch black center. But, don't go fawning over him just yet, this was the result of a genetic operation; his true eye color is hazel.

Build: Skinny, long, wiry; all these are words that best describe Seraph's figure. He has an abnormal wing span and is very tall, giving him a very long appearance. He isn't fit, but isn't out of shape either. The combination gives him a skin and bone, sickly look, but there is plenty of muscle and fat there.

Skin Tone: Though there are times when Seraph can appear a sickly shade of green or have a strung out yellow tinge, he does have healthily tanned skin. He enjoys being outside, though due to his partying habits, he only sees the sun at dawn.

Height: Standing tall at an impressive 6'4" ft, Seraph height is one of first thing people notice about him. His incredible height is all natural and not a result of gene modding.

Weight: A fact that is almost astonishing to most, Seraph weighs 185 lbs. Because he is so tall and long, most people assume he must weigh in around 150 or 160. But if they were aware of his eating habits, they would think quite the opposite.

Voice: Raspy, but similar to Dante from Devil May Cry 5

Handed: Right.

Body Markings: More of a marker than tattoo, none-the-less, Seraph has become quite affectionate of it. Located on his left pectoral is a X inside of a circle. He also has the roman numerals, XIV on right knuckles. These tattoos supposedly mark him as the lost weapon plus project. A peculiar fact about his tattoos, is that they glows whenever his powers are being used.

Scar Tissue: While there are no specific scars, there are, however, a number of healed ones. Puncture wounds and track marks from his drug abuse and cutting, make up the majority.

Unique Body Features: None.

Body Modifications: Seraph has had a number of genetic modifications and rejuvenation surgeries and operations done; none of them have being as major as facial reconstruction, though. He has had an illegal, customized tag implanted in his forearm, marked by a bar code. The tag can be altered to reflect a number of stolen identities, it also has a holographic projector to display this information, as well as other things he has stored on there, such as pictures. In his wrists, there are small circular black devices which are DCDs with holographic projectors to display the current inventory. Lastly, he has had the Haptic Adaptive Interface GLOVE installed, but just the technology that allows him to interact with computers and not the actual glove itself.

Quirks
  • Because Seraph was not able to undergo a full knowledge download, his mind is without a lot of basic knowledge. He struggles with a lot of things one learns as they grow up experience life and learn in school.

  • A side effect of the aforementioned quirk, Searph has bad social skills as he is not aware of the many social do's and don'ts.

  • Seraph is highly curious about the world around him. Though, he will not be so obvious as to point and stare, he prefers to ask questions and take a more hands on approach.

  • Being born in a tube has gifted Seraph with the mentality of child. True, he is a quick learner, adapting very quickly to his surrounding and the things he learns, he is still technically a 13 year old boy.

Virtue/Creed:

Motivation: Seraph wants nothing more than to shed light on his dark and mysterious past. The only thing that he is sure of, is that he was the last and abandoned project of the Weapon Plus Program.

Opinion: Being an mutant, Seraph obviously sides with them and wants to see them free again. Seraph also has personal stakes in this war, as people he holds dear, have been captured or killed.

Goal: Even though Seraph wants to know about his past, his only goal now is to save his family and if that means taking down the sentinels, then it will be done.

Fear: Seraph once feared never knowing the truth, but now, he realizes that there are worse fates. The thing
he fears most is not having the power to save everyone.

Likes
  • Drugs: Seraph being a die-hard socialite, is now very fond of the vast assortment of narcotics the world has to offer. He will and has tried any and every drug possible, his favorites are an futuristic versions of: cocaine, absinthe, prescription drugs, and mutant enhancement drugs.

  • After-Hours: Night-time, darkness, etc; call it what you may, Seraph is a fan of all things related. He is in love with the atmosphere it creates and the deviants it attracts.

  • Music: The rhythm, the base, the sound, Seraph loves it all. He fell in love with music the first time it graced his ears; the sound was nothing like he had ever heard. Since then, he has he has never been without a device capable playing music.

  • Sleep: You would think someone who slept for so long would want to do anything, but that? Well, this is not the case for Seraph. Seraph loves to sleep, rest, relax, chill, and all of the above; when he isn't partying or eating that is.

  • Eating: Sure, everyone likes to eat, but Seraph is obsessed with it. But he isn't a fan of the usual favorites, like pizza and burgers, no... Seraph has unusual taste buds, craving weird items like fish with peanut butter.

Dislikes
  • Technology: Not to be confused with the obvious robot overlords, Seraph hates all things robot, machine, and technology related. He thinks all the fancy, shiny, contraptions are the coolest thing ever, but they are just beyond his use. Serpah can't even use a computer without looking at the keyboard and pecking at the keys with his index finger, and forget using a dual axis game controller; it is way out of his league.

  • Work: Being a human sloth, makes any strenuous activity the bane of your existence. This is even more so for Seraph who refuse to go out of his way to do anything that isn't worth while.

  • Authority: Seraph has no respect for authority, society, or their rules. Any chance he gets to spit in their face, he takes without hesitation.

Strengths: Obviously, Seraph strength lies in his mutant power. Being a true master of teleportation allows him to be anywhere he wants in seconds. He can do so with almost no limitations or restrictions... He is able to teleport heavy masses great distances and even multiple items at once, all done remotely from a distance.

Weaknesses: Seraph weakness is in the restrictions and limitations of his abilities. He is also a frail individual, not able withstand a lot punishment. Another glaring weakness is the lack of versatility in skills and his reliance on one power.

[Excellent] Mutation: Whether Seraph was born a mutant or created, he is not sure. What he is sure of, is that he gets his powers from his mutation. This allows him access to unique set of abilities enabling him the instant transportation of him and/or others to any location.

Combat Prowess
[Average] Hand-to-Hand Combat: Besides his experience gained in bar fights and street brawls, Seraph has no official martial training. In site of this, he manages to gain the upper hand by combining his efforts with his powers to confuse his enemies as he appears from all angles to land attacks.

Tier 1 - Complete Mastery: Overall mastery of the skill which enables: Distance increase, weight increase, timing/speed increase, etc.

Tier 2 - Spacial Awareness: Is the extrasensory instinctual ability that prevents Seraph from materializing all or part of his body within a solid object. Seraph can teleport to any place, whether he has seen it or not, without danger of harming himself.

Tier 3 - Remote Transportation: This ability allows Seraph to teleport objects or people without touching them. The ability is limited to what he can see in addition to his other restrictions, but as long as as they are within his limits, he can transport the object anywhere he selects.

Tier 4 - Quantum Molding: By gathering and harnessing the energy generated from teleporting, Seraph can perform amazing feats. So far, he can do one of two things: 1) By taking the energy and directing it inwards, he can enhance physical feature such as strength and endurance. This allows him to increase the destructive capabilities of a physical attack or become more resilient against an incoming attack. No matter what option he chooses, it only last for short periods of time. 2) Secondly, he can push this energy outwards, molding the energy into a blast a kin to a concussive blast. Both of these options take a lot out of Seraph and require preparation and focus to gather the power.

Tier 5 - Multi-Port: Seraph has reached a level of mastery never before obtained by any with his powers. This has granted him to the unique and incredible ability to teleport two objects simultaneously.
