History
Isa’s father was a military man and was KIA. His mother died three months later from complications of the heart… or so he was told. Isa was six at that time. A very tender age to learn of the concept of death. Isa’s mother was a member of the Academic Guild, a teacher in fact. She had Isa enrolled in a prestigious school where only the brightest or rather the children with wealthy parents were accepted. His time at this school didn’t last long for various reasons and at the behest of high ranking military officials, Isa was transferred into a special military training school. It was explained to Isa that his father was a student at the school, and one of their finest too. So like most male children, Isa went the way of his father.

Followed by a long history of violence, Isa has been AWOL for over four years. He lives alone on a small coastal island with no other teela inhabitants. Of late, Isa had received word that his expertise may be needed once more.

• Worn: It’ll most often be in a simple pony tail. When among people, if and when he ties his hair back, Isa will arrange it in a fashion which causes his hair to hide the right ear by either a loose pull through at the band or not at all tying the right portion of his hair into the band, markedly covering the right side of his face, but not enough to obscure his vision.
Skin color: A light shade of brown
Shape of Face: Oval, a straight nose that fits his face well, and moderately thick upward slanting eyebrows.
Distinguishing features:
• Isa has no facial hair or body hair for that matter.
• He is much younger than he appears to be, easily mistaken for a teenager and fairly androgynous.
• Isa has many scars. His most distinguishable ones are the unpleasant knotted arrow scars at back of his left shoulder and on his left thigh; a scar which he received from a deep stab wound to the lower right side of his abdomen. Starting from the corner of his right lip and along his cheek is another scar, albeit a clean one, which is approximately three and a half inches long. The injury which left him with this scar also damaged his jaw muscles on that side and they never quite healed properly. He can bite down without any problems, however. The largest of his collection are his four parallel claw/talon-like scars. Three of them start at his upper back and move down at a minute angle toward the right while the fourth one starts at the back of his left thigh, up through the glutei, and to the small of his back.
• Isa’s right ear is missing the lobe portion. It’s a clean diagonal cut that moves down through the antihelix, yet leaving most of the antitragus untouched.
• The lower ribs on Isa’s right side stick out slightly less than they do on his left. This was attributed to multiple accidents in which some of his ribs had fractured, his right side in particular.
• Isa’s canines (cuspids) could be considered to be abnormally large. It's a form of atavism, and not as uncommon as most people think.
How does he dress?
• In late spring, summer and early fall seasons, only a pair of ½ split seam twill running shorts and a black knife sheath harness. The shorts have a weathered earth brown colouration.
• Getup when on the field: black knife sheath harness; black wool unitard accompanied by a black full sleeve cotton tunic with matching hood (length between the hips and knees); black leather belt (buckle produces a hidden blade); black fingerless leather gauntlets; black leather tabi boots; black leather collar with a grey metal plate along the outside, to protect the neck (hides his markings); black vambrace on the left forearm.
