Biography [up to present]:
He was born as the second child (and first boy) to the Ocmare family, a noble family from the capital. For this, he was raised in a high-class environment. Ymber has always found his world to be fascinating, and considers that he has been born in such a place because he deserves to.

During his childhood, he has quite ill, but his strong body and the healing experts' well-doing saved his life. Because of this, he has always been quite spoiled. When he was old enough to wield a sword, he wanted to do it, because he always felt his sister was not only a person he should look up to, but a person he was to overcome in every single aspect. He teases her sister about this, never admitting doing anything wrong, always claiming to be confident to be better at swordplay, and other things.

While her sister secretly likes being treated well but hates the falseness of the nobility, Ymber loves that world. He believes that people who are high born deserve it, and he is not able to comprehend why his sister insists that everyone is the same, no matter where they were born. The truth is that he missed her when she left, even if he wouldn't admit it even to himself, but the feeling of rivalry is stronger.

His life is dedicated to studies first, because his parents insist he should study and learn how to be a proper noble, since one day he will be an important nobleman himself, and partying second. He loves going out with his friends, playing mock sword duels with them, drinking, and getting girls. He represents young passion completely, and he's somewhat reckless, sometimes, which worries his parents.

Recently, when he heard about the ship that travels to the stars, he imagined it would be a good opportunity to show to the world that he is someone special. He asked to go there representing the Ocmare family, but in reality he wants to go there in hopes to have fun, show his skills to everyone in there, and maybe even get some land to himself. While having his selfish reasons for going there, he understands the seriousness of the trip, and would not be as reckless as he usually is in his daily life
