Introduction
(An RP I wanted to do until The Legend of Korra comes out, and I can standalone RP it, or do another crossover.)

The Existing Universe that held the Planet Of the Four Nations, Water, Earth, Fire, and Air was a peaceful one until the rise of the fire nation over all others following the disappearance of the hero of this world, The Avatar, user of All Four Elements, a feat no one in this world's known history could be capable of without being the Avatar.
He was once more called into action after being freed from an icy prison, and to fight against a new enemy.

In another universe not unlike ours, The strongest martial artists the world had to offer would compete in a tournament of power. In the end, the Mad Dictator known as M. Bison was stopped by the very fighters he invited to his tournament.

In a Universe Alternate to both of the above, the Challengers of Street Fighter are propelled into the world of The Benders, bringing with them, Conflict, and Villains. Aang and his friends are in the middle of the War against the fire nation, while Ryu and the other Street Fighter heroes meet up with them, as M. Bison Appears to strike a deal with Ozai.
At the moment, Aang is about to meet one of his greatest allies: Toph Bei Fong. And just as the SF heroes were brought in, Ryu had yet another encounter with the demonic supreme master of the fist, Akuma.
With the combined might of the Fire Lord and M. Bison, all that's left to do is open a good ole' can of whoop'ass and learn to live together.

Benders

"No....Impossible. Not Like This..."

The memory was so clear to him. Bison was on his own seat, much more like a throne, as he watched the multiple screens that overlooked the various areas of the Shadaloo base. Every Screen had something distasteful. Chun Li, The Interpol agent who practiced Kung Fu. Guile, the U.S. Air Force Colonel whose arms could defy the sound barrier, with arms and legs that could cut a person apart. Both of them out for revenge. one for her father, the other for an old friend.
Chun Li was facing against his Spanish Cage Fighter, a Psychotic, Narcissistic user of Ninjutsu. Vega. The Famous Sumo Wrestler E. Honda was facing against the Boxer, Balrog. Cammy White, an MI5 agent he'd formerly brainwashed, facing off against some troops.
But what caught his eyes the most was the sight of the Man in the Karate Gi, with headband and sparring gloves. Ryu. The user of a style of Karate Rooted in Assassination Arts (Ansatsuken), which gave him the Power of the energy force known as Hadou, and it's darker counterpart, Satsui No Hadou (Sage of Murderous Intent). The one who bested him all these years. The Power he dreamed of, but never could take.
He was about to stand up and face the karateka on his own, when his own energy, known as Psycho Power, Felt a huge disturbance from one of his labs. Wearing his cape around himself like batman, he levitated himself to the exit, and began to run towards this anomaly.

Now, Bison was standing with two soldiers in bizarre armor. He had overheard them speak of 'The Fire Nation." Whatever this land was, he grew a liking slowly, as he would soon face it's ruler, Lord Ozai, for he had been found in the capital, thought to be one of their own from his Red uniform.
Oh, The Wonderful things he plotted to do when he would show this place his Psycho Power...

Ink walked among the peoples in the town he was in, a fire bending one by the looks that the people gave him. No matter. They would surely not hassle him. He stopped momentarily to buy more rations to add to his pack, ordering a plate of some spiced fish in a fiery pepper sauce. As he ate the plate with his bowl of rice, some children, unable to handle their curiosity any longer, finally came up to him.
"Who are you?" A boy asked, quite seemingly the leader of the small group.
Ink gave a radiating smile. "I am really most rare, there are no others as I, Ink is what I'm called." He took another bite of fish after his haiku, then continued. "To speak with your lord, that is my goal,/But for what? I do not know. It was my master's orders that brought me here,/though no matter what, I do not fear." He finished his plate, placing his dues on the table and standing. Looking to the children, he gave each of them a coin. "But now I'm finished,/I have to go. I can't stand outside all day,/you know." With that, he continued on his way.
When he approached the gates of the capital, he was stopped by two guards, who demanded to know who he was. "I am Ink,/a scribe through and true. My master told me/to speak with you two." He leaned in, mischievous smile on his face. "Boo." He then forced their inked clothes and painted armor to force them to run away, he gave a laugh as he walked through the unguarded gate to the main room to Lord Ozai.
"Who are you?" A boy asked, quite seemingly the leader of the small group.

Azula was in a particularly bad mood that day. After losing the Avatar and failing to locate her brother and Iroh, she'd retreated to a small village. Once there, she'd spent the night recovering. She'd woken up to the noises of the local market and her guards fast asleep. "What are you two doing?" she asked in a disapproving voice. "Does guarding the Princess mean nothing to you fools?" She swiftly kicked each of them.
Both stood up, stuttering apologies. She was not impressed. "Next time, at least wake up before I do. Because if I catch you two again-" her threat went unfinished as there was a sudden cry from the crowd outside. Walking out of her tent, she saw that it was only a small child chasing a bird. Eventually, when The Princess would return, a surprised Messenger would be right near the area she would be arriving at, with a special, urgent message for her.
"Your Majesty!" He exclaimed, bowing down, and handing a scroll. "Your Father requires your presence immediately: A Man with bizarre magic has appeared, claiming he would take over the Fire Nation!"
The Scroll was an artist's ink only depiction of the one, the only....

Bison himself was in a room made of solid Iron, as guards were rushing in from all directions to restrain him. The Mad Dictator was laughing and grinning at his opposition.
"Cease this Madness!" He barked. "I shall lay down the final sleep to your 'Ozai' and claim this Fire Nation as Shadaloo Property!"
"You and what army?!" Barked a high ranked officer. "You claim not to be a bender, nor can you block our chi!"
Bison began to laugh. "Chi? Sounds Familiar. But I assure you, This is nothing you could produce in a lifetime..." He replied, holding up a glowing fist, with a purple energy around it.

Azula frowned, then shoved the messenger out of the way. "Over my father's dead body will he take over our nation." She began running into the heart of the nation, eventually coming to the palace. She could hear a commotion inside. Preparing herself for battle, she barged into the large room where her father usually sat on his throne. To her surprise, she found a man with glowing purple fists inside. He was dressed in red and had an odd cap on.
There were multiple officers around him, though they appeared to be useless at this moment. Her father, the Fire Lord, sat calmly on his throne, as if watching a play. She walked across the room briskly, looking at the stranger. With her pointer and middle finger extended, she thrust her hand towards the small group in the center in an attempt to knock all of them down. A large blue fire ball flew towards them as she stepped backwards to watch the effect.
There were multiple officers around him, though they appeared to be useless at this moment. Her father, the Fire Lord, sat calmly on his throne, as if watching a play. She walked across the room briskly, looking at the stranger. As Ink walked the paths to the throne room or wherever it was this Lord he seeked was, he saw that a fight was ensuing inside. While the man who was presumably the Lord Ozai sat calmly upon his throne, a girl--his daughter, the Princess Azula, he guessed--stood in front of him, launching a fireball at a large man in strange red clothing. A fight! His first time in the Fire-Nation capital and he gets to witness a fight! How lucky was he.
Ignoring the fighting, Ink went straight to the man in the throne. "Lord Ozai,/you must be. I am Ink Jer'ah,/pleased to meet thee." Knowing that his words were odd, he gave a small bow in apology. "Please do excuse my rhymes..." He motioned to the fight. "...have I come at a bad time?"

Bison was mowing down men with mere movements of his arm. He launched orbs of concentrated energy at them, kicking them aside when they would get close. His Psycho Power Infused Fists punched away flying flames and leaping Kung Fu attacks. As He laughed.
Suddenly, a much stronger surge of powerful fire came at him. At first it appeared almost like that Hadouken technique of the Karateka from earlier. But it was just fire alone. No Ki. No Chi. No Hadou. Nothing he desired.
"Psycho Crusher"

Bison appeared through the flame, a cut on his cheek, that also had a few characteristics of small burns. He was flying towards Azula in a spiraling motion, his right hand gripping left wrist. His entire body was engulfed in a Purple Aura, while his hand had a white/green color of energy to it. Inches from the princess's face, he pulled his hand back, and dropped to his feet, crossing his arms. For a moment he looked pissed, but there was a sadistic grin on his face. His cape burned in the fire as his tall, muscular, fearsome figure hovered over Azula. The girl looked to have not only authority, but power. This was excellent.
And then he had to ask the biggest question of all:
"And Who Are You?"
Suddenly, a much stronger surge of powerful fire came at him. At first it appeared almost like that Hadouken technique of the Karateka from earlier. But it was just fire alone. No Ki. No Chi. No Hadou. Nothing he desired.

Azula jumped back as M. Bison rushed towards her, then put her arm in front of her face to block him. He stopped though, inches from her face as she let her arm fall back to her side. "And who are you?" he asked her, causing her to laugh loudly.
"Well, I suppose since you're a stranger you wouldn't know any better," she started, pacing back and forth in front of the strange man. It was then that she caught sight of Ink, whom seemed to be watching them while talking to her father. She would be sure to find out why he was here later. Turning back to look at Bison, she continued speaking. "I am Princess Azula of the Fire Nation if you must know. And I believe that I should be asking you the same question." Her voice was almost monotone, her face showing no fear of the large man in front of her. She was over confident in her ability to kill him as she'd done with so many others.

Ink smiled at the large man in red. He had never seen such a figure! The man surely could snap a man in half like one did with a twig! What fighting skill! And he had power, to--bending, perhaps? He had to know.
"Ah, good stranger,/Princess Azula be her name." He motioned to the Lord of the Firebenders. "This is Lord Ozai/from the same royal game." He gave a bow in introduction. "And I am Ink the Inkbender,/the last one of my kind. Unless, that is/you bend odd things like I?" He gave a wave as if shooing a fly. "In any case, no matter/there is no need to fuss. However, great fighting one,/to know your name is a must."

"You Are a Stranger Also to not have heard of MY Organization." Began Bison, with a chuckle. This girl intrigued him. Princess? Impossible. She looked like she could rule over nothing. Not Like Bison. "I Am the Dictator, M. Bison, Of Shadowlaw. For some reason most prefer to call it Shadaloo. Must mean something in another language. An Accident At my Base had occurred, propelling me into this bizarre Fire nation of yours. Of course I would not have been so hostile if these soldiers weren't such ruffians. Regardless, I must understand more about your land."
He began to scratch his chin...
"I hear mentionings of a War. Should you ally with me, and help me find my allies who have likely arrived here just as I have, Our abilities will serve well. You've just seen my Psycho Power In Action, to the smallest degree...Should you decline, your enemies may have the help of my enemies. And by my experience, their power is formidable. But I'm not here to force you, Princess. Decide with your father if you wish."
An Evil Smirk formed when he was done speaking. Bison would have to be accepted into the cause.
"Just don't take your time, Your Majesty. For all we know, they could already have arrived before I have, and may be at the front door of this land about...yesterday."
He began to scratch his chin...
"I hear mentionings of a War. Should you ally with me, and help me find my allies who have likely arrived here just as I have, Our abilities will serve well. You've just seen my Psycho Power In Action, to the smallest degree...Should you decline, your enemies may have the help of my enemies. And by my experience, their power is formidable. But I'm not here to force you, Princess. Decide with your father if you wish."
An Evil Smirk formed when he was done speaking. Bison would have to be accepted into the cause.
"Just don't take your time, Your Majesty. For all we know, they could already have arrived before I have, and may be at the front door of this land about...yesterday."

Azula was unsure of most of what Bison had said. The only part that interested her was the matter of becoming allies in a war he had no idea about. It was likely that others from his world had come, whether they were friend or foe was yet to be decided. But the man's 'Psycho Power' as he called it was quite impressive. Turning back to Bison, Azula did her best to smile politely. It came as a twisted sort of smirk. "Flattery won't get you anywhere with me," she told him, hoping the message was clear. Nobody, other than the Avatar and her brother, ever messed with her. She felt triumphant in having sealed a deal with this man, but was still wary of him. He knew that his presence annoyed her, and, frankly, he just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. "Your inventories I wish to explore/to find these cryptic books. So sent me in the right direction,/and I shall take a look."
Ink then looked to Bison, a thoughtful look in his eye.

Bison Huffed.
"Such a Delightful little girl you are..." He mused.
Just then, an officer rushed in.
"Princess!" He exclaimed. "A Man with an Iron Mask and Iron Claws has been evading us with intense acrobatic skills and throwing knives. He may be from the same place as that Bison Man!"
Bison did not like being called 'Bison Man.' But the sound of fear at his name was pleasing.
"Of Course!" Exclaimed Bison. "Vega, my most trusted assassin. I'm sure you'll enjoy him more than I."
Bison walked away, and began barking away at some guards.
"Fetch me a cape! We're going to track down one of my closest killers..."

The sound make when the man in the karate gi, headband, and sparring gloves was not loud, but it was something for sure. He'd landed near a town, and was trying to remember what had happened: A blinding explosion had occurred at the Shadaloo base while heading for M. Bison. With him was his best friend, Ken Masters. His Student, Jack, was lost in the battle. Ken had mentioned the boy was helping Cammy fight off soldiers.
"Master! Master Ryu!"
The young man, dressed in his regular garb rather than his gi had run over. "Are you okay, Master?!"
Ryu sat up, and rubbed his head. "I Am fine, Jack. Are you okay? Are the others near?"
Jack nodded no. "I'm Sorry Master Ryu. But that flash of light was so intense...I couldn't keep track of anyone, I'm Sorry-"
Ryu had stood up, and put a hand on the boy's shoulder.
"Pull yourself together, Jack. Wherever we are, civilization shouldn't be too far if we start moving now. We've got to take action while we can."
And the two headed into the direction of the village that was home to the Bei Fong Family, not knowing of the other travelers that would arrive...

"Searching for the books and scrolls of the past are you? As far as I know, the archive is underneath the palace. I have only been there once. Once you leave this room, find a guard that does not look like a complete fool. He will likely know where it is and guide you there," she instructed him. She knew well though that many of the guards were unsure of where the archive and other hidden rooms within the palace were, but Ink did not need to know that. Azula knew that he would get there eventually.

"That Vega...Caring only about two things: His desire to be beautiful in every way, and carving people that are pretty...And of course drinking their blood as wine. I can't say I enjoy his personality, but he does get his work finished in a proper manner, always leaving a fine mess for Guile to clean..."
He looked up into the skies, colored a red/orange color. He imagined the Shadaloo flag hoisted above. If all he had to fear was Air, Pebbles, And a couple splashes of water in his face, he would have an easier time ruling this pathetic world. The best part would be Guile and his forces would never be able to attack a whole other planet like he could a warehouse, or at most, a city.

"Sounds delightful," Azula mumbled as they exited the palace. Looking at the city spread out below, she could see the troops and Vega himself attacking. She did not pity anyone but herself for a moment, surrounded by an army who could hardly defend itself. "So this Vega is one of your men?" she asked, not bothering trying to make any sense of who the heck Guile was.

Vega suddenly saw Bison with the Fire Nation troops. He stopped. and leaped over to his leader, bowing, one hand on his chest, over the heard, and the other tucked behind him, in true gentlemanly fashion.
"At Ease, Vega. Forgive our new comrades. They are the Fire Nation Empire. The Empire that Shadaloo will be working with."
Vega nodded simply. The soldiers were slightly creeped out by his eerie silence. Bison knew better. Vega had a voice that would make women swoon over him for eternity. But the assassin was just insane like that. He was like Fusing Jason Voorhees with Fabio.

We use some of the money we gain to host a Martial Arts tournament to attract supernatural fighters, so we can either brainwash them into working for us, or stealing them for their powers."

They were currently flying in the Earth Kingdom, so he wasn't sure what to expect, but knew that these two were not from around here. "Look down there!" he asys to the other. "C'mon, Appa." He leads the Sky Bison down in a spiral.

Meanwhile, off on a high location, but not too far, A Maroon Red haired man with dark skin and a black gi, was watching the Sky Bison with interest: Such a beast would be interesting to do battle against.
This was Akuma: A Man whose style was similar to Ryu. Except he had embraced, and learned to control the Dark Energy known as the Satsui No Hadou, and was constantly trying to force the darkness of it onto Ryu, so he could finally fight his equal.
This world was better to him than the world of steel and modernization that Men like Guile and Bison were used to. It made him imagine the days of all the original Ansatsuken Karate Practitioners before the weakness of men came about. Especially when he'd pass a TV store in Japan, featuring some cutesy anime shit.

BTW, Ink would probably do poorly with enough people fighting him...even dumb guards. He's built more for one-on-one.

Well, you see, I have a whole background story for all of them. They are the "Minor Benders", who are so powerful to keep the Element Benders in check. In the same, there are very few of them, and could be overtaken by the sheer numbers of the Elementals. That, and the Minors keep each other in check, as I am about to post with Sand.

My friend, I saw the message you sent me and while I understand your desire to have a hit roleplay, I don't know if I'm quite sold on the overall idea. I'll consider joining if I can get you to join onto an upcomming rp project of my own. I've always liked Sokka so I'll guess I'll be him and from the street fighter side I'll be Guile.
