Basic Description: A robot designed by the Paragon Cooperation, its primary function to assist in the rituals of highly acknowledged Voodoo practitioners. An unfortunate miscalculation by Paragon left the bot with no personality locking devices enabling it to develop in a sense, a human complex. Riggs doesn't consider himself a robot so much as a 'Metallic Being', capable of everything from Hatred to Love. Its Robotic design allows upgrades and updates while logged into the Paragon Database, a place filled with various informational and observation data about anything ever recorded within the known universe. Riggs has been equipped with the ability to update and add additional logs as it discovers newer or previously unrecorded information. This Database includes information on various individuals of importance.
