I invite you to a HUGE beach house cuz were buddies?

Im 16 and for my parents have let me use are beach house for a party and I get to invite as many people as I want boys and girls. there are no adults allowed. We will be staying there for a month and we get to do whatever we want. We have enough rooms for everyone to have there own. This house is a three story house -not including basment- and in every room there is a ocean view from the window and on every room you have your very own deck there are also two beds to a room dont worry. and out back there is a swimming pool and hot tub.....There is alsoe a bar thingy. -the house proporty is pretty big-
theres grass and lots of green around the house. we have our privet transportation to a huge water fall ect. its big and beautifull!!
