Introduction
This roleplay is closed, unless you ask for special permission. However, feel free to pick up abandoned characters. PM me if you wish to be an instructor.
You play an average teen here, age 15-19. Each person has a talent, i.e. Mindreading, manipulation of fire, etc. Only one power and only one character. Got it?
However, an exception to that rule is if you would like to play a staff member. Belledame herself is rarely seen, so staff are welcomed. Each staff is a graduate of this camp, so they to have powers. But nothing as great as this generation's. Read the OOC reply I made to Buddywazzizname for more information.
Other rules: I'll list them quickly. Romance is PG17, or so. If the clothes fly, take it to the PMs or the chat, where nothing is permanent.
Be tasteful with your cussing.
I want at least a paragraph per post. No one, two, or three liners. A paragraph means at least five sentences. Capiche?
Literacy, people! Know how to punctuate, how to use the 'Return' button, and how not to have run-on sentences.
That's all for now.
This camp takes place throughout the whole year. It starts in August, as members slowly begin to arrive. Boys and girls cabins are on either side of the dining hall and the other main buildings. Each cabin has two rooms. Each room has two beds, dressers, bathrooms, etc.
Skeleton: (I want to see this information in your bios.)
Name: (Duh.)
Age:
Sexuality:
Power:
Level of control over power: (The point of this camp os to help teens get control. So most everyone will be making mistakes. Don't be cheating and having your person be perfect.)
Description: (Paragraph/Pic would be nice. Anime or real, doesn't matter. But this is animeverse.)
Roommate:
Crush: (Or, what you look for in a lover.)
Where you are from: (The Camp is in the U.S.)
Personality:
Hobbies:
Extracurricular Activity: (Like Archery, painting, whatever you want.)
Best Subjects in school:
Anything Extra: (Like a devotion to teddy bears or an obsession with cosplaying - something weird. Everyone has a flaw.)
Room/Cabinmates:
Girl's Cabin One - Room One: Annabeth and Blair
Girl's Cabin One - Room Two: Annalysse and Masako
Boy's Cabin One - Room One: Caleb and Niles
Boy's Cabin One - Room Two: Marshall and George
Girl's Cabin Two - Room One: Katherine and Melissa
Girl's Cabin Two - Room Two: Hailey and Erin
Boy's Cabin Two - Room One: Dante and James
Boy's Cabin Two - Room Two: Riley, Reid and Andrew.
This 'school' is a lot more lax than others. You get loads of free time to spend, doing whatever you like. Even when school starts.
Come on into the boundaries. Be not afraid, you are safe here. This camp offers anything a wonderful teen like you could want. Here is your schedule. Others shall arrive soon.

She was about to pull out her lighter when a quiet voice called her name. Startled, the blonde spun around to face a middle aged woman holding some papers. "I'm Alex. I work here. Are you Annabeth Elsen?" The girl in question could only nod her head in shock after noting the woman's eyes were all blue. No white, no pupils, just pure blue. Must be some side effect of her power. She thought. "Here is your summer schedule. You're in the Girl's Cabin One, Room One. Dinner is at six." The lady ushered her out quickly.
Anna, bewildered, walked mechanically to her dorm. Upon entering, she seemed to gain more life, decorating her side of the room with red posters, draperies, and accessories. Her clock read '5:00', so she had plenty of time. The pyrokinetic plopped down on her bed, bored. Finally, she pulled out her lighter and began flicking it on and off when - "Damn!" She cussed. The fire had slid off of the lighter and onto her book on the bedside dresser. "Damnshitdamndamn!" She hissed, hastily trying to put it out, but to no avail. Of course, the fire just had to light her favorite book, and only that. The wood beneath it was unharmed as she gingerly picked up the book and ran to the sink, turning on the faucet while keeping up a stream of swear words.
After a fierce struggle with the water, the fire finally went out. Anna just left the book in the sink, ink running out from beneath the soaking pages. It was ruined. Good thing they had a store near or she just might die. Wiping her hands, Anna went back to her bed and laid down, sighing. This'll be a fun year, she thought sarcastically, especially with that oh-so-wonderful omen.

"Are you George McCoy? I'm Alex, I work here." George nodded and shrugged at the stones, with a what can you do sort of look on his face. She handed him some papers and he vaugly registered that he was in the Guy's cabin, 2nd room, and he could grab some food at about 6 pm. He nodded again and strolled out, moving at his own pace as he made his way for the cabin he had been told was his. At least the room, and as he walked in, he whistled softly. It was basic, but it was real nice compared to his house. He wandered into the room, figuring which side was his since he was there first, and promptly crashed on the bed, not even unpacking yet. Soft, comfortable, he could lay here for days given the chance. But he couldn't, as much as he wanted to, he did have to unpack a bit. So he sat up, grabbing the duffel bag off the floor and unzipping it, throwing the clothes haphazard somewhere clean and out of the way, pretty much the foot of the bed. He set the Cello against the wall next to his bed, and ran his hands through his hair, yawning yet again. Didn't know how College guys did those roadtrips, but more power to them. He would rather sleep in and relax.
It was about 5:15, had plenty of time, might as well get some practice in. George opened up the Cello case, lifting the good sized instrument out and grabbing the bow as he did so. He used the bed as a place to sit as he checked the strings and tuned the instrument. He then half closed his eyes and started playing, nothing in particular, just something to break the silence and keep him doing something. He really had nothing better to do, so he kept playing while staring at nothing through the half of his eyes uncovered. He wasn't bad at playing, but he wasn't playing anything recognizable, just random notes that didn't make someone's ears bleed. Or so he hoped at any rate. Other then smacking himself in the face with rocks, things hadn't gone off to a bad start yet. Might be able to pull this off, especially if he didn't have to worry too much about hiding his powers.

I walk towards what seems to be the main building of the Academy. It does say Commons Building after all, which usually means it's an important place. I walk in look around a bit, slightly startled when a voice calls my name. "Haley Lank?" I turn towards the gently smiling, middle age woman behind me. "Yes?" I notice her eyes are completely blue and gasp quietly. "Wow! Your eyes are amazing!" I say, not even realizing I ahd said it until after I said it. I blush slightly as the lady laughs some. "Why thank you. My name is Alex. Here are some papers with information in them and I need you to fill out some of the rest of it. Dinner is at six and you are in cabin two, room two. Go ahead and go make yourself at home."
I walk off with a "Thank you" heading back outside into the bright sunlight and towards my cabin. I grimace a little at the thought of staying in a cabin all year, images of rustic, run down, old hunting cabins flashing through my mind. I brighten though when I actually see the cabin I'll be satying in. I walk into my room and choose my side - the right side. I've always preferred to be on the right side of anything for some reason. I unpack my cothes and change into a pair of black soccer shorts and a blue tank top the same color as my eyes. I go outside the cabin and find a soft, dry patch of ground and practice some of the new gymnastics moves my friend showed me right before I left. Running front handspring into a backtuck then a back handspring into a midair twist, land on both feet...

"Do you need help? What's your name?" A kind woman who Annalysse assumed worked here asked. Annalysse gave her name, but declined help with a smile, and the woman told her what room she was in. The only thing Annalysse asked her for was the direction of the building she was staying in was.
After she made it to the building she found her room, tossing both of her suit cases on an empty bed. She sat down for a minute, frowning slightly. She shook her head, putting on a happy smile before she applied a new coat of lipstick before she headed out of the door, not bothering to unpack her belongings yet. She was much more interested in going to meet her new peers and make some friends.
She headed out of the girls dorm, walking around the campus, getting a feel for the place. Along with making new friends she figured that it would be a good idea to get to know where she was going. She didn't like idle time to often, preferring to distract herself and find ways to keep herself entertained and happy. Annalysse just hoped she'd find a way to fit in here. She had no problem fitting in with normal people so long as she kept her powers under control, but here... here they wanted you to use your powers and get better at them, which is the opposite of what she wants. She just wants to pretend they don't exsist, ignore them until they go away. But the world doesn't work that way, and she understands that, so she's up for making the most of it.
She looked around the campus now, finding herself lingering about where people would arrive from as well as the commons building, hoping to find someone interesting.

"Hello! Im Alex and I work here, whats your name?" The lady had pure blue eyes, and Klii couldnt help but smirk. Freak eyes. She wasnt the only freak here, this was good. Klii muttered her name, 'Klii Astrone', and the lady turned and found a folder of papers. She handed each one to Klii, reading off what they were. "Heres your map, your in dorm 1, room 2. Heres a class schedule, try to get there within fifteen minutes of when they start, and.." She rattled on for about a minute while Klii tuned her out in the way she had perfected. Finally she came back to awareness and the lady was done, turning back to the table. Klii sighed and turned, walking out. All she had as luggage was her oversized backpack, you couldnt hitchhike with any more. She turned towards the dorms, finally coming to dorm 1. She went into the room and saw a fair amount of luggage by one of the beds. Klii sighed softly, which suprised even herself. Why was she dissapointed? Its not like she could expect any other delinquints at this fancy school. She guessed they would have an oreintation later, she really hoped she wouldnt have to demonstrate her powers. She hummed a song as she tucked the backpack under the bed and moved to the mirror, 'Cross the line- by 'Superchick'.
"..cross the line." She softly sang to herself as she smoothed her hair and readjusted the netted gauntlet sleeves she wore. Finally she turned and started out of the building. It was time to meet the other freaks she would be stuck with for a few years.

Whistling a tune he quickly made his way to the largest looking building labeled 'Commons Building'. As he entered he saw a middle aged woman with completely blue eyes holding a stack of papers. "Riley Outu?" she asked. "Y-Yes," he answered, a bit unsettled by the color of her eyes. "And you are?". "My name is Alex, I work here and these," she handed him a few pieces of paper, "Are your room arrangements and class schedules. Please make yourself at home. You will be staying in Boy's Cabin Two Room Two and dinner is at six o'clock." she finished with a smile. "Thank you." He returned the smile and walked out of the building and towards his designated cabin.
Once he arrived it looked as if no one else had been assigned this room yet. So he set his belongings in a corner and threw himself face first on one of the beds. "I can't even remember the last time I slept on a real bed!" His cries of joy muffled by a pillow. He was just about to go too sleep when a loud explosion sounded just outside. "The Hell?!?" Riley shouted. His power, reacting to his surprise, created a pocket of condensed oxygen in the room and released it. Causing papers to go flying around and his window to burst open. Taking the short rout he hopped out of the, now open, window to see what was going on. That's when he saw a boy with a bird on his shoulder standing over someone lying prone on the ground, concern written on his face. "What happened here?" Riley asked walking over to the two.

"I'm Haley, this is a slightly odd way to meet, but... Hi," I say smiling some. I put my hair up in a messy ponytail, hoping my curls aren't sticking out everywhere. "Since everyone here obviously has a power, I'll tell what mind is, cause I'm really really tired of trying to hide it. I can copy pretty much every move or cookng technique I see... Don't ask about the cooking part... It's a looooong story." I end with a quiet laugh.

Rather quickly he found a tree with a good view of that camp and he lifted his body up onto one of the branches. He found a decent viewpoint as the first of the others started arriving. He knew they were there before he saw them. Their emotions like faint scents since they were a distance away. However he could tell their general state. The first girl was rather attractive, then again his adolescence caused him to find most girls generally attractive. After a while he had given up following each arrival. The emotions in the distance becoming more and more muddled. He watched them, mostly the girls, who he all found nothing special, at least from this distance.
Soon after the last arrival he became bored and dropped himself delicately to the ground. As he was just on his way out of the bush a sharp jolt of pain coursed through him. Well not exactly him, something had struck someone beyond his sight and Jhonas couldn't prevent the feeling of the person's pain. He cringed an crouched over, grasping his abdomen. He could feel the emotions of those around, a predominant one seemed to be concern.
The pain eased of and Jhonas detected another, odd emotion. Stronger, and therefore closer, then the others. He looked up to see another girl seeming to hide behind one of the cabins. She was obviously the one from whom the strange emotion was emanating. He watched, shocked as the girl seemed to crystalise and sink into the ground. He closed his mouth as she drifted out of the earth and around the edge of the cabin, and out of his vision. He thought about the kind of place this camp was, of course he should expect happenings like this.
Jhonas moved out of his position and followed the girl around the cabin. Not with any particular intent, apart from the fact her power intrigued him and it was possible she noticed what ever happened which caused the pain.

George fell into a few slang words he picked up from some people where his old school was, mostly new students settling in. Which was amusing really, considering that was the sort of role he was in right now, a new guy settling in at some camp with a bunch of people he didn't know. Well, hopefully that would be changing once they hit the lunch room and he had some time to wander about and chat. Might as well start off on the right foot, so to speak, here and now.

She let out a held-in breath as she saw the people gathered. "The name's Annabeth Elsen, and as of this moment I've decided to crash this party, if that's okay with you." The girl in question grinned sheepishly, almost blushing a bit, as her previous temper died down.

Katherine Elizabeth Carter, better known as Eli, hopped out of her parents car, grabbed her one bag, waved, and walked into the camp made for people like her. Of course, by people like her she meant weirdos with odd powers, but not many people would be happy to hear that. She continued to walk, taking her time, when she almost walked into someone.
"Sorry!" She looked up to see a middle aged woman holding a stack of papers, with pure blue eyes, no pupil, white, or nuthin.
"You must be Eli," the woman said with a smile. "My name is Alex, I work here at the camp. Here's your schedule." The woman handed her a paper. "You're in Girls Cabin two, room one. Dinner's at 6, don't be late, as it isn't too far away." She turned to go back to a building, called the Commons building.
Eli stood for a second, slightly bewildered, then continued on her way, toward to what looked like a dorm. When she got there, she opened the door. "Hello?" No one in the room yet, which meant Eli got to pick which side she wanted. After about 2 seconds of careful thought she picked the left side, and began to unpack her belongings. After she was done, she decided to walk out and explore.
She saw a group of people, and walked over. "Yo," she said with a grin.

"Hi, i'm Erin." She introduced in her soft British accent, "um, can anyone point me to where i'm supposed to be? I um..." her voiced trailed off and her pale face flushed crimson, just behind the group was a building marked "commons building" HA! great first impression Erin now they think you're an idiot who turns up late and can't even read...

Also, how do you know my character has been watching? suggest you saw him watching before in your post. No need to change the posts i feel, thats just advice.
Otherwise your posts are very good, portraying your character etc. Everyone has weak points.
