{Full Name}
Ophelia Brünnhilde Vasov
{Nickname}
“O”
{Age}
22
November 3rd 1993, Scorpio.
{Nationality}
Atlantian (Mother) & German (Father)
{Sexuality}
Bisexual
Ophelia is open about her sexuality and presents people with an ultimatum, to either accept her as she is or walk away if they can't handle it. Ophelia doesn't have much of a preference when it comes to gender, she's dated 4 girls and 3 guys in the past, however her longest relationship she's had to date was with a man named Galen. Their relationship ended when he decided to join the Orphic radicals and Ophelia wouldn't support him on that. He assured her that he knew she was different from other Alterists, that she was justified somehow but Ophelia knew that he'd grow to resent her and turn on her eventually so she broke off the 2 year long relationship.
{Occupation}
Art Gallery Assistant
{Group}
Alterist
Despite Ophelia being an alterist she was raised hearing the stories of jealous and wrathful Gods & Goddesses and all the tales of Greek lore from her Mother who was very devoted to her religion. Ophelia knows more about Greek religion than any religions from above Atlantis although she does know a few things about Catholicism from her Father.
{Appearance}
Ophelia is an effortlessly thin girl who weighs in at a meager 116lbs (approx. 53 kg) and stands at 5'4 (approx 162.6 metric). Despite this she has a definitive presence about her that is much larger than you’d expect from a petite 22 year old. Ophelia is easily identifiable by her medium length wavy brunette bob, and constant look of torture or concentration. O has naturally tanned skin that can be compared to desert sand, and eyes the color of coffee beans, however these days the radiance of her features have been clouded by the side effects of popping and even snorting miracle pills. As for unique embellishments Ophelia has a tattoo on her right rib-cage that reads My poor mother begged for a sheep but raised a wolf and another tattoo on her left forearm that says, may I never be complete may I never be content may I never be perfect.
{Power}
Mentality Manipulation. Ophelia has the ability to create, enhance or deplete the emotions of others. For example when she’s late to work she’ll often enhance the mood of her boss ever so slightly so that she’ll be able to get away with it. In more extreme circumstances Ophelia could push someone to absolute depression, a completely blank emotional state, or even happiness to the point of delirium. Her power however does not work on herself.

{Personality}
Ophelia is a naturally stubborn and persistent person, when things aren’t working her favor she usually can find a way to stack the odds in her favor instead of admitting defeat. More so now than ever Ophelia hates admitting to herself that she can’t handle every obstacle that blocks her path, because if she did she’d also have to ponder the possibility of not being able to handle her addiction. She’d be forced to become acquainted with the very real possibility of her ending up dead due to an overdose on miracle pills just like her father. Despite Ophelia’s stubbornness and persistence she sees the world in a very philosophical and artistic way even though her innate cynicism sometimes taints her views. Ophelia sees the world in terms of life imitating art and obscure philosophical themes that she often reads up on to incorporate into her artwork. Save for art and massing information on certain historical subjects Ophelia typically demonstrates a non chalant and pleasure oriented approach to problems. She figures she won’t live long enough to regret doing whatever it is she pleases anyways. Despite this dark view Ophelia is fairly friendly even though she’s been told she seems unapproachable and critical at first glance.
{History}
Ophelia comes from a blended family. One side being pure blooded Atlantian and the other being predominantly German land dwellers, hence her blended German and Greek name. When Ophelia was born no one expected that she would be forsaken by the Gods. That her powers would never manifest all because of her Father’s heritage. As the years rolled on and life became more violent for Atlantians and Land Dwellers alike Ophelia’s Mother and Father made the decision to choose a group, to pledge allegiance to one side of the battle and stay as hidden from their true nature as possible. It was decided that Ophelia and her Father would take the miracle pills and masquerade as Orphics for the sake of their family and well being. It wasn’t too long before that plan shattered, Ophelia’s father became hopelessly addicted to the pills over the years and consequently died late into the year of Ophelia’s eighteenth birthday. Ophelia on the other hand had been taking the pills since she was around elementary (primary) school aged and had for a while thought she was tolerant to the adverse effects but after all the years of taking the pills like vitamins she became almost immune to their effect and at around 20 years of age decided to up her dose and take the drug in new and creative ways to keep her powers that she couldn’t imagine living without. It was then that the adverse effects started to take hold of her, to this day she struggles with keeping her temperament under control when she’s sober, feeling energized, constant nose bleeds from snorting the crushed form of the pill, pounding headaches that occur after exerting her power and much more…

This is gospel for the fallen ones
Locked away in permanent slumber
Assembling their philosophies
From pieces of broken memories
Oh, this is the beat of my heart, this is the beat of my heart
Oh, this is the beat of my heart, this is the beat of my heart
The gnashing teeth and criminal tongues conspire against the odds
But they haven't seen the best of us yet
If you love me let me go
If you love me let me go
'Cause these words are knives that often leave scars
The fear of falling apart
And truth be told, I never was yours
The fear, the fear of falling apart
