Introduction

Premise:
Set just after the events in Bioshock 2, the Little Sisters are now next to none, with the whole of Rapture devolving into gangs, all struggling for dominance and ADAM. Splicing has taken a new turn, as the denizens invent new plasmids and tonics in their desperation.
Big Sisters still lurk, their motivations unknown, and the Big Daddies aren't as numerous as they were before.
A man, who calls himself the 'Candy Man' has been sending out radio signals on certain frequencies, to those who would listen. Here, you could say, is where our story begins...
Take the role of one of the denizens of Rapture, as a group of them are brought together to survive! Will they escape to the surface, or claim Rapture as their own?
His character is a clue-giver entity, similar to Atlas.

Applications closed until further notice.
When submitting your character, post it in the OOC first, and then submit via the character tab. As there's no real moderator/GM, application functions by general consensus. In other words, if no one has any issues with your character, it'll be approved. Give it about a day for everyone to look at your character.
1: No God mode-ing, which applies everywhere really, and that means no 'My character adversely harms your character' posts. 'My character attempts to adversely harm your character' posts are good ones.
Feel free to create a plasmid/tonic of your own - but if they're ludicrously powerful it will be considered God mode-ing. Suggestion: If you want a really powerful plasmid, create a very bad side effect to counter it!
2: Any type of character that can be found in Rapture is playable (Splicers, Big Daddies, Big Sisters etc), but keep things sensible! Don't go creating a god-like character with supreme powers without a flaw! Ultimately, these kind of characters can get boring, and don't really contribute to the RP as they can do everything. Think of your fellow players; they want to have fun too!
*** A note on the Big Daddy characters: They should be incapable of speech, and should communicate via alternate means. Big daddies can resist *Hypnotize big daddy* if they have good willpower, though they will have mild mental strain for a short while. *Hypnotize big daddy +* can be resisted only to a short extent.
4: If you have too many gene tonics and plasmids, you become crazed. The more splicing, the more crazed.
5: Use only low caliber weapons while in the bridges connecting buildings. shotguns, launchers, trap bolts, and the sonic boom plasmid are a no go in there. It's only glass after all.
6: Combat functions by every player taking turns to create an 'encounter' where appropriate; meaning it's up to one player to set up what they are fighting. Then the other players will decide how it turns out. Remember about God mode-ing!
7: Not a rule, but a suggestion: Limiting IC posts to about 1-2 per day. It's so all the players would have the chance to participate (different lifestyles, timezones, work obligations, etc). If a player doesn't post within 24 hours, then their 'turn' is forfeited, and other people can continue posting.

She froze when she heard a smashing sound. "Sister...what was that?" She said shakily. She knew that the Ryan Retreat was getting old but not old enough to crack on it's own. She looked at the stairs and shook her head. "Water. Water!" She yelled as she jumped back and clung to Yena. She hid behind her. Water was slowly starting to trickle down the stairs. It wouldn't be long before water started pouring in from around the second level. She didn't want to drown not in here. Yet it wasn't the drowning that scared her the most it was the fact that someone was here. Someone who broke through the glass and was most likely coming towards them. She knew that this thing wasn't a splicer...but that means it would be a Mr.Bubbles. Which calmed her somewhat because that meant one of two things. 1 it was a good Mr.Bubbles who wouldn't hurt her and wouldn't hurt sister if Hope was with her. Or 2 it was an evil Mr.Bubbles who didn't care about other people anymore and was just wanting to kill. She prayed for situation 1 but she knew to well that a good Mr.Bubbles probably wouldn't be breaking window and trying to flood buildings.
"Sister we have to go!" Hope exclaimed as she ran up the back of her sister and into the basket on her shoulder. She sat in the back of the basket afraid to go forward but she felt like a coward sitting at the back of the basket while her sister faced what was about to happen. So she crawled forward and put her hands on the edge of the basket. She could feel herself shaking. "Don't let them get me." She whispered.

- but an awful pain was holding him back, it was a horrible pinching and searing pain deep in his gut. Dropping the cigarette between his lips, he opened his pale bloodshot eyes to just realizing how cramped he felt. Already one side of the vent was covered in his own blood, it was gross and the scent was making him nausea. Hood knew it was only a manner of time before he collapsed and possible die. As much as it hurt to shift inside the air duct, Hood forced himself to crawl before coming to a nailed down door leaving out of the vents and inside what appeared to be a waiting room of some sort – it was good spot to splicers but Hood couldn't wait – he had to get out the vents and find somewhat to get the bleeding to spot. Already his eyes began to blur and panic began to raise. '
Reaching for his trusty crowbar, he began hacking away at the nailed down steel door. Taking out each hinge one-by-one before the door loosen and fell to the ground with an awful loud clank. Hood whispered a curse to himself, before shifting his body weight to wiggle out of the ducts. It hurt, it hurt awfully and he felt his flesh tearing even more and more with each movement. Once he got into a position Hood jumped out from the vents and landed on the ground with an awful buckle in his knees before collapsing onto the tiled ground. He was making too much noise, too much noise to alert the splicers or worst something else. Blood ran into the cracks of the tiled flooring, Hood's very own blood. Question was how much blood had he lost already, it must have been an awful lot because Hood began feeling his legs going numb.
'Oh god...' Hood grunted as he looked down to examine the damage to his stomach. He was growing sick, he didn't have the nerves to see how bad his wounds where. Wheezing heavily now, Hood began to crawl having no idea where he was going to go or where, all he knew he needed something to stop his bleeding. But with all this blood around it was bound to attract something. Dragging his crowbar along side with him, the rusty metal was clanking against the ground each time Hood pulled himself along the ground. This was zapping the remainder of his strength, and the pain wasn't getting any better – it only got worst.
Hood stopped, as his eyes began to close. 'Maybe...she is an angel?' Hood whispered to himself, before his body began to grow limb. 'Its not a dream...'

Eventually after some winding corridors, stairs and moderate shocked splicers, they were ont he train, heading for Pauper's drop and their home. She took Hope out of the cage and took off her helmet, the airtight seals popping off and exposed her face. She had long, black hair and the same sickly yellow eyes as all little sister's did "Well done my Little Sister....im so proud of you......how much did we get? I hope enough for dinner tonight.." She giggled a little andpicked Hope up in her arms, hugging her warmly before the train lurched to a halt....they had arrived at Pauper's drop

The Bouncer breathed steadily; slowly inhaling and exhaling. He did not respond to Malcolm's initial hail; taking another sure step in front of him, as if oblivious to the technician - devoted to simply... walking. Another thudding step took the Bouncer forward, before he realised that Malcolm was not only hailing him, but in actual fact, talking to him. The Bouncer was still puzzled however, though it may not be apparent to the outsider. There was nothing green nearby.
He stopped in his tracks, and slowly turned to regard the technician coolly; he had only heard the second half of the tech's chatter - he understood the words, but they... held no meaning for him... surely? It was... difficult to think. He simply stood there in silence, his portlights glowing a neutral yellow directly at Malcolm.
Before he could respond, he caught sight of the well armed and armoured person, and watched him speak to the tech. As Taleth pointed his gun at the Bouncer, he felt his mind focusing on the well armed man. His entire body tensed; particularly his right arm, causing the drill to rotate slowly. The strap, still attached to the now loose surgical table, formed a loop around his right shoulder, holding fast. It was a funny sight to see that the Bouncer was still unaware he was dragging a table with him.
His portlights slowly changed into a gloomy orange - there was no need to act... or did he find himself unable to act? The haze that permeated his thoughts seemed to guide his instinct - telling him to be aware of this man, but take no action. It was... so hard to think, and he found himself unwilling to resist. Instinct will guide him.
ENCOUNTER:
6 splicers: 2 Thuggish, 3 Leadheads, 1 Spider. The area would just be a room filled with vats of liquid, machinery, surgical tables and various equipment. The room is connected waiting-room like area, which is then connected to other hallways. I have no idea how to upload an attachment in this post, so I can't wiggle some lines to depict what the room might look like. Oh, by the way... if there's any discontinuity of how the areas look... I apologize. I'm winging it as I go along!
But the armed man seemed to be aware of another presence... and the Bouncer could now feel it too. The sounds of insane laughter, incoherent chattering... and weapons being armed. Hostility literally oozed from these newcomers, as their weapons were already trained on the trio even before coming into sight.
A new instinct overrode the old; he felt his blood expand, as he shot out his left hand at Malcolm and Taleth. He then instinctively contracted his blood, as he tensed his left arm. The wave of bullets from the hostile splicers met with a transparent, faintly blue barrier, causing water-like ripples to propagate from where the bullets struck. It was a strange sensation; the Bouncer could feel mild to moderate stinging with each bullet.
But the shield would not last; the final bullet struck, causing the barrier to shatter like glass - the pieces simply vanishing into thin air. Fortunately, the splicers ran to take cover, needing to reload. The Thuggishs now acted on cue - charging in like savages.
Unfortunately for the Bouncer, as the barrier shattered, his was suddenly seized by a paralysing pain, in both body and mind. He fell to his knees; the various gauges and gears on his suit began to turn wildly, and even puffs of steam escape his suit. The Big Daddy could not see the gauges and gadgetry that was embedded to the exterior of his suit - it appears that they are not meant for him, but perhaps one with technical expertise.
Realising that he was now incapacitated, he quickly scanned the area through his portholes. In the corner of the 'waiting-room', he swore he saw something falling out of the vents.
[Inserting Hood here, if it seems a good place to.]
But the Bouncer did not notice the clicking of metallic hooks from the ceiling...

Reaver cursed under his breath, after being shocked for the third time at a Circus of Values kiosk. He never was good at hacking, but he didn't feel like paying 8 dollars for a Pep Bar. Grabbing his large arm, he figured he could punch through it. The noise may attract Splicers, along with hurt his hand. That wasn't a choice. Grumbling, he put in the 8 dollars for the Pep Bar. He listened to it tumble out, and grabbed it swiftly, shuffling through the tubes that connected some of the various buildings.
Suddenly, he heard thumping in the building to his left. He stopped, chewing on his Pep Bar, thinking it was just a lone Big Daddy, trying to find a Little Sister. Then Reaver heard more thumping, and soon a large crash. His mouth dropped open as he pieced together that something had broken in through the outside. He didn't dare try to enter the room; water had already started to flow outward onto the floor from the bottom of the door. Rubbing his large arm, he felt the switch of cold to a red hot state. With his 'Incinerate!' plasmid ready, he readied his lead pipe. He left the entrance of the door, throwing an empty can at the button to open the door.
The can connected, and Reaver watched as water shot out through the door. There was only enough to cover his ankles, so he proceeded into the room where he heard the crash. It looked like it was a hotel at one point. Before he investigated the noise, he pried one of the cash registers open, collecting his 8 dollars back. He finally walked into the lobby area, seeing the giant hole burst through the glass. "Hello?" He called out, nervousness trailed in his voice.
OOC Notes
The room was filled with bellowing sounds, the room vibrating as the sound pierced the structure, in response to the "Hello?" echoed off the walls. Epsilon's massive body stepped from out of a broken arch way that had led to a door way he was working on. The building was sent into lock down as soon the water had begun to fill the rooms to a certain point. With the bulkheads sealed, Epsilon was trapped. This wasn't going to stop him now, but if someone had found a way in, perhaps a malfunctioning door maybe, that means it might be a way out. Regardless though, the closest path to his destination was through the way the person had come in.
It was person, what the inhabitants called a splicer (Epsilon had been monitoring the decent of Rapture via the radio and tv waves). If it wasn't for the fact that the splicer might have come from a possible exit Epsilon wouldn't have paid a lick of attention to him. The eerie blue light peered through the darkness, shining upon Reaver's face. Bending slightly the massive 16 foot tall behemoth inspected the being before him. After giving him the once over, Epsilon turned his focus towards the direction that Reaver had come from, brushing past the puny man.
Almost kneeling down, Epsilon moved his way through the archway towards the door that Reaver had come from. It was going to be a tight fit, but Epsilon was able to stick his port through far enough to see if he could fit farther down. It was going to be too tight for him and because it lead further into another building Epsilon could not tell if it might just end up as a dead end. So he returned to what he was doing. Passing by the splicer and back into main foray. Pounding against it, Epsilon was on his way to opening the door by force.

James woke up in a clinic with a headache thinking "what just happend, where am I." He looked around noticing this wasn't the clinic in Apollo Square. He saw the blood on the wall and the corpses on the floor he knew this was the Medical Pavilion
He lay on the desk in Steimans office, he could of swore he was in Fort Frolic looking for supplies and trying not to think of his dad or ADAM.
James thought of his dad the only person who could stop his ADAM addiction he thought of his dad's death in 1964. James dad was a scientist he was trying to find a way to destroy ADAM as ADAM was the reason why people have died in Rapture and he had all this ADAM in his lab and the splicers came and killed him. James knew he was a splicer but he didn't kill his dad. James wasn't crazy for ADAM nor was he driven mad by the Plasmids. He checked his supplies Tommy gun 10 rounds, potato chips, and distilled water. James also remembered he had two plasmids as he noticed the fire coming out of his hand,He grabbed his supplies and set out for the dystopian hell.

Mr. Ducky turned around slowly, and he reached down. He picked the small girl up like a tender child, and he lovingly placed her on his back. She leaned into him, peering over his right shoulder, her feet resting on a tube shed stapled to his suit. She would stay there for hours in comfort, though she whined about it constantly.
The water had reached Mr. Duckys knees, and a pang of worry crossed his mind. As far as he knew, Sarah couldn't walk under the water. He paused for a fraction of a second, considering whether she could, but it passed from his mind. He wouldn't let anything touch her. After all, he could always kill the water.
He decided to postpone emptying his Rivets into the water, and he plowed through the flowing water until he reached a door. It was sealed, but water was bursting through the crack at an alarming rate. "Its okay Mr. Ducky. If you open the door, just don't get swept away. No matter what the water will drain away." Mr. Ducky didn't like the sound of that. For a moment, he thought about going another way, but the thought of defying Sarah never crossed his mind, so he let his gun fall, a metal chain attached to his waist keeping it in place, and he grabbed for his drill. He pulled it up, and stuck it between the door crack. He started to pry at the door, attempting to widen it.
(Ooc I figured I could be on the first floor, and the water could drain from the room, around me. If I need to edit let me know.. but I wasn't sure how else to get familiar with anyone else.)

"Crapcrapcrapcrapcrap!" Malcolm's left hand made a clawing gesture as he arced lightning at the Spider Splicer closing in from the ceiling. Not stopping to see if he hit or not, he hurried to get behind Green, ducking low in a mix of fear and survival instinct. His movements were like those of a rodent, scurrying and cringing. Standing with the ironclad behemoth between himself and the maniacs made him feel a little better.
"This would be a great time to come to your senses, Green. And this will probably sting like crazy. Sorry." Pulling a pair of needle-nosed pliers from his tool belt, Malcolm found the specific bit of tubing he was looking for, his eyes tracing it down to a connector valve on a small tank strapped to Green's back. The spring-mounted valve control on the Supplementary Adreneline Supply was only supposed to trigger when a Little Sister was threatened, and then release the adreneline extracted over time from the Big Daddy's body. Malcolm carefully reached into the intentionally miniscule space around the sensitive control with his pliers and tweaked it into the "open" position. He heard the click of the timing switch telling him that it had acknowledged a threat, even though the suit control hadn't triggered the adreneline supply. Maybe a minute before it sends the Continue Inquiry signal back to suit control. When the control doesn't tell it that a Sister is in trouble, it'll shut off. If the splicers aren't dead by then, we're boned.

The Bouncer eyed the technician through his side portholes, as the tech disappeared behind him. He was still paralysed in pain, and unnerved that an unknown figure now flanked him. He groaned once, trying to force his limbs to move... to no avail.
And then suddenly, a new pain overtook the old, more intense than before. But this was different; his entire book now shook with energy, and he was already on his feet before he knew it. His left hand spasmed with the new energy and pain, and his drill spun sporadically – as if spasming as well. His porthole lights grew into a dangerous, bloody red.
Something needed to die. Badly.
The Spider had collapsed to the ground, after being struck by Malcolm's bolt, a few metres away from the two. He struggled to his feet, cursing Malcolm with a series of insults as he raised his hooks threateningly.
But the nefarious glee that was on the Spider's face evaporated into sheer horror, as the Bouncer's red lights loomed directly upon the splicer. Green tensed his left hand, releasing the tension that was in his blood, and his entire body began to glow a faint blue. The Spider barely sucked in a breath, before Green dashed forward using both feet, his drill already boring a gaping hole in the splicer's body. The Spider belatedly realised his fate, trying to disbelieve what had happened – he barely saw the Big Daddy move.
Green roared horribly, his voice shaking the very foundations of Rapture, as he brutally swung the still screaming Spider aside. The strap snapped under the force of the swing, sending both Spider and surgical table to the wall, both becoming one. Sickly red blood oozed from the table, which was apparently stuck to the wall.
His breathing was heavy. More things needed to die. They were harming... what were they harming...? No, that is not important now. Things needed to die.
His eyes then focused on Taleth, the closest thing to him right now. But the sight of the Thuggishs charging wildly, scraping their weapons on the ground creating sparks, seemed more... urgent.
He bellowed another bloody roar, as he tensed his left hand again, causing him to glow a faint blue. Launching himself forward with both legs, the Bouncer travelled at incredible speeds at the two Thuggish splicers. As he did so, he caught sight of a limp figure through his side portholes, which lay near a ventilation shaft. That did not seem important right now.
[This is where Green notices Hood, but in his 'Rampage' mode, he can't do anything besides kill.]
Things needed to die.
ENCOUNTER:
Spider Splicer dead.
Still 2 Thuggish Splicers.
3 Leadheads, taking cover.
OOC Notes
"Here, let me help." Reaver told the giant, sticking his makeshift bomb onto the lock part of the door. With 'Incinerate!' active already, he aimed his giant arm on firetowards his bomb. He waited for the Big Daddy to move as his hand caught aflame.
OOC Notes
The ground beneath Hood began to rumble, something massively large and heavy was heading towards his way. Slowly lifting his eyelids, all he saw was a great blur and blackness around the corner of his vision. He closed his eyes again, which began to tear water with a small mixture of blood. His breathing growing shallow and thin, the wheezing was making it so hard to breath.
Maybe this large heavy thing would offer him was quick painless death, Hood didn't want to die painfully from his lung cancer, nor from starvation. But the thought of dying now was painful, he wanted to see Adanndius at least one last time. Clenching his hand into a fist, Hood prepared himself in case if he was going to die or maybe this large heavy being would just lumber right pass him.
Thud! Thud!
The sound of its footsteps pounding beside him, maybe he would just walk around him thinking he might be a corpse. But Hood didn't appear to be a drug addict splicer, he still took his appearance of that of a human being. Remaining motionless, and holding onto his breath it was the painful wait. Thoughts began taking off towards the New Year's party, all those years ago at that dinner table reserved for two. The sound of jazz music, people dancing and here he was with Adanndius having there dinner. Hood could recall the taste of lobster and wine, and the sound of Adanndius laughing away at his joke which he had long forgotten. Even thought her lovely appearance had changed with her plastic surgery to Hood it didn't manner – she was still so beautiful, she was his angel.
'Adanndius...' Hood moaned with a painful wheeze then a cough. Blood surrounded him, his very own blood and Hood was growing painfully nauseated, maybe it was due to hunger or just the though of his own blood touching his skin was making him sick he didn't know. Everything was bury when he opened his eyes again, and growing more dark. Things being consumed by an awful black darkness, his vision failing.
OOC Notes
James was searching the dead splicer that he just killed he found a little bit of loot like: 15 rounds for his Tommy gun, and some potted meat. James ate the can of potted meat, grabbed his supplies and started out to The Bathysphere to Apollo Square James heard the faint gunshots and people screaming in the background he tried to ignore but it bothered him to much.
OOC Notes
To Micheal's dismay he saw multiple groups of spider splicers scurrying on the walls. With renewed vigor Micheal dashed through the junction and began to hammer on the locking mechanism of the door connecting the junction to the Hotel. Realizing it was a futile effort Micheal felt something building inside of himself. Was it fear? Regret? or was it just his frustration finally breaking through the surface of his being? Micheal instinctively drew his left hand back and unleashed a torrent of lightning on the door's mechanism. Good atleast they did something to me that was actually useful. Still not satisfied that the door wasn't going to hold Micheal took off. Stopping once he reached Paupers drop Micheal breathed a sigh of relief.
He then caught himself realizing he wasn't in the clear, atleast not yet. As long as Micheal was in rapture he would never find solace. Brushing some grime off of his port hole Micheal began to walk towards the tram stations when crippling pain tore through him. Micheal fell to his hands and knees, his vision dimmed. Suddenly afraid Micheal pondered on everything he knew on big daddies. Thankful for most of his common memories coming back, Micheal got on his knees, and began thinking. What did big daddies need? Adam? No they weren’t Adam gatherers, they guarded the gatherers.... Then Micheal was gripped by a chilling thought that raced up his spine. Big daddies needed little sisters, more specifically the Alpha series needed them more than anything. Micheal shuddered again.
His body was shutting down.

When the train came to a lurch she walked outside with her sister in hand. She took a look around at the area around them and then she saw something. It was a Mr.Bubbles he was on his knees and he didn't look like he was doing so well. Hope looked back at her sister. She knew that she wasn't supposed to leave her side, she wasn't really even supposed to be walking around in open spaces without being in her cage. Yet the Mr.Bubbles looked so sad, so helpless. She took a deep breath. She could do this. She wasn't some brainwashed little sister she was part girl part monster.
"He's sad." Hope said as she started to slowly walk over. She looked around. There was barley a splicer in sight and none of them were paying any attention to her. She ran over to the crumpled Mr.Bubbles. She stood behind him not really sure what to do. She was about to tap him on the shoulder but decided it wasn't a good idea. Instead she just said "Mr.Bubbles what's wrong?". She didn't really like using the name Mr.Bubbles or Mr.B she knew that they were called Big Daddies but calling him a Big Daddy could give away her secret. Anything that was out of place could make someone think the wrong thing. She stood behind him. Half ready to run and the other half was well almost wanting to touch him. Just even a pat something to make him feel like he was wanted.
OOC Notes
They were down to half a bottle and Yena shook her head "Big lumox took most of our food.....damn" She shook her head and took the remaining ADAM and pushed it throught he bars to Hope "Here....drink this. Ill eat tomorrow....i wont be having my Little Sister starve and that is final" She lifted her left hand and pulled a rotting chair to her and sat down, watching the Big Daddy and seeing if it would recover "You took my dinner.........you better wake up"

Despite the interruption from the man, Epsilon continued to slam his fists into the bulkhead and occasional rammed his massive frame against it. The door had become distended and weak from the mighty massive blows. When Reaver put the makeshift charge against the lock of door a near by TV set turned on. Static filled the screen but shortly there after images began to appear. Andrew Ryan, Fontaine, Atlas, Lamb, and various other well known faces took their brief turns on the screen. Soon sound was accompanying the faces. "It. Is. Pointless. To. Blow up. The. Door. These. Bulkheads. Are. Too. Large." the TV returned to silence after the mishmash of faces and voices communicated the message.
Epsilon continued to pound away at the door, which was about as big as he was. Part of it gave way and the top popped out. A sliver of blue light shown through and Epsilon could see the other side, the clear glass connection tunnels. He was almost out and for the little man's best interests none too soon as the water was now up to Epsilon's knees and the man's chest.

She grinned as she saw Mr.Bubbles slowly start to wake up. She grinned at him when he looked at her and Yena and his porthole turned green. "Your welcome Mr.B." She said happily as she leaned out of the basket. She lost her balance a bit and just about fell out but she stopped herself and pulled herself back up. She giggled a bit. A frown came across her face when she saw him moan and his shoulders sagged. "Sister, he's sorry." Hope whispered to Yena. She grinned again when se saw him offer out his hand. She knew that it one way or another it meant friendship. She had spent enough time with her Mr.Bubbles before he was...killed that she understood quite a bit of what the Big Daddy's we're saying. "He wants to be friends." She told Yena.

Here's the background: The story starts in 1959 at the Kashmiere Resturant, agent Brian Davidson (me)
and another agent Gabrielle Jackson (Death101) are to hunt down and kill Atlas and Ryan in order to bring peace to Rapture. Of course the assassination goes wrong and the two have to into hiding. During the whole time you guys are free to do whatever you want. Then we fast foward to 1968 once everyone agrees to this, and we basicly have our story of escape, betrayel, and survival from there on.

But on the topic of Bioshock Infinite, Atomic pretty much hit the nail on the head. Columbia was a city built by America to show case American expectionalism and then sent over seas on a round-the-world diplomatic voyage similar to Great White fleet. The only probelm was that the city was armed to the teeth and was practicly a floating death star. The other countries didn't like that very much, it kind of was like America was saying "We're Beyond You". Blah blah blah, a few years laters and a falling out with Washington, the city disappears and goes rogue and you play a Pinkerton agent tasked with resquing this one chick and blah blah blah. It's going to be great though, I can't wait.

I need to think up a story....
Re: [OOC] Bioshock: Rapture Drowning
Also on the subject of creating a new Bioshock Rp, I'll be able to do it but not with in the next few weeks or even maybe a month. If we want to get a new one started right away, some one else will have to do it them selfs. For sure though I will be joining regardless as well as helping out in what ever administrative duties need to be done (much like what I've done for Rapture Drowning, sending Pms and making sure people are still interested). That way who ever is GM of the next one can focus on plot/story creation and other more important things.
