Description
Full Name: Fenix Knight
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Occupation: Co-owner, manager and one of the lead carers of Bird's Nest House.
Appearance: Fenix is a rather lively young woman in her mid-twenties. She's around 5'6, of fairly average height and build. She has red-orange, rather wavy hair that seems to spend most of its time getting a bit out of hand when she's busy. YOu can generally tell how long Fenix has been wokring at any one time by the condition of her hair. She had blue-grey eyes and an oval-shaped face, with high cheekbones and a narrow nose. Her clothes tend to be pretty bright and colourful, though a little on the eccentric side. Occasionally it looks as if she got dressed in the dark.
Skills: Aside from her work at the home, Fenix is quite a keen artist, and has a studio set up in the attic of the house.
Strengths: Fenix is quite bright, resourceful, and tends to be able to find good in any situation. She seems to be quite tireless in her efforts to help others, and appears to be able to run entirely on enthusiasm.
Weaknesses: Fenix seems to have an uncanny knack for getting in over her head. She tends to make rash decisions, and end up tkaing on more than she can handle. She also has an utterly irrational fear of the dark.
Personality: Haphazard would probably be the best way to describe Fenix. She seems to have an extremely laid-back attitude to life...to the point of distraction. She tends to be the bouncy, impractical yin to Lakesha's colder, more calculating yang. One the bright side she is a very caring and kind sort, and always willing to help. She is rather an artistic sort, prone to flights of fancy and impulsive behavior, though her flightly nature shouldn't be mistaken for lack of intelligence. She is quite a smart woman....when properly focused...which admittedly is not all that often.
History: Fenix grew up a few towns away, in the grey, indistrial town of Corvus. Her parents ran an art gallery in town, and had all the firmness and discipline of hedgehogs. She was allowed to more or less run wild during her youth, enjoying the freedom of town, a few convictions for graffiti offences, and a string of short flings with most of the local youth. Things changed however when her family came across Lakesha and took her in. This tied her down somewhat, something that first bothered the young woman, but eventually taught her some form of responsibility and a sense of duty to others.
After going through college, she came to the decision that she wanted to help people, kids particularly, and so plans for Bird's Next began.
