Here in Black Hills is a mansion that has been here before anyone can remember. They claim that it is haunted but of course most people think that is nonsense. After all the teens do hold their parties there and nothing ever happens except fights, drinking, and you name it!
This was what the Black Hill Hall was used for these days. The four neighborhoods in this town each had a captain for make sure that things got cleaned up afterwards and that the teens didn't get caught. Even though the captains usually got stuck with the cleaning job there was supposed to be a different neighborhood each weekend night cleaning up.
Of course the parties were fun but there was more to life than just the parties. During the week there was no telling what would happen.
