In a place where the law had absolute power, there was a place where all law breakers gather. This place was well known to just about anybody, even the law knew about it. Though they stayed away for one reason, the staff of the club. They were dangerous and very few managed to live after starting up with them.

Oto made this club for he to is wanted by the law, and needed a safe place to call home. In this club there are rooms for those who need to stay a while until there status calms down. Though those who use the rooms, are under employment of the black club and protect it from the law. Among others who want to damage it and or hurt the people in it.

In this time period the existence of supernatural creatures are well known. Vampires, Werewolves, and even shape-shifters roam the streets along with humans. That said, there are many who are on the side of the law and those who aren't.

The law sometimes go through dirty means to try to take out the Black Club. Usually hiring assassins of a variety of species. Though very few have managed to even find the club let alone infiltrate.

That said there is one organization that has managed to infiltrate and even got close to killing the boss Oto. The White Club. Another place where law breakers gather but they tend to side with the law in order to lower their wanted status. Another way to put it is the "Bounty Hunters." By no means are they easy to take down.

Thus the war between the two is ongoing.
