Reason for being in the town: A member of the Rising Suns. Her reason is to help her family (rising suns) and also to get a good education

Role: Her role is that of a smuggler and spy. She can easily scout areas out and make deliveries of weapons and such. This is because she is but a little girl and easily overlooked.

Other: She roller blades everywhere and loves music, skates and music.

Personality

Tammy is an energetic hyper girl, She has had a sad life and knows full well about it but she has been all but raised by the Rising Suns, they are her family and she would do anything for them. She likes to talk and be seen, peppy and laughing all the time. Trying to cheer up the others in anyway possible. This does not mean she is a stranger to violence however. She is a master of the weapon Wind and Fire wheels. She uses her blades to full advantage here and is extremely quick on her feet with these making her a positively deadly combination should things come to fighting.

History

Born to a normal family she was raised to the age of 2 by her real parents until caught up in the gang wars they were killed. They were taken hostage by a small gang being run out by the Rising Suns and while the members tried to save the family Tammy was the only one who survived. She was taken and raised by one of the members until the age of 7 when she was accompanying him on a simple smuggling job. It went wrong and he was shot as she watched. She rushed out to her adopted father and was shot twice in the chest and once in the arm. Both were rushed to the hospital but her father died of internal bleeding shortly after arriving at the hospital. She survived the ordeal and was taken in by the Rising Suns. She has been raised by the gang almost as a whole and is pretty much their little girl. She has only recently started doing jobs for them.
