In the year 2352, All that remains of the old life is bits and pieces. The American-Russian war of 2089 ravaged the world with poison and famine. Scientists during the war were developing strange new weapons for soldiers in the war. after the nukes hit, the world went into chaos; the weapons got out. These weapons are called by the common people as "Blood Burners". They are injections that alter your DNA allowing for one to gain its power. They are rare, and very few remain. Survive in this post apocalyptic wasteland that once was america. But be warned.
Only the strong of both mind and body are able to survive here.

(I understand that this is partially a rip off of bioshock, but i thought the concept would make for some interesting roleplay. :D)

Metal graphing(allows person to fuse there own flesh with metal as well as shape and slowly manipulate small quantities)
Fire(self)(allows one to ignite oneself, partial or whole, without burning as well as total resistance to fire and heat)
Fire(projectile)(allows oneself to throw fire and manipulate small amounts of fire)
Ice(allows one to freeze objects with a touch and user is no longer ever cold... EVER)
Water(allows oneself to turn to water and reshape to ones liking)
Telekinesis(allows one to move objects under 2x users body weight with thought as well as making themselves fly)
Light Bender(allows one to manipulate the light around them to there will. capable of making one near-invisible or creating illusions as well as small laser blasts(imma chargin mah lazor! XD))
Wind(allows one to fly and disperse large quantities of air quickly. capable of blowing objects back)
Earth(self)(allows one to fuse with any earth substance and allowing one to change shape to will)
Earth(other)(allows one to manipulate any earth substance within limited range of user)
Leech(allows one to slowly drain health from another on touch)
Electricity(allows one to become invulnerable to electricity, and allows one to arc bolts from there body to any electric conductor within 30 feet)

NOTE!!!!
if your using a power that allows you to manipulate something, you CAN NOT manipulate something that is graphed or part of another player. once it is no longer touching there body, it is fair game.
Telekinesis is the only power that allows a player to move anything within the weight limit.
