Introduction
Welcome students, to a new year at Cross Academy! I am your headmaster Kaien Cross. Follow me as I explain a few things about this Academy…
There are a few rules that must never be broken here at Cross Academy. Day class students and night class students both have their respective curfews and I advise you to keep them as such. If you are caught by any of the prefects or myself you will receive detention; continue to do this and you will be expelled. And we wouldn’t want that would we? Please do not make us do such a horrible thing.
Cameras and other recording devices are absolutely not permitted on the premise. All photos, cameras, and any other recording device shall be confiscated if such items are found. We have a strict policy on this, and we advise you against disobeying. I know, I know you all would love to take photos and record precious memories here at Cross Academy, but it is beyond me.
In both dorms we have separate wings for the male and female students. Males to the west wing and females to the east. It is strictly prohibited to go to the opposite wing. Yes, I understand you gain relationships over times, but we don’t believe it is proper for co-ed students to sleep in the same dorm.
Moving on from the rules, let’s get to a little more entertaining news. We have a variety of events when the day class and night classes are allowed to interact. Specifically, three dances, one in the spring, the second in October, and the last during Christmas. These are called the Valentine’s Day Dance, Hollow's Eve Ball and Christmas Eve Ball. The spring and winter dances require you to pass your midterm and final exam with at least a 75%. The class with the lowest average will be given cleaning duties after the dance as well as pre-dance decoration duty. So try your best!
This is a new chapter and a new story... yes, we are starting all over again! There are new Prefects who are protecting the day class kids from the new night class students. However, the prefects have something more to worry about now than just keeping the night class and day class students separate. No, there is something darker lurking in the shadows... a new evil that the Night class kids know all too well about. And now the the prefects have to watch their backs.
So, will you be a dark demon of the night... or a protector or the day?
1: Main Gate - This is the sole entryway to the Academy. During class times/night time, it's closed. You need special permission from a teacher in order to leave. There are only a few reasons you may go: i.e. outside to town for groceries, jobs, etc. Mainly it's only the prefects who are allowed outside the gates.
2: Main Building - This is where the common rooms are located. Used by both Day and Night Class Students. It includes the library, cafeteria, classrooms, nurse's office, teachers' lounge, and the Headmaster Office.
3+4: Gardens - Students are allowed to spend time freely in the gardens, which are both huge and well tended to.
5: Sun Campus Gate - This gate gives access to the Sun Campus, where the Day Class students and Day teachers reside -- It closes down during curfew hours.
6: Moon Campus Gate - This gate gives access to the Moon Campus, where the Night Class students and Night teachers reside -- It closes down during curfew hours and is closed during the day.
7: Sun Dorm - Where Day Class students sleep.
8: Day Class Teacher's Residence - Where Day Class teachers and staff sleep.
9: Headmaster Residence - Where Headmaster Cross resides.
10: Moon Dorm - Where Night Class students sleep.
11: Night Class Teacher's Residence - Where Night Class teachers and staff sleep.
12+13: Large woods that surround Cross Academy. Students are prohibited to go into them without a teacher or staff member accompanying them. (However, this doesn't mean they DON'T do it. In fact, quite the contrary.)
14: The night class' woods that contain a hidden rose garden in which only the night class students and prefects can go into. It has large black gates with a big lock surrounding it. Only the leader of the prefects and the head of the Night Class have a key to. Absolutely no day class students may enter.
15: Lake - A gorgeous lake at the back of the Academy. Students are also prohibited from swimming in it.

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 11 authors
The blonde prefect was completing her rounds, patrolling between the academy's main scholar building and the front steps of the Sun dorms before moving to the Moon dorm's gates. Of course, she went no further for now as there were no reasons for her to go any closer than the gate itself.
She walked quickly, her black boots thudding against the ground as she could feel darkness settle around her. Hikari almost shook her head as the thought, 'I could blend into my surroundings,' came into her mind. Lack of sleep and boredom had a tendency to cause her to think oddly but... she hated to go to sleep. The nightmares always came to her and paralysed her til the very end of each night. She tended to get very little sleep because of them, waking before dawn to prepare for the day only to repeat this. Day in and day out, Hikari slept very little and made herself rather busy.
With this thought in mind she picked up the pace, her bright blue eyes scanning the area for Day Class students who wanted to stay out past curfew and Night Class students who were wandering before classes. Which would make them very late at this time of the evening.
Miyuki Asahi
The short pink-haired Noble was bored. Very, very bored. Or, that is, she was until she turned and glanced around the room only to spot Haru Setohara sitting all alone in the back row of desks, leaning on the desk as his thoughts appeared elsewhere. The grin that lit up her pale expression was one to light up a room.
Finally, someone she could speak to. Or, possibly anyway.
She took the small tin of blood tablets from her pocket as she stood from her own seat in the center of the room and slowly walked over to where Haru sat, popping a few tablets into her mouth and swallowing them with a slight look of distaste crossing her features at the taste. It was a far cry from real blood, particularly her favourite of AB negative but.. she wasn't going to complain.
The tin found its way back into her pocket as Miyuki came up to Haru and stood, tapping the desk lightly beside the male.
" Haru-san," she said politely, bowing her head slightly, " You look rather lonely over here, all by yourself." Her violet eyes were dancing in amusement as she looked down at the male who wasn't that much older than herself. And by looking down, it was mainly because she was standing that she was looking down at all. As the youngest she also tended to be the shortest in the Night Class.
" I thought I would come over and talk for a while," she added, not wanting to seem rude by admitting her own boredom.
"Ah, I'm sorry, please excuse me. It just doesn't seem like a very healthy habit."
That smirk is really starting to tick me off.. She pulled the two suckers out of her mouth and turned to face him. "It's not a habit it's a personal choice! And anyway you shouldn't even be out this late! I could easily put you in detention for this so it's not really a reason to be smiling!" She was about to continue lecturing him, but she stopped herself. It would only make her look even more childish. She let out a sigh just as she heard footsteps begin to approach them. turning her head, she realized is was another Day Class student. Keicha Moroktu to be exact. Amaya, Shikeio, and Hikari are really failing at their job tonight... She thought to herself, giving the girl a firm glance. "At least she's going back to her dorm." She mumbled to herself, guessing one of the other prefects had probably sent her here. She never really acknowledged Ms. Moroktu to be one of the Night Class fan girls though, so seeing her come in so late was a bit of a surprise, but irritating all the same. The girl swept past them, a little too close to Kiiro for her own comfort, and then giving Yuri a matching smirk, although this one even more irritating, before entering the building. "Such a nuisance." She said to Yuri without turning her head. She popped the suckers back into her mouth and bit the last of the pieces off before sticking them into her pocket.
As she reached in to grab the last one, she froze for a split second. Did that damn girl! She stopped herself, feeling the urge to chase after her and rescue her precious sucker. Luckily for the Day student, the last one had been root beer flavored, not exactly Kiiro favorite aside from cocoanut. If it had been any other flavor, especially cotton candy, Kiiro would of had a massive hunt to get it back, even though she had an entire bag in her dorm drawer beside her bed. "No need to fuss over that.." She said as calmly as possible, though her tone said otherwise. "Alright Yuri, I've let you stay out long enough." She said, trying to get her attention away from her stolen good. "It's time you get back to class so I can go finish up that paperwork. If you hadn't distracted me I wouldn't had it finished by now. Also, the next time I see you I expect a root beer flavored dumdum." Finishing her last sentence, she turned away from him and made her way to the doors of the Sun dorm, hoping Amaya's door would be unlocked since that's where she figured the evaluations were.
"Why was I freaking born with such a weak body, dammit!" He hissed as he stomped over to his seat near Faudi and Masaru. "This always happens to me!" His glared continued as he completely stared at Faudi, pointing to his face. "Look at this! They actually put makeup on me! The freaking nerve!" He slammed his hands down in mere frustration before he started to sulk and just decided to switch to his cold self. He scooted a little away form the two and covered his face, his face just hitting the desk.
"You look like an opera house nightmare, Han-chan. I must say, you look terrible as a drag queen." She nodded solemnly, kneeling on top of the bench to reach his face better. He was a few inches taller than herself, and it was tiring to sit and reach up. She lazily rubbed her finger along his cheek in attempt to get the blush off, but soon gave up on that as it would take too long. So instead, she leaned forward over the next row and grabbed a glass of water right out of the hands of another vampire. Faudi then proceeded to wrench the cup upwards in her hand and stop midway, the water splashing straight into his face and making most of the makeup run off.
The fem then climbed into his lap, kneeling as well there and reaching up, cupping her hands halfway and running the ridge of her pinky finger to her wrist down, taking the rest of the make up with it. "Idiot." She spat softly, sitting back down and rubbing the remains on his white pants, marring the linen.

It was a struggle, but Masaru managed to keep a hold on his laughter at first. He met Hanone's furious gaze with even serenity, unfazed either by make-up or ranting. Silently, he agreed with Faudi's observation that Hanone made a truly dreadful drag queen. The barrettes certainly did him no good. For one instant, Masaru fancied himself in Hanone's place. What would he do? He would be the first to admit that he would likely make the girls bleed for it... but then, he was a Pureblood, not a physically weak noble. And they would never do it to him, anyways. They would never get the chance.
Not something he had to worry about.
He managed to keep a hold on his own emotions - right up until Faudi threw a glass of water in Hanone's face. The look on his vice dorm head's face was priceless. One instant Masaru's face was a perfect mask, and the next he had doubled over across his own knees, laughing. His voice was like a chiming bell, too soft for laughter, and yet so unexpected that it could be heard clear across the classroom. He closed his eyes, so he would not have to see Hanone's anger at being laughed at. Masaru had that right. Part of being a Pureblood. A part of being a Pureblood he felt no guilt at taking advantage of.
Only once he had regained his breath, and his control, did Masaru open his eyes and look up at Hanone. The Pureblood's face had returned to its stoic state, except for the slight twitch at the corner of his mouths, the slight crinkle around his brilliant scarlet eyes.
"He does not look much better as a clown," he observed evenly. With the make-up running down Hanone's face, a clown was the first thing that came into Masaru's mind.
Someone was talking to him. Someone was talking to him. A girl, actually. Miyuki. Haru was jerked from his deep thought. Slightly stunned, he mumbled, “Huh…?” He heard his sister’s sarcastic voice in his head just then, as though she were there and actually speaking to him. Now Haru, when someone speaks to you, you usually respond. Did you know that? His large green eyes quickly fixed on the girl. He wasn’t used to people talking to him. So, he blinked a couple times, then stuttered quickly, “Ah… lonely? No, I’m just…” he shook his head and gestured to the empty seat next to him. “Take a seat if you wish. I’m afraid you caught me in the middle of some deep thought. Just trying to entertain myself, that’s all.” He didn’t dare go into detail about the Dia-cube. That would be too embarassing.
“So,” he said, trying to break the ice. As aforementioned, he wasn’t too smooth around others. “What’s up in your world?”
Shikeio
His hands shook as he wiped the scrape. It wasn’t even bleeding a lot. Barely, actually. Just a speck or two. What. Was. His. Deal? Stress. Yeah. Stress. That was it. Yeah. He took a deep breath and wiped it a few times. Satisfied, he couldn’t help but force that lazy smile of his at Amaya’s half-assed threat. He was used to it. She was just easily pissed. But his goofy dispostition vanished as she told him about the attack. Intruder? Fast? He handed the damp hanky back to her.
“Well, if you think it’s the right thing to do. It could have been, you know, a bear on steroids or something,” he joked half-heartedly. “Sounds pretty spooky to me. Yeah, I guess you’re right. If it’s a vamp gone bugfuck or something, it’s probably one of his charges.”
“Well, if you think it’s the right thing to do. It could have been, you know, a bear on steroids or something,” he joked.
"You little fucker," she scoffed, blank amber eyes finding his face through her thick layers of hair.
“Sounds pretty spooky to me. Yeah, I guess you’re right. If it’s a vamp gone bugfuck or something, it’s probably one of his charges.”
She shrugged. "Just be careful," the blonde said. "When we meet up with the other prefects, we'll talk more about precautions and such. We can tell the Day Class that there have been recent sightings of pedophiles late at night or something. That'll keep most of them in their dorms."
Now to get to Masaru. Amaya had wanted to talk to him anyway, but this gave her the perfect opportunity to actually follow through with her desire. "I'm heading off to talk to Masaru. Maybe we can get the night class to be on the look-out." She fixed her jacket and shirt, though loosened her bow around her neck to give her back some breathing room. Into her pocket she placed the handkerchief; she made a mental note to wash it later. "By the way," she said, glancing at Shike with a stone expression. "If you have anything important to tell me, I want you to say it, you understand? Hiding something from me isn't going to do you any good. I can help you."
Giving him one last momentary look, she brushed past him in the direction of the classrooms.
Shike couldn’t help but laugh a weak laugh at Amaya’s plan for covering up those incidents with the mystery creature. "Just be careful," the blonde said. "When we meet up with the other prefects, we'll talk more about precautions and such. We can tell the Day Class that there have been recent sightings of pedophiles late at night or something. That'll keep most of them in their dorms." Humor always helped to ease his mind after a taxing day. Even if she didn’t realize it, Amaya could be funny. Sometimes.
Her next words, however, caught him completely off guard.
"By the way," she said, her expression scarily serious, even for her. "If you have anything important to tell me, I want you to say it, you understand? Hiding something from me isn't going to do you any good. I can help you."
He froze, right hand barely grasping the arm of his sunglasses. Not sure how to respond, he tried his best to appear completely natural, although his mask was rather shabby, so to speak. “Uh... sure. Okay. Whatever. Go do your business, May May.” He stood there by the fountain, waiting until she was out of sight, even his sight, before relaxing. As much as he wanted to tell someone, get it off his chest, he couldn’t. It wasn’t anyone’s god damn business. Besides, what would happen if he spilled the beans? He sure as hell didn’t want to find out.
He sighed and turned, walking off into the thicker trees. Here, he just randomly started climbing the tree closest to him. He sat on a high branch, looking out into the woods. Any odd happenings that happened withing his vision would be dealt with. But so far, everything seemed damn skippy. So, he sighed again and leaned against the tree trunk. It was times like this that he thought about shit that bothered him. Like other Day Class students. Them and their vamp fetishes. Also, the stupid retards that thought the prefects were lousy. Would they rather watch the Night Class raped on their way to class or perhaps finding corpses of their friends in the woods with their blood completely drained. He made a pssh sound with his lips and scowled. Ungrateful little shits.

Daisuke sighed, listening to the conversation all around him. No one seemed bothered by the way he stared through them with his blank eyes, or that he had come in late, his shirt ripped, and that he had run off after the blood smell. Things might as well have gone on the way they normally did. He popped a few more blood tablets into his mouth, a small pang of longing for something fresh. He quickly shook it off, fingers scanning over his book for the millionth time. He had read the raised text from cover to cover who knows how many times, and had memorized the contents. He had to admit, it didn't really paint a picture he could see clearly, of humans anyway. A good chunk of the textbook was about various wars between vampires and humans, all of them very descriptive and all, but not really what he wanted to learn about. He wanted to have a mental picture of just humans, the way they saw themselves and each other. He sighed, closed his book and laid his head on the cover, letting his mind wander. It wasn't hard; without a teacher around, or someone to vent to where he could do so without mentioning his blindness, there really wasn't anything for him to do. So he shut his eyes, blocking out the light his eyes registered so everything was black, and let himself daydream about his first interview of a human. What their lives were like, what they did, what things they liked or hated about temselves, what they liked or hated about each other and what was going on in their world. With a sigh, he realized that wasn't likely to happen if he didn't actually make the attempt. Not that that was any comfort.....
She nodded as he offered for her to sit, moving forward to lightly sit on the wooden bench beside Haru. Of course, Miyuki kept a decent distance between them as the smile she brought to her lips seemed to brighten.
" Our classes are a bit boring, aren't they?" Miyuki asked softly, her eyes glancing to the front of the room and back with cheer dancing in their violet depths. " Well," she tilted her head as she considered this, seeming to lose her perk for a few moments. " To me they are. Anyway, what are you thinking about that's so captivating?" Her question wasn't rude as her tone revealed her curiousity, although she did almost release the giggled that threatened to spill when her words came at the same moment Haru's did.
" Sorry," Miyuki added, though she wasn't bothered that they had both interrupted each other. She sighed as she looked to her hands, clasped on the desk in front of her, before speaking with her eyes ahead of her. " Besides waiting for the lack of excitement to end?" Her words sounded more like a question but she wasn't really asking anything, " Absolutely nothing."
She stuck her tongue out at the empty air in front of herself before she turned to Haru again, " What about you? Anything new and interesting?"
The weak vampire just sneered at her comment, looking over at Masaru, which did him no good. Sometimes he wished the head was in his place, but he wasn't weak like him. Those girls wouldn't even get passed putting the barretts before he was gone. He sighed as he was feeling a little weird with her being so close, but her and Masaru were the only ones he allowed closed to him. Even if it meant gossip to blossom, he didn't care. They were friends he would give anything for even if he never voiced it too often. He gasped and hissed once again as the water was splashed onto him, making the makeup drip. He was a little surprised when she plopped into his lap to help get the makeup off, but he thought nothing more of it. He kept his silent facade and watched as she moved out, wiping all the makeup on his pants. She wasn't going to have to be responsible for that.
"He does not look much better as a clown." Not helping..., he thought to himself as Faudi continued what she was doing. Hopefully, she would finish soon before class started.
It didn't take her long to reach the building - she knew shortcuts after all. The blonde, hands folded neatly behind her back, headed through the main archway. The man standing outside eyed her momentarily before recognition crossed his face and he took interest elsewhere. She pressed through the door and, footfalls as silent as she could muster, headed towards the classroom.
Once there, she peered through the doorway with blank amber eyes. Ah, it didn't seem as though class had really started. From where she was standing she could see Miyuki and Haru talking as well as Hanone, Masaru, and Faudi enjoying themselves. Wait... May's eyes examined Faudi closer. Had the girl been bleeding? It was strange of her to notice but she didn't give it much thought. She seemed to notice things she shouldn't a lot of the time.
The prefect took a deep breath before stepping into the doorway. She knocked on the open door thrice, eyes landing on Masaru. "May I speak with you?" she asked, not bothering to make it clear who she was talking to. Her gaze was enough to determine that.
"Our classes are a bit boring, aren't they?"Miyuki commented quietly. "Well," she added, tilting her head to one side a bit. "To me they are. Anyway, what are you thinking about that's so captivating?" She said this just as Haru asked her a question, and Haru laughed softly for a moment afterwards. He was still a little ouzzled as to why someone was talking, actually talking to him. It was weird. He was having trouble adjusting to the odd spectacle.
“No, it’s fine,” he said, laughing a bit still, as she apologized. He stopped laughing and listened to her as she responded to his inquiry. " Besides waiting for the lack of excitement to end? Absolutely nothing." This made him giggle a bit again. Wether she knew it or not, Miyuki was pretty funny to him.
Her question caused him to raise his eyebrows and his eyes to widen a fraction. "What about you? Anything new and interesting?" He smiled a soft smile and answered, “No. Nothing new or interesting with me, I’m afraid. Then again,” he looked to the front of the class as a prefect walked in. “There rarely is.” He sighed and leaned back in his seat, folding his hands behind his blonde head, thinking of ways to continue the conversation.
“So then,” he said. “I wonder what the prefect’s here for.”

Yes, Masaru would have continued, but he was interrupted by the soft-footed arrival of a prefect girl. He turned at the soft triple knock, fixing his eyes upon her. Amaya - the girl he had aided earlier that day. B-type blood... not entirely unappetizing. His second favorite, perhaps, but that did not matter. Masaru, as a rule, did not drink the blood of humans. Only vampires, and only if tablets were not enough.
Silently, he came to his feet, casting a quiet glance at Hanone. All laughter had gone from him. Masaru could taste the concern in Amaya's tone - something had happened. Something she considered important enough to disturb an entire class of noble vampires. He could not afford to stand the girl up, if something was going on here, on his campus.
"I leave the class in your care, Hanone," he murmured to his friend, brushing by in silence. He ignored the eyes of the rest of the Night Class as he descended to meet Amaya at the door. "Shall we?" he whispered, smiling slightly at her before moving out into the hall.
He did not stop outside the door. So close, he would risk the superior hearing of his subordinates. He lead the way, instead, out onto one of the graceful stone balconies that decorated the buildings of Cross Academy. He did not look at Amaya when he came to a halt in the open air, nor did he say anything. It was up to the young prefect to begin this conversation.
However, it immediately dropped as the Prefect's voice reached her ears. Immediately she got up and walked straight towards her, murder written all over her face. She crossed her arms, blocking the girl's view of Masaru momentarily. "You're the leader of the pathetic group. Amaya, right? Here's a bloody brilliant idea. Do your job right. You and your group are always harping at everyone for not giving you enough respect with your job. Yet you couldn't help but run off and let one of us get mobbed anyway?" Her voice was hushed but venomous.
The vampiress' eyes shone fiercely, and she then turned from her, returning to Han-chan silently, glaring daggers and any other sharp object straight into the girl's being. No doubt Masaru would chide her on it, but she hardly listened anyway. She was just lucky that she chose to grab Masaru's attention from the start. But that didn't mean Faudi didn't have a trick up her sleeve for once she was done speaking with the head. Her attention turned back to Hanone, and she finished cleaning his face.
And then Masaru went to meet her, silent as ever. Unfortunately, just as she feared, they decided to take it outside. But not like she couldn't get at her later.
And this bitch dared to hiss at her.
"Shall we?"
The blonde hadn't been paying much attention to Masaru, per say. Her professional outlook remained upon her, though her heart felt a little weak at his smile. "We shall," she replied, but paused to look back at Faudi. "Faudi-sempai, I don't take lightly on you tormenting my comrades. Your little act this morning with Shikeio was pushing the limits. So, allow me to give you a piece of advice. If you have a problem with what we are doing, come talk to me. I will do everything in my power to make your stay at this school comfortable. But Faudi-sempai, what you say is indecent and crude." She turned her back on the girl, though she still glanced at her from over her shoulder. "The reason I have to do this job is because people like you don't know how to behave. If I am not able to fulfill my job to its fullest, it is because I have to deal with idiots who can't control themselves."
Eyes cold, Amaya headed after Masaru, foot-falls as quiet as ever. He had a certain grace about him that distracted her from her angry thoughts. Only when they stopped on the balcony did she find her thoughts collectible.
"First of all, Masaru-sempai, I'd like to apologize for my disrespectful words towards Faudi-sempai," she began. The prefect leaned against one of the balcony walls, relaxed, in a sense. "Secondly, I came here to tell you that we have an intruder on campus grounds. Whoever it was, they were not human. When engaged in battle, I could not even see who it was." She didn't want to ask him of any favors just yet. Perhaps he knew something about the intruder. Then again, she wanted to see if he would propose any ideas before she stepped up tot he plate.

Most people would have expected him to forget Faudi, focus on the intruder... but tensions between vampire and prefect were just as important, if not more important, than a potential supernatural enemy. He was confident in his ability to combat a threat if one arose. He did not relish the thought of having to deal with Faudi if she lost control and fed from Amaya in her rage.
"You should be cautious," he told her evenly. There was no special interest in his voice, simply concern from a leader to one he considered an underling. And he did, in fact, think of prefects as his soldiers. They worked for the Headmaster, after all, and no one stood as closely ranked to the Headmaster as he. The Pureblood with the power to turn the entire Night Class out on the Day Class students, should he choose to. Which he never, ever would. "Faudi is a spirited creature, and I am afraid that I will not be able to do anything the counter her until after she has done something to harm you." He turned to fix his brilliant gaze upon Amaya. "I can not very well punish a crime not yet committed."
Of course, the truth was, he could punish Faudi for anything he very well pleased. But he did not please.
In an instant, Masaru was looking away from Amaya again. In a pattering of tiny claws, a common dormouse ran up the railing to perch by his hand. He plucked the little creature from its perch, laid it in the palm of his hand. He watched it run about as he spoke.
"As for this intruder," he whispered. "I will have my vampires look into it. Perhaps we will be able to... sniff out... something your people have missed."
Her attention flickered back to Masaru when he began to speak. His words frustrated her. Be cautious? What was she to him, a child? If she wasn't strong enough to hold her own against a vampire then she wouldn't be in this position. Blood rushed to her cheeks and made her hot with embarrassment. Her doll-like features broke for an instant, childish frustration breaking through. What a lie. Faudi was not a spirited creature; she was a hot-headed bitch who didn't know her place. The prefects did their best to work alongside the vampires. Never did they speak badly against them unless the situation called for it. And yet vampires were allowed to show their distaste for their prefects?
Suddenly the situation with Faudi seemed more important. Amaya felt as if she was being looked down upon and that was a feeling she hated. She hadn't come all this way to put up with being looked at to be a child. She didn't work hard every day of the school-year to be treated as if she was the one who didn't know her place.
"I disagree," the blonde said bluntly. She crossed her arms and cocked her head to the right. "You say that you cannot counter her until she has done something to harm me? Do tell me if I'm wrong, Masaru-sempai, but does her hurting my pride as a prefect not count as harming me? You know very well that I work very hard to work to keep the peace between my prefects and your nobels. If I must use my energy to keep my prefects respectful then I expect to be met halfway with respect from your nobels."
She felt hot and annoyed. "Forgive my slip of the tongue," she said after a moment, amber eyes flickering out over the balcony, "but if you are so keen in keeping the peace between vampires and humans, perhaps you should start with controlling the vampires around you."
Amaya crossed the balcony to stand beside him, hands upon the railing. "I am glad that your nobels will keep their eyes out for the intruder." She turned around, leaning her lower-back against the railing and looking up at the sky. The wind caught her hair and brushed it out from her face and neck. "I guess I should be getting back," she murmured to herself, sighing.
Cesare looked at the entrance to the complex, a large gap which sat between two walls extending to the right an left. He glanced into the compound and then behind him, seeing no one. Stepping over to the corner of the large bridge, he sat his duffel bag down and his suitcase to the side. He had been ecstatic since passing through the main building filled with night students. After digging through the duffel bag for a few moments, he picked out a small black leather bound notebook that had a pin snugly tucked into a pouch on the spine. The notebook was new, showing virtually no wear, he had only recently gotten it.
As Cesare stood up, he turned the small bound notebook over in his hands a few times, looking at it. He had bought it the moment he had decided to attend cross academy. It would be his logbook, a journal of his experiences and observations. All good investigators and scientists kept a log of their observations so valuable data would never be forgotten. Cesare did not intend to break that rule. Ever since he had walked through the main building moments earlier, he had been itching to record the exciting experience. He did not want to forget any moment of the experience.
Cesare quickly unbound the notebook and flipped through the first few pages. They were filled with information about the school and what little reliable information he had been able to uncover about vampires from the church library. Falling on the first fresh page, he leaned back against the railing of the bridge and began to detail his first experience of being in close proximity to vampires. Though the information did not flow as swiftly as he might want on to the page.
The information that was being logged into the notebook was not of regular form, it could be easily absorbed by no one but Cesare. The young man was encoding the information with a cipher. When he much younger he had discovered the term in a book. Within a month he had developed and memorized his own cipher. Using them to write secret notes to himself and laughing secretly when the churchgoers found them, having no clue what they meant. Based in Latin, the letters on the page bore resemblance to written language, but beyond that seemed gibberish to anyone who did not know the method. Cesare had used the code since his childhood anytime he needed to write something that was only meant for him. Which, given that the night class’s true colors were intended to be a secret to the day class, he could not afford someone finding out what he knew.
The problem with Cesare’s cipher was that it took him more time to dictate onto paper than regular words and took the majority of his concentration. So as he excitedly detailed his arrival to Cross Academy he stood under the bridge light post and leaned his back against the railing. He was almost entirely unaware of his surroundings, scratching with the pin into the notebook.
He shakes his head in reassurance, once again going to observe what was happening with the other Day Class students. He shivers as Hanone slams the table closing his eyes in fear of his dominance, before squintingly observing once more, behind the protection of the back of his chair. Suddenly Faudi just gets a small glass of water, splashing its contents on Hanone's ill-tempered face. Eizzac's mouth starts to contort into that of a smir, his hands going over his mouth, starting to go into a small fit giggles, the sound slightly audible in the room. His ears twitch as the sound of another individual's chuckle. It took him a moment, but he realized that the other person's laughter was Masaru's. His eyes widen staring at his superior, his laughter betraying his usual formal and more commanding personality.
Eizzac stared at Masaru, his mouth slightly agape. He continued to stare at Masaru, up until some movement catches his eyes. Eizzac's eyes darted towards the door, watching as one of the prefects make way into the room, locking eyes on Masaru, requesting for his presence. Masaru stands up and gives authority to Hanone, starting walking outside with the prefect, but not before Faudi silently, yet darkly confronts the prefect. "You're the leader of the pathetic group. Amaya, right? Here's a bloody brilliant idea. Do your job right. You and your group are always harping at everyone for not giving you enough respect with your job. Yet you couldn't help but run off and let one of us get mobbed anyway?" Chills run down his back at the sound of her chilling tone Slowly he turns on his own seat, crossing his arms. He was finished observing, he didn't want to watch too long and some how...some way get involved. Shaking his head, he stares at his desk, waiting quietly.
Slowly his mind starts to wander once more, wondering why he was here... It's not that he's not enjoying himself, but he knows how he interacts with people. He was different, the back of the group. He's barely spoken to any of his fellow Day Class students. He's never told them why he was here, he never told anyone facts about himself, solely because talking was such a hurdle for him to cross, why bother? He shakes his head staring at his desk, now more saddened than ever.

Daisuke frowned a little as the voices in the room became louder. One voice in particular, he believed it was that of the Vice Dorm Head, sounded furious at himself and relatively humiliated. He could tell by the presence as he had entered the room that this one in particular was the last to arrive: from this he figured that he had been ganged up on by a number of the Day Class. This thought was confirmed when some of the others commented; apparantly there was womens' makeup involved... He sighed, sitting up and turning his neck with what to him was a deafening pop to get rid of the stiffness there. He made it look as though he were looking from one to the next of the group inside, pretty sure his face still looked bored and sleepy. He was, but that hardly mattered. He twitched, hearing something scuttle by his feet, and flinched in annoyance. A spider made its way beneath his desk; a few moments later, he ground it into the floor with a soft crunch, and grinned. "There... pesky creatures...." he muttered to himself. Hanone-sempai... what exactly happened that was so troubling? It seems that you, at least, got to talk with some of the Day Class, He thought directly at the Vice President, his mental tone just a little sad.I hope you don't find my questions rude....But wouldn't have been easier to have simply talked with them, indulged them with a kiss on their hands or something, and left while they were stunned, giggling girls? At least you can see them you know..... He sighed again, eyes closed as he pretended to read his book once more. Oh what a gift the Vice President had, having the chance to speak with mortal humans! He himself seldom got that chance, save for with the Headmaster or the prefects.......
Faudi smirked, watching the girl leave with a steely gaze. I did just bring the problem to you.[/u] She thought boredly, her glance harsh. She [i]tsked through her teeth, shaking her head at the misbehaving human. "She doesn't even know." Her eyes turned mockingly sympathetic as the two left the room. "Indecent and crude my ass, that's what. That one is a stalker. She's always boring holes into Masaru-kiva while she should be doing her job."
She rolled her eyes, plopping back down beside Han-chan. "She'll have to learn eventually." She tilted her head up, sniffing the air. "Hm. Interesting." More mischief met her eyes.
Keicha
Keicha yawned, stretching, making her way up to her dorm room. She quickly sat at the windowsill, Mouse disappearing once more. Her eyes scanned the ground and the bridges, before spotting a bit of red. Hmm? That doesn't look like nothing. Her eyes narrowed, and she carefully descended from the window, hopping as softly as she could to the ground.
Yuri and Kiiro were still a bit at it before splitting, so Keicha did her best to remain silent as she slipped past the prefect. She quickly scampered across the stones barefoot and silent other than the pattering of the weight she carried on her feet.
Quiet as a cat, she came up behind the new meat, tapping him on the shoulder and propping herself on top of the bridge, her legs kicking lazily at the air. You're new, aren't you." It was more of a statement, an idle comment, rather than a question. But what better way to greet the red-headed boy?
"My, you quite startled me there, I didn't hear you approach." He gave a smile as he spoke to the girl standing before him. "I am Esposito, Cesare." He introduced himself with a short bow as his mind registered what she had said to him. "I suppose by my appearance it is easy to tell." He let out a small laugh before continuing. "Yes I have only just arrived here at Cross and have yet to even reach my dorm room." He explained, motioning to his luggage. "You're even the first student I've met, and judging by your uniform you are also a day student. In any case, It is quite nice to meet you, miss...?" He trailed off, giving the girl the opportunity to fill in her name.

Re: Bloodied White
Re: Bloodied White
To solve the whole Yuri and Kiiro problem, why don't we just pretend Yuri did his whole scoff thing and went off to his dorm? And Ceasare(prob spelled that wrong) is on the bridge leading to the day class dorm right? So why doesn't Kiiro spot him or something with the help of the bridge lights? That way she doesn't have to go off like a loner and do that paperwork stuff. :) Sprouting ideas here cus I don't want this RP to go flat without even getting the chance to post with poor Saito.
Re: Bloodied White
@Skwidge - XD I shoulda said reaction instead of response, lol. Like how she outwardly and inwardly respond to the interaction, not the character directly. It might not be much, but it it's a justifiable enough reason to post since there seems to have been a relative lull in posting. Though in theory, to have more of a posting order it might be best to have a few others in the vamp classroom react first and possibly add to the action. But meh, dunno.
Re: Bloodied White
The bit of interaction between Yuri and Kiiro that would be in my next post before Yuri prances off to his dorm likely wouldn't be much more than a scoff at being told to go, despite it being Kiiro's place to tell him. I didn't really plan for there to be too much interaction on his part before he left, haha.
I'm really sorry, but I'll try to post the next time I actually have time to sit down and write out a decent response. At the moment I have too much on my plate to actively keep up, but I'll try to get things cleared up before Monday so I won't just be dead weight. u v u ;;

Re: Bloodied White
I guess anyone in the vamp class room could post in response/reaction to the events of Amaya arriving and Masaru leaving as well as Faudi's and Amaya's exchange
HereMe is definitely waiting for Auto
Shikeio is in the forest alone being a watchful prefect. Hikari is patrollin' as a prefect, though I'm not sure where.
I think MixingMusic was waiting for the next morning in the RP to post Saito
Sadako is idk, last time I can find her in a post was before the night class emerged.
I think that covers everyone.
