Scenario:
The country of Rhyfel is in the midst of civil war between two political factions: the Oleuo and the Frenhin Empire. The Oleuo are a scattered coalition of men and women fighting against the oppressive empire. Many of the freedom fighters have banded together in order to weaken the power of the Frenhine monarch, King Cadeyrn IV. Although their attempts have, for the most part, been a minor setback to the Empire, rumors of an Oleuoan insurrection have found their way into the ears of many.

Lore:
This universe is home to magic and mystical creatures. The country of Rhyfel was acquired through the Frenhin Empire's "Manifest Destiny" campaign. In order to secure the land, outposts were established in various areas that eventually bloomed into cities. Clogwyn, considered to be the 'capital' of Rhyfel, is the largest of the establishments and is home to the Frenhine militia. Many settlers and adventurers decided to separate from the original colonies and established their own communities throughout the undiscovered country. These unlicensed communities were persecuted by the Empire for 'evading taxes'; some of them decided to fight back. Those who fought back called themselves the Oleuo, or the Enlightened. Stories have been told of heroic deeds preformed by this secretive society, but many even doubted their existence.

- My general rules for this roleplay are similar to the General Rules of this website; if you don't know 'em yet, please familiarize yourself with them.

Character Creation:
- A lot of the names of cities, countries, and people will be based on Welsh etymology. Feel free to use a name of those origins.
- The only playable race will be Man although this universe (which I have yet to name as this is my first RPG) is home to multiple species including Elves and Dwarves (along with various others which will be mentioned later on).
The reason for this being the only available race will be revealed later.
- Make a decent attempt, please, to keep your character in line with the Lore I will be providing. I love character creativity but I don't want inconsistencies to prevent some things I have in mind.
