Introduction
This is a mix of code lyoko, .hack, angelic layer, and virtua quest, but also entirely different. Hope you'll like it!
Also, don't be surprised by the length of this introduction ^^'
The world of gaming... once in the past, you were all alone in the game, against computers of all kinds. Then, the invention of Multiplayer came, and connected players inside the game, against the game or against themselves. Now, with creativity is at its best, virtual Reality Multiplayer Games are here. The first, and most successful VRMG, is where this roleplay is based.
The game is called Eternita, and it acts like a second world, except for a few changes. The first thing you'll notice is, that the players' form in real life, and their form in the game, are totally different. Actually, the players can decide their own look at the game, including hairstyle, height, etc. What they don't decide, is a gadget which is attached to their arm, receiving messages from other players, and even video chat in real time. The players can decide its color though.
The creator of the game, known as "O" in the game, created the game not only as a basic roleplaying game with dungeons, but also as a meeting place to hang out, and meet new friends. He also tried his best to include a large variation of places, in several themes.
(Why "O"? 2 reasons for that. one of them is, that O sometimes means 0, and he is actually player number 0 in the game. The other reason is, that "Ou" in Japanese means "King", and he is the king of the game.)
The places in Eternita:
New Age city - This city is the main city in Eternita, known for the 4 skyscrapers in its center. The first 3 skyscrapers are the guilds' houses (See the guilds below for explanation), which are equal in height, and the 4th skyscraper is the administration tower, which is a bit higher than the other ones. The spawn point (Where everybody starts when they log in) is right outside the Administration Tower. Also, there is a battle arena not far from the Admin Tower, where people who enjoy the battles in this game can go against other players. Fights can range from 1x1 to 6x6 . If you are defeated and "killed", you will respawn in New age city, and won't be able to get out of New age city for the next half an hour, but it doesn't effect any other things in the game. as the name of the city suggests, this city looks futuristic.
Forest of secrets - This forest is about 10 minutes walking south of New Age city, and its known for a secret place which is found deep within it. There are a few monsters with average strength, but overall, its a nice place to take a walk on, because it has a calming environment.
Sea of faith - Located west of 2 places above, THIS ocean can be quiet one day, and can suddenly be with waves of 3 meters the next day. If you are planning to visit the beach, you need to have faith in this sea to be calm in that specific day... Or you could be swallowed by the waves while walking in the sand, and get killed by nothing.
North of New age city, there are lots of snowy mountains. They have no name whatsoever, but they're shaped like a target - the short ones are farther away from the center of the area, and the tallest mountain is directly in the center. The last player who traveled there is the one who found the maze inside it (see below), but returned to New Age city after that to tell what he found.
In the same area of the mountains, there is a mansion which looks like 2 identical mansions which got fused together, but one of the mansions is upside-down. Inside, there said to be a maze where the ceiling counts as path too, as if there wasn't any gravity. No one found what's in the end of the maze, or what it actually is for. surprisingly, no monsters are in there.
For the scary stories lovers, theres a ghost town east of New age city. Pretty far away from it, but rumored to really have ghosts in it. The monsters you'll find there are strong, and are for the good fighters among us. Why only strong monsters? The game creator said that "The ghosts killed the weak monsters, and possessed the strong monsters".
There are many other cities and towns in the game, but some of them are controlled by one of the three guilds. Here is a list SOME of them, their location, and who controls them:
Serpes - south west of the Forest of secrets, pretty close to the Sea of faith. controlled by Hikari.
Eclipse - south east of the Forest of secrets, in a desert kinda far away. Eclipses tend to happen more often there. Controlled by Uraia.
Border city - Located near the ghost town (Not too near though...), This town has a gap (Teleporter) which leads to somewhere near New age city. All the guilds want this place for themselves, so there is a fierce battle there veery often, and its not controlled by anyone.
Despera - Located near Eclipse, north west of it, and it looks like a wild west town... including the monster bulls. Hikari doesn't want this city, and Uraia... has a little problem with the bulls (Their cloths are red), so Rasca took the cake.
Eien - Located east of the snowy mountains. From above, it looks like a city with walls in the shape of an infinity sign, but from the ground, this city has 2 walled sections - the west one, and the east one. Once someone entered the west side, he can't go to the east side, except by leaving through the west entrance, then entering through the east entrance. It appears that this city isn't controlled by any guild.
There are 3 guilds in this game. Although players cannot build their own guild, they can join one of the guilds at any time they want. The guilds are: Rasca, Uraia, and Hikari.

The guilds have huge wars between themselves very often, mainly for dominance, but no one wants to interrupt them, because going against a guild means a 100% failure rate, and forming a group only means joining the fight themselves... The good side in those 3 guilds is, that inside the guild, except being a soldier, new bonds and friendships can be made.
Each guild has a big secret, which only the Leader of each guild knows, and the game creator, who is also connected to the secret. Even the guilds' most advanced members after the leaders don't know the secret.
The game may seem attractive, but it too, like its guilds, has a big secret. Something which may be connected is, that the more time you were logged in, the more tired you will be after you log out. Another thing is, that there are energy barriers in some places in the game, preventing the players from going into some kind of restricted areas. These barriers are guarded by robots, and this gets a little suspicious over time. It is said that these guards can deactivate the barriers somehow.
-So, what happens OUTSIDE the game?
You're a student, and school is OUTSIDE the game, and assuming you are not the type to log in to the game early in the morning, Afternoon to the night is your only log in time... if I'm wrong, tell me, but it makes sense...
Also, you might have classmates who play the game, and you may want to talk about what happened in the game in the next school day...
So basically, there are TWO TIME PERIODS - SCHOOL, AND GAME, and you shouldn't underestimate any of these.

OOC Notes
As his morning alarm went off, Don sleepily reached over to turn it off. Forgetting to move it back after he got done cleaning the day before, he reached to far and fell out of his bed face first. He slowly stood up moving his alarm back to where it was and shut it off. He then grabbed his towel and cleaning items and headed for the showers. As he walked in he slipped on a bar of soap. He could already tell that it was going to be a great day.

It was early in the morning. Leon got out of his bed barely, because he was so tired when he finally went to bed after 4 hours of playing. He got up, took a shower, and ate his breakfast all very slowly because he was still tired. When he was finally ready to leave, it was already exactly the time for him to leave, else he would be late. "Why did I even bother to wake up that early~..." He thought to himself, but he knew it was no time to be tired, so he went to school, which was close enough to his house to walk by foot. "Wow I'm lucky..." he said, as he heard the bell ringing the moment he stepped through the gate. Still, he was not very excited from school whatsoever...

Shila slowly shuffled her way out of the old Freeborne Orphanage and into the quiet early morning street. The early morning air was a bit nippy and the ground was still wet with the first frost of fall. It was 5AM but this was normal for Shila. She didn't sleep much anymore, well that's not correct...Shila never sleeps more then 4 or 5 hours a night, she never has. Her fast downcast she carried herself to the small park nearby her school. It wasn't that long of a trip...only a 30 minute walk before she arrived on the park bench. She sat down and pulled her legs up close to her. The morning wind rustled the tree branches and brought down a shower of red and orange leaves. Shila would sit there, sometimes with light tears, sometimes without. Until school started every morning. Other students would pass her sometimes but they never said anything, they didn't care.

A flurry of orange popped out from under the sheets as the alarm on Aria's phone went off, loudly playing Down With The sickness. It wasn't one of the usual things she set to wake her up, so she knew someone must have changed it while she was sleeping, most likely her younger brother. She decided she'd deal with him later as she turned the alarm off and hopped out of bed, stretching her arms into the air. A small, barely audible yawn came out of her mouth while she walked over to her dresser and pulled out some clothes that she thought looked okay, and quickly slipped them on. She put her hair up in twin ponytails on either side of her head with black, poofy scrunchies and slid two white hair clips into her hair to keep her bangs back.
Aria hurried downstairs, grabbing her shoulder bag from the floor and an apple from the kitchen before heading directly outside. She began her morning commute to school, walking at a slow and steady pace. She didn't care if she happened to be late or not today, as long as she finished her apple, breezed through the day, and got to relax for a little while before gaming.

Don finished his shower and quickly got dressed. He put on his head phones so he was oblivious to the outside world. He walked out side and started to search for a song as he stepped on the sidewalk. He started walking from his porch. As he stepped on the main side walk, he ran directly into Aria. He quickly reacted and caught her from falling over by sliding one of her arms under and pulling her up. "I'm sorry." He than began to blush because it looked like he was trying to romance her as there faces were inches from each other. He quickly let go of her and put his hand into his pocket. He then grinned embarrassed and started off with a quick pace towards school.

Leon entered the classroom as fast as he could, but... the teacher was already there. "Leo- Ah, here you are, I was just reading your name... YOU'RE LATE!" The teacher shouted at Leon. Luckily for him, he was given just a warning, and then he sat in his place quietly. 'Man, I wish the day will pass quickly... at least school...' He thought to himself while putting his head on his table. Again, luck was not with Leon, and the teacher saw that despite the fact that his place was in the back of the class, and shouted at him again to sit properly. 'I wish it would be ove~r...' He thought to himself again...

Don came into the classroom right after the role was taken. He came in with his pants torn and various scratch marks all over his legs and arms. "Ah...Don...Glad you could come in on time." The teacher said with a sarcastic tone. "Just in time for me to give you 2 hours detention." Don's jaw dropped. He then walked over to his seat his legs sore from the scratches. One of the neighboring kids looked at him with a weird look. "What in the world happened to you!?" they said loudly but still whisper.
He sighed. "I don't want to talk about it." He then threw his chewed up headphones into his backpack and placed his backpack on the floor.

As the final bell rang, he sighed. He then slammed his head on the desk. The teacher just looked at him. "Don't you have any homework to do? I gave you 17 work sheets today."
Don looked up. "No I finished them 5 minutes after you gave them to me." he said sighing. He put his head back down.
The teacher sighed. "You must have something to do...read a book...something progressive...anything progressive."
Don looked up again. "You must be kidding...There isn't a single interesting book in this school."
The teacher rolled their eyes. "What about that Twilight series that you kids are so crazy about."
Don glared. "Yes, because books about sex with vampires that sparkle are totally interesting." He said in the most sarcastic tone he could. He then sat with his head down for the rest of the detention. The room silent besides the scribbling of the teacher's pen on papers. By the end of the detention he could tell what grade the person got just by how the teach wrote the letters. He then headed home with the pen scratching stuck in his head. As he got inside the door he set his backpack near the door and kicked his shoes off. He headed up stairs and switched into his night clothes. He then logged into the game not worried about if he eats or not.

It didn't matter though, she did her work, and that was all they cared about. During lunchtime she sat by herself, the brown lunch bag prepared by her house mother, a few small bites taken from the sandwich and that was it. A new boy approached and asked to sit down at the table. Shila was silent but right as he was about to leave she nodded but quickly left herself. School didn't last long anyways after lunch. When it was over she would once again walk the long walk back to her "home" and she would be Inistar, and not Shila.
Inistar ducked under the older man's swing and twisting on her left foot carried the force through her right wheel ending with the satisfying tear of armor and skin. She could feel the small droplets of blood spraying from the wound as she simultaneously swung up with her left, splitting the soft underside of the elbow joint. Next her right leg went up and kicked her opponent full in the chest into the back wall. He had barely hit the wall before her right wheel came spinning and out and pinned him against it. The crowd in the stands was silent as she walked forward to retrieve the wheel from the fallen opponent who would soon respond out in the city. The killing of an opponent in the tournament was not looked well upon, but it was not against the rules. As she reclaimed her right wheel a loud cheer erupted from the crowd as the commentator screamed. "AND THE VICTOR IS INISTAR, INISTAR ADVANCES TO THE QUARTER FINALS." followed by an even louder cheer. Inistar said nothing, showed nothing, simply walked off the Colosseum like stage to dress the wound she had taken in the back. Before she had even sat down in the battle arena she could see her victory and the final moments of the fight being televised all across New Age city, and of course the city wide tournament announcement. After all some people did like to watch these things.

The killing of an opponent in the tournament was not looked well upon, but it was not against the rules. As she reclaimed her right wheel a loud cheer erupted from the crowd as the commentator screamed. "AND THE VICTOR IS INISTAR, INISTAR ADVANCES TO THE QUARTER FINALS." followed by an even louder cheer. Inistar said nothing, showed nothing, simply walked off the Colosseum like stage to dress the wound she had taken in the back. Before she had even sat down in the battle arena she could see her victory and the final moments of the fight being televised all across New Age city, and of course the city wide tournament announcement. After all some people did like to watch these things.
OOC Notes
Zerex began walking through the city slowly his scythe on his shoulder. He began to wonder if any of his friends were on. He took a quick look at his message bangle. (because you never gave it a name its what I'm calling it.) He seen there was only one person on but they were busy item hunting. He sighed and began to run through the city. He decided to check to see what was going on in the Colosseum. He shoved his way through people so he could get a better look. He then seen the killing blow to the guy Inistar was facing and it didn't look comfortable. He sighed and continued to watch setting his scythe in front of him.

As Leon got to the colosseum, he only managed to see Inistar's last move. Although when he looked up to the "Royal seats", which were most of the time empty, He saw a girl dressed in a purple cape and a purple general's hat, sitting in there. She looked at Inistar as if something concerned her about that fighter. Then Leon recognized who that "royal" was... She was Rasca's LEADER! 'Something is strange... VERY strange. That Inistar won't show any emotions whatsoever, even when winning, as if she's a ghost, and one of the 3 guild leaders watching her with weird interest... It's too creepy, I'm outta here-' "By your look, I think you noticed what takes my interest, didn't you?"

"Can't wait to tell Inistar...of course since she's in the Colosseum she will probably kill me...but...at least I get to watch your death over the monitors..." He then sprinted back into the Colosseum where Inistar was starting her next match. He jumped over the railing and landed in the arena.

"Ladies and Gentlemen." the arena commentator belted out. "After an agreement on both sides, the first Quarter Final Match will begin early." an unexpected cheer rose from the crown, bolstered by the first contestant's flashy and sudden entrance onto the field. "The first contestant is a new challenger, ZEEEEREEX" the crowd was cheering, happy for a new fight. "And entering the arena on the opposite side is Last months Champion INISTAR" A second cheer erupted as Inistar walked calmly unto the stage.

"I don't really care if you slay me but you must listen!" he said holding his scythe in a defensive pose. "If you don't be careful you will be captured against your will by Rasca scum. They hired someone to come and take you down and in." After saying these words he dropped his scythe down from its position. "You can kill me now...I have sent my message the best I could." He then flinched and waited for her to destroy him.

Rayo watched Zerex telling Inistar what he heard from the conversation. 'Just what is he doing! She clearly said she wants to TALK to Inistar! Well, no worries. I just have to find the right timing to fire the unit from the stands.' He thought to himself, then just sat in a place which was left empty, luckily for him. He looked at the restrain unit with care for Inistar. 'Does she really want to TALK to her? and for what purpose?' He thought, but as he saw the fight was about to begin, and luckily for him, Zerex didn't say his name clearly, he regained his guard, and aimed for the right moment.

Inistar was slightly taken aback but didn't show it. The man, Zerex, took a defensive stance but he was not trying, with his message now delivered it was as if he was giving up. Inistar put her blades to her sides and stood there, frowning at him. "Stand up straight and stop quivering." she folded her arms in disgust. "I accepted your challenge, wounded and right after a fight. If you even want me to respect your message, let alone you, then fight." Next she scanned the crowds looking for Rasca's box. Finding it high up in it's splendor she reached for her sleeve and too out 3 needles from the sleeve. Hoisting her arm high she made a powerful throw with her hand, propelling the needles through the air as they sung with the wind's breath. Two hit Rasca's chair near her hands and another slanted in right next to her neck. Inistar pointed a wheel at her, "IF YOU WANT TO TALK THEN COME YOURSELF, I WILL NOT ANSWER TO YOUR GOONS. IF YOU ARE REALLY A GUILD LEADER THEN SHOW IT AND COME YOURSELF." Turning back to Zerex, Inistar once again took her stance, "Fight me" was all she said.

Zerex wasn't really into player versus player combat, but he figured that he might as well try to gain some respect while here. He flipped his scythe around shifting to an offensive stance. "Fine...I will fight..." He then threw his scythe at her and came in following it. He wasn't sure on how she was going to react but he knew there must be some way he could surprise her.

Zerex had taken an offensive stance and immediately reacted by throwing his scythe and following behind it with a charge. An interesting choice. Her mind reacting fast, Inistar quickly calculated her choices. The scythe must have some sort of chain on it, if i was shooting high he might be able to combat with this. If I sidestep like normally to dodge I could fall right into his trap. Regardless, she couldn't hit the blade as the force would hurt her. Inistar quickly side stepped, moving to the east side and seeing how this Zerex would react, calculating his style and trying to learn his tricks.

Christopher rubbed his temples, his head aching, and he walked inside. "Damn teachers. They know how intelligent I am. So instead of heeding it when I correct them, they send me to detention for 'insubordination'. Jeeze. And it doesn't help that the kid next to me was drumming his fingers all over the desk. Ah, well, at least I could pass the time counting the beats, and analyzing the rythm. Almost reminded me of being the Dividend again." This made him smile as he sat down to his desk, booting up the system, and putting on the gear. "Speaking of which...Computer. Log in. Character name, The Dancing Dividend

Inistar had not been expecting a hand attack. She trying to swing under his leg to rip out Zerex's tendons. She miscalculated his speed though and the kick connected, knocking her backwards. It wasn't until she saw a small flash fly past did she notice that the kick had actually saved her from something. Zerex continued his advance, swinging forward with the scythe. Inistar did a small twist with her feet so that she would dance into the swing of the scythe. With the blade following inwards she was fully able to use it's momentum against the user. She parried outwards with one wheel to slow the blade, as there was little chance the this wheel could fully stop that blow, and then as the blade was being redirected down she brought her left wheel down onto the flat of the scythe, forcing it to go down. Still following it's momentum she kept her wheels following it. As it hit the ground with her wheels following she flattened her hands and did a fast cartwheel to return the favor of the kick. This time though with a bit more style and grace. Right before her feet would smash into his chin though she met his eyes, She didn't say anything, or change her facial expression but her contact would be enough to get the point across. Once this was over, Her and Rasca were going to have their "little talk".

It teleports the one its attached to to Rasca's "jail" by force, 3 seconds after its activated.
It was originally meant to capture some b******s and b****es trying to mess up with the game, but looks like Raven is using it for her own purposes...
If you are saying its not possible, what would you think about whats to come I don't know...
But what's sure: Raven wants to talk to Inistar PRIVATELY.
And at Xiphonii's post:
I fixed my latest post to your post ( ;) ), but that draw with Inistar makes it difficult to build up...
The first solution is Inistar and Zerex returning to the colosseum then our posts will connect.
The next solution is that with the draw, no one will go anywhere to respawn, and will remain in the colosseum.
The final solution is for the fight to actually be interrupted by Raven.
Oh, and Pride, you wanted to know how is this like code Lyoko?

As I said, there are energy towers like lyoko in the game, although they are surrounded by guarded barriers...

Oh, you're in Rasca... You know, the name Raven is based on the guild name Rasca, not the opposite, so calling it Raven-y would sound weird to me... but I laughed at this too, don't get the feeling its a grave mistake... but the name is Rasca.
Summary from me, funny style:
We got passed the school period, that you can see in the early posts of THIS OOC.
Poor Elrenpride's character, who I forgot the name now, got a detention with 17 worksheets, finished them 5 minutes after they were given to him, and apparently bored the teacher to des XD (4kids [4suckers] don't allow "death"!)
In game time period, Rayo walked around the streets of New Age city for a bit, then entered the colosseum, where he saw Inistar (codename: the emo) 's last move in her battle against someone I don't know (NCC = non-character character?), and basically kicked his ass. He looked at the "ROYAL SEATS", which were regularly empty, and for his surprise, he found Rasca's leader, Raven, looking at Inistar. He tried to get away walking, but not far from the entrance of the colosseum, Raven caught him for a talk from behind. The conversation was like this:
Raven: "I need you to get Inistar summoned to me for a talk. Here, have this, its a Rasca Restrain unit, and what it does is, when activated and placed on a player, it will summon him/her to me, surrounded by a shield, so that person won't be able to hurt me. your mission is to get that placed on Inistar. got it?"
Rayo: "Uuuuuuuuh... sure..."
Zerex, which is Elrenpride's character, heard that conversation (OMG!!!!!!!!!!!), and decided to tell it to Inistar.
Zerex really did run into the colosseum, jumped above the rail, and got into the battle arena, which Inistar was in. The comentator thought it was another battle, but after that, Zerex held his Sychte devensively, and told her the whole story.
Luckily for Rayo, Zerex didn't mention names, so he just waited in the croud, and when Inistar turned her back to him... BANG........ and the results of that bang arent here yet XD.

posted has happened before I had a chance. and FIRST PVP, I look forward to it...though even with me running on 75%... a scythe is at a VERY BAD disadvantage when it comes to earth and fire wheels. All I have to do is get inside your reach and it's over.

By the way I didn't know how XANA is written until I saw it on youtube... My country calls it ZENA :S .

Air Gear is cool, with the tank boy (Buccha isn't it?), and the awesome roller blades.
.Hack ... is EPIC. Except of the repeating storyline with the twilight... But its still epic with "ZA WAAAAARUDO!!"
Oh, and I'll say it again: "TSUKASA NEEDS A HUG!!!!!!!!!" ... Plus he is cute :3 .

Haha, sorry I haven't responded to here, I've been off doing stuff xD But yeah, I usually am quick to posting my character anywhere, whether its this site, or any of the others I use. I tend to pull characters that I created long ago in my head, but never used, into action, and tweak them around some to make them fit the roleplay they're in.
And I never even started the others, I got consumed by Air Gear almost immediately after watching G.U. But if I can pry myself away from it, I may try watching some of them. My main motivation for G.U. was the main character, Haseo :3 He's so awesome in many ways.
